While not quite able to dethrone my favorite spot in the valley, Noodle Master is definitely a Henderson staple. Although, the value here is a bit better than my go-to spot. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup has a great beefy broth with tender braised beef, but could use a lil' more spice/mala. I got the knife cut noodles and wished there was a little more chewiness to them, but still better than what I get in Brooklyn (which is high praise). The highlight of this meal were the Spicy Wontons - good level of spice/mala that had me wiping my nose, pork filling was tasty, the wrap had a nice chew to it. The place had a great friendly local feel with good service. When I'm Henderson side, I won't hesitate revisiting. read more

It's been a couple weeks and I'm STILL dreaming about their spicy brisket with knife cut noodles. I've had this dish at many places before, but this one really hit the spot. The noodles are made-in house -- you can literally see them making it as soon as you walk in -- and you have the option to choose from original, wide, and knife-shaved. I opted for the knife-shaved noodles with my soup. The brisket was tender with the perfect amount of fat to it, and the bok choy was cooked right. The broth was a medium spicy in my opinion. It was enough to get my nose sniffling but not enough for me to stop inhaling my meal. I thought the portion was generous; this turned into two meals for myself, however I do realize that I get full quickly. I thought the XLB dumpling wrap was good, however it is missing some extra something in the filling to get it to the next level. Service was excellent. Mmm, noodle soup. Dammit! :) I recently saw Noodle Master on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. There are a few places like this around and I am working through trying them each to find a favorite. I'm not there yet but I've tried a couple and each have their merit. I showed up a bit early today. About 10:50. Noodle Master opens at 11:00. I took a chance. The door was open and I saw an open sign. They weren't quite open yet but they allowed to come in and sit on a comfy couch while I waited for them to finish their opening routine. When came my time to order, ordered wonton soup with thin hand pulled noodles. And a side of veggie spring rolls for good measure. And a hot green tea to wash it all down. The spring rolls were the first to arrive. Three crisp and insanely hot little appetizers with a bowl of sweet chili sauce for dipping. They were quite good. I was finishing my last of them right about the time that the noodles came out. Followed a moment later by the wonton soup. I tried to spoon the noodlea into my soup but they just kept coming. At some point I had to cut them off. I know, bad form. I should not cut a noodle but I had to do something. Luck be damned. I mixed in what I could and started in. The noodles were there for added bulk and texture. Not much else. They were good and I'm sure would be even better as the star of their own dish. The star of this lunch, though, was the wonton soup. It was simple and delicious. A good amount of wonton. At least 10. No skimping here. Plus seaweed, ribbons of scrambled egg and green onion. Simple and pure. Exactly what I was wanting. There is something about wonton soup that makes me feel better when I'm sick. I'm not sick now but have some lingering congestion from a Fall cold. The hot broth of soup helps to clear my head. Adding a little chili oil bumps up the effectiveness. The green tea did a fine job of clearing things too. Hot liquid on top of hot liquid. It was a good size drinking glass full of a beautiful jasmine green tea. Sweet and refreshing. I sipped on that mostly after finishing my meal and before leaving. I walked in today and was greeted by a friendly team of staff. I was served a delicious meal with fresh hand pulled noodles. Like really fresh. Like I looked the chef in the eyes as he pulled them fresh. I left full and sweating profusely (hot liquids you know). Mission accomplished. Great neighborhood spot for hand pulled noodles. We were in the area and planning to head back to Chinatown for noodles but decided to look for somewhere more local. Located in a large Target anchored shopping center with plenty of parking (not the case for the other spot we were considering). I had the Dan Dan noodles which were very good. A bit spicy but not too much. Wife had the beef noodle soup. She shared a sip of the soup and a couple pieces of beef. Both were also very good. Price for both bowls were very fair. Small spot which probably seats no more than 30. Service was efficient and friendly. Probably 4-1/2 stars but rounding up as I love local spots. read more

This is one of the those places you should not judge a book by its cover. Saw them on Instagram and had to try, but upon walking in, the place felt a bit underwhelming, due to weird decor and furnitures which they should probably get rid of. But most importantly, the food was unimaginably delicious!!! There are so many handpulled places all over Vegas now, and I have to say, Noodle Master beats the top contenders! They all have the same dishes so it easy to compare them. I ordered my usually cold-chicken dish and this was the best I've had!
