Came here on a Friday night with some friends and this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our lovely waiter was so friendly. I asked for a Thai tea, to my surprise, they had it! The cool bartender made me a good Thai tea and gave me leftovers (this absolutely made my entire week!!! THANK YOU) the food was ready REALLY quick and it was DELICIOUS!!! I cannot wait to come here again before going back home. It was a little past 10pm and they had already closed... me and my friends got a little carried away with some gossiping and next thing we knew it was like 10:15 pm and they just kept smiling at us and not hurrying us to leave!!! We tried to order take out, on a Monday night at like 7pm, and the person answering the phone advised that their kitchen staff advised they could not accept any call in orders because they were to busy. So we drove to the place and were lucky enough to get a couple seats at the bar. We ordered the fried Brussels Sprouts- crazy huge size on this appetizer and the taste was awesome I ordered a White Dragon sushi roll- wow it was great a solid 8 out of 10 My entree was the Pork Belly Ramen and it was another home runs solid 8 also!! My wife ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Plate and said it it was a solid 8 or 9 out of 10 Now we ordered way more food than we could eat so we had plenty of food to carry home for later and even with a few drinks we still came out under $100 with a 20% tip read more

Wanted to share my experience on my first dine in. We were greeted promptly when we ended the front door. We established where we wanted to sit with the waitress (at the bar). Mode you we let here know this was our first visit and we were very excited to be here. S surprisingly 7 mins passed before I called the waitress over and said is our seat ready. (We could see it wasn't but there was only two glasses of water sitting there) finally I asked to speak with the manager. He said sorry and we waited another 3 mins watching him not clear the glasses. Bad first impression, however we really were craving for some sushi. Marcin (from Poland) our bar tender was very friendly and helpful. Sushi was mediocre. We got two spice salmon hand rolls (tiny), Seaweed salad (excellent), and the the white dragon (bland). I'm a sushi connoisseur and I was shocked that Jackson hole doesn't have fair sushi. I do understand we aren't on the coast but if I'm paying California prices I expect California service and quality. Hopefully the ramen is better in the future. read more

Was so excited to see there are dandan noodles in JH. After a long exhausting day, all i wanted was to get back to a warm bowl of dandan. Ordered dandan noodles that were definitely nothing close to dandan noodles. The broth tastes nothing like dan dan broth. It's not even spicy which is basically the main feature of dandan. There are barely any peanuts. If you are looking for asian food, don't go here! I don't know what they are making but it's not asian food. read more

Have gone to this place twice. The food was excellent both times. Sat at the bar the first time because we didn't have reservations. The bartender took our orders and she was good. Hostess was unfocused and not personable. Second time, waitress never smiled once and hardly checked on us. We definitely went back for the food, not the service. read more

If you have read my reviews before you know I'm honest and won't hold anything back either way . So ,The Decor was beautiful making you feel Like you are about to have quite a culinary delight . The tall beautiful brown haired server was well informed of the menu and very prompt . In fact of it was based on her service I'd give it a full five. This had nothing to do with her , she's not the cook. She was be extremely pleasant so when our food came out too quickly, I was concerned, 6 minutes??? I've worked in the restaurant business, that usually means pre cooked food . My family ordered sushi I ordered teriyaki. I honestly didn't expect reheated/ burnt hard to chew chicken . BTW burnt broccoli , onions and carrots really doesn't taste good in fact I'm looking for something to get that taste out of my mouth , still . Like I said the server was great . My wife's sushi was also clearly pre made possibly a day before, dry , chewy definitely not fresh . My sons didn't comment . When a server picks up a plate with many burnt vegetables pushed to the side maybe she should ask?? I didn't want to put her on the spot or ruin my family's meal, my wife didn't comment until my sons had gone to their own room later that night but she said as far as sushi goes she has had better from a grocery store. She has Asian friends and the frequently go out in Atlanta for sushi and she said it was quite the disappointment . My sons ate here last April and loved it but they are young and decor / service can overshadow their taste buds . Usually I include a picture but I didn't want my sons see me taking a picture of a plate with about half the main dish served to me pushed aside, burnt . The food and atmosphere is spectacular here! I always come with a group and everything always leaves extremely happy and satisfied. All the sushi here is great but I highly recommend the surf and turf roll! There is a waterfall wall which is absolutely beautiful and goes well with the mountain modern decor. Pro tip: get a booth by the window so you can look out at the mountains while you enjoy your meal! read more

