    Pho combo

I love their FRESH made in house noodles, very chewy and especially their beef broth & chicken broth are so delicious and not thirsty like all other places. Quick service, nice and clean place. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

This place is busy, but they get you seated quickly. The pho broth here is good and flavorful , they have fresh in house noodles which taste kinda different, very soft, less chewy, sometimes fall apart when you pick up with chopsticks. I will probably order regular noodles next time but that's just my preference.

One of the best pho in DFW area. Their service is choppy some time but they did served a delicious hot bowl of pho. 4.5 stars.. Definitely recommended!! Pros: using fresh noodle, their beef is bomb, their broth is bomb Cons: service..

Chicken curry stir fried flat noodles

So after trying some other menu items other than the pho it's safe to say that my family still makes the hour long drive from Fort Worth to come here! The stir fried flat noodes are a must try at least once! My favorite was the seafood stir fried flat noodles because you get a little bit of everything from squid to imitation crab and of course shrimp with some veggies. The noodles themselves were perfection and had me craving them long after the meal. During the most recent visit I decided to try the Curry chicken stir fried noodles and... they were okay. Some of the chicken slices were very large to where you really had to cut them. The noodles once again were good but the flavoring was inconsistent throughout the actual dish, like they didn't mix it well enough while cooking so there were some spots that very curry-tastic and others that were bland. Overall an okay dish but nothing truely noteworthy. Still a highly recommended restaurant and well worth the drive for the fresh noodles!

Noodlelicious is a Vietnamese restaurant in the Saigon Cali mall that specializes in pho. Now there are many places in DFW where you can get a good bowl of pho, but what sets them apart is you can order your bowl with fresh pho noodles made in house. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - You'll find Noodlelicious in the same Saigon Cali strip mall that contains Lee Sandwiches and a number of Asian businesses. It's your typical Vietnamese/pho restaurant. It's a simple layout with plenty of tables, chairs, and Vietnamese patrons (good sign). Honestly, it's not the cleanest restaurant nor is it dirty. 1/2 Star. Service - You'll get typical service at a Vietnamese restaurant: 1. You sit. 2. Your order is taken. 3. Food comes out. 4. You pay at the front. Rarely is there any follow up - but this is par for the course at authentic Vietnamese restaurants. If you know what you're getting going in it shouldn't be a surprise. Good news is that they are fast & efficient. 1 Star. Food - My favorite pho place in the DFW area is Pho Bang in Garland. Noodlelicious is a close second. I've probably been here more times than I think - usually with a group. So why do I keep coming back? It's the pho noodles. Now, most restaurants just boil up their dry pho noodles from a package. Here they make their noodles fresh and they're served al dente. Their broth is well seasoned, clean & clear, and their vegetables fresh. Minor complaint is that their bowls are more broth & meat (Tai\Chin\Bo Vien is what I get) than pho noodles - or maybe I just always eat the noodles first. Keep in mind you have to request the fresh noodles. Stick with the pho & pass on the Vietnamese spring rolls. They're just ok. Then again, this place IS called Noodlelicious. 1 1/2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Not only do I find myself here more often, the convenience of the location at the Saigon Cali mall means you can also grab a Vietnamese Ice Coffee at Lee's or dessert at Bambu. Yes, not only will I be back I'll be a regular. 1 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five-star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Food - I'll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the food. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Yelp score.

    Ask the Community - Noodlelicious

Someone help me with this no brainer question, when you order the soup they ask you if you want fresh noodles or regular noodles? Wouldn't someone obviously want the freshest noodles? What is the catch?…

It's just the name, it isn't like one is fresh and one is spoiled. The one that's "not fresh" is kinda like instant noodles. You will be perfectly fine consuming it. People prefer it because it tastes different, have a different texture.
