I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I walked in on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted and there were a few patrons in the restaurant but the tables were so close to each other you could listen to your neighbors conversation, none of the TVs were on so it was awkwardly quiet and no music blasting. We placed our orders and my husband's food came out shortly.. my wonton noodle soup came out about 12 min later but I insisted my husband start eating his to enjoy his soup hot. He enjoyed his soup but I felt mine was very bland and had to add sauces to give it some flavor. I had hoped to receive our bowls at the same time so we could enjoy dinner together. Also, there was a couple next to us where her husband did not even get his bowl until after me and they were there before us. Maybe they are still working out their kinks but maybe give it another few weeks to get better at their service which I am sure will help everything else. read more

I am a flight attendant and have the opportunity to eat at MANY great spots. This onw right here - is a keeper. They have only been open for about six weeks - give them a try! We started with spicy won tons - delicate - delicious! Scallion pancakes were thick - flakey and wonderful. Mongolian chow meon and DanDan noodles were very good. Great prices - wonderful service - top notch! We even left a credit card behind and they ran after us to give it back. We will be back again! read more

Food is very good and the staff is excellent. We've gone there our last two trips to Vegas (May, August). Didn't get his name but the taller attendant remembered us. He's very friendly and professional and never made us feel rushed. The place is small but our party of 4 was able to get a table quickly for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the DanDan noodles which had a lot of flavor and a little spicy kick...so good! We usually order the sesame balls at the end as they are very good! The beef brisket noodle is also very good. From walking to the door to walking out, a very nice eatery. A nice man greeted us at the door and sat us down literally within a minute. Didn't rush us or anything and we got our food in a timely manner, it was also really cool getting to see them make our noodles. Food was amazingggg! Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Place is small and a bit dingy. The utensils and serving wear were dirty and we had to request new ones. The servings were very small and the quality was mediocre. I would rate the quality somewhere between mall food court and Panda Express Not what I was expecting for $40 for two people. Although the waiter was a bit difficult to understand, he was very friendly and attentive Sadly I will not be returning nor can I recommend this place with a clear conscience read more

I was too hungry to take pictures. Hubby got the Mongolian rice dish and I got the Mongolian chow mein and both were something to write home about. The noodles are made in house and have a nice bite to them. Sauce was spicy and delicious, good portions too. We also got the smashed cucumber salad and that was beyond delightful. With all the good reviews we were excited to try this grand open Noodle Master! We had the spicy beef with knife cut noodle, Lanzhou with thin hand pulled noodle (forgot to picture moment it) and a beef roll. Soup, noodle, meat and veggies went perfectly together. We cleared the bowl with not even a drip of soup left behind. We really enjoyed our meal as it's pretty authentic. Didn't get a chance to take picture of the gentlemen pulling noodles. Service was very prompt checked on us with more napkins without request. The husband walked out satisfied and said we don't have to drive all the way to kungFu noodle anymore. Another lunch spot added to our list! P.S. -as soon as I left the place I texted all the friends in the area about the restaurant. One friend ventured right away last night for dinner. A restaurant shouldn't be able to rely on people watching noodles being pulled while the actual meal leaves you disappointed. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but based on my experience, I absolutely would not go out of my way to eat here again. I recently visited this new Lanzhou noodle spot, and I was thoroughly impressed! I tried the fish noodles and they were absolutely delicious - the flavors were rich and perfectly balanced.