I came in 20 minutes until closing, they sat and treated me great. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Kazumi (don't ever go there, ever) so i was skeptical if it was a WY thing (i'm from the coast). Noodle kitchen changed that completely. They had the best, most delicate and fresh fish. WOW. I hardly ever write positive reviews but i had to give them a loud round of applause. Completely made my night, yes, great sushi can make a night!! Highly recommend this place for delicious creations, crafted to perfection with quality ingredients. I had the hamachi sashimi and Ehu Breeze. So bomb. Here for another week and i'll be here everyday, next to try their ramen. Great service too, my waitress was such a sweetheart. We ate here on our trip out west. We all love Asian food and especially noodle bowls. It was the most delicious noodle bowls we have ever eaten. Tasted like the broth was homemade and simmered for hours to enrich the flavors. The chicken and pork belly was amazingly tender and the vegetables were fresh. I wanted to give it a 4 star rating because it was a bit pricey but the bowls were so big we made 2 meals out of them. Delicious!! read more

This place was decent. Went here on our first night in Jackson. I got the Dan-Dan noodles which were fine. The broth was surprisingly quite sweet. My friend got the Thai curry which I tried and it didn't seem super flavorful to me. We also got some Spicy Tuna sushi which wasn't spicy at all but still okay. I am sorry but this place is overpriced and the food is so not good. My husband ordered the Dan Dan Noodle, which was okay, but once you add meat you are screwed! He added beef to it and the bowl costs $20! and I had the beef noodle soup which they compared it to Pho but all I tasted was water and beef bullion. Urgh.. So that bowl was about $16.. I will not recommend this place whatsoever. Maybe only for happy hour and a few drinks and appetizers, but do not come here for a meal. read more

OK, would probably not go back or recommend. 1 good meal and 1 bad. Overall I don't think they cook from scratch..... I had the dan dan noodles and liked them overall. Not spicy however and instead just sweet. Somewhat high cost for noodles and vegetables but after hiking 15 miles they were fantastic. My fiancé had the ramen noodles and they were bad, lack of flavor and seasoning. Too bland. They are just throwing food out and I think with low quality product. Ramen noodles are easy unless you're using cheap ingredients and have cooks who have no idea how to make ramen except for the bad recipe this restaurant tells them to make. I just noticed this restaurant is owned by the same company that owns bubba BBQ and I thought the food was lacking there too. Makes sense, investment group owning a business. These are run like a business, profit 1st and food quality 2nd. Go here to support an investment group putting out an average food product or maybe find a locally/family owned kitchen who uses healthier higher quality foods. read more

This is absolutely not the place to go for service or an amazing meal. The guy answering the phone and greeting customers is a complete tool. We called tonight for take out, only to be told to call back in 20 mins because they couldn't take any orders. I asked if they could put our order in 20 mins. No bueno. We drove over to place our order. Same guy greets us. Same line. HOWEVER, you can have a seat in the dining room and order. You can also add your take out order. What?! So we did it. Our waiter, Giuliano was nice. Over the next 30 mins, I saw no less than four take out orders go out the door! I asked the manager and he was a complete jerk. He literally told us that it's just random when they can accept to go orders. Food was runny, full of butter and lacked flavor....and not cheap. So I dropped in for lunch and was promptly greeted and seated by the host. The service was prompt and very pleasant as well. The decor is modern and chic, love the water wall behind the bar. Sadly, it ends there. I ordered the ramen noodle soup. First, there was an egg on top and when I bit into it, it was ice cold! I guess they use refrigerated pre-cooked eggs. I pushed it aside, hoping the broth would warm it up. The pork belly was not fresh, it was more like thick chunks of bacon that were left over from someone's breakfast. The broth was tasteless and I may as well have gone to Albertsons for a $1 package of ramen noodles as opposed to paying $16 for this one. Freshness matters to me and I did not get it here. In full disclosure, I was in a rush so I did not ask the waitstaff to fix it. Given how pleasant she was, I am sure she would have made it right. I really do not think I will go back. read more

Great service during COVID19! This place is a fusion of popular Asian dishes like Chinese DanDan noodles, Thai Pad Thai and Japanese Ramen. I wouldn't say the taste is super authentic but it's still really good. I guess their selling point is using lots of healthy fresh vegetables and nice presentation.
