    Bangkok Thai Noodles With Tofu
    Steve A.

I had a pretty good experience at this Noodles and Company. It had some of the most common cuisines with noodles including Asian which is the best of these. There seems to be some problems with service. It was likely due to too many idiot students working there. The food was impressive considering it's a chain so it helped to make up for it. I ordered the bangkok curry with tofu and thai curry soup. It was about $12 for the meal. The Bangkok curry noodles absorbed the flavors of the curry. It tasted like they were fresh rather than made from a can. The soup was also surprisingly very strong. It was good but it was a bit overpriced for the amount. The most impressive thing they had there was the Coca Cola freestyle pop machine. It has all kinds of flavor combinations. This can be found in many other restaurants so this isn't a reason to come here. It would be nice if the food was more consistent because it costs more than fast food so it should be better. The service was okay considering it was all mostly braindead college students behind the counter. I would go to this Noodles and Company because it has been the best location. The best thing other than the food was the Coca Cola freestyle pop machine with all the combinations. Will be back to this location when around campus and looking for something fast and good Asian restaurants.

Ate here for lunch before the game. I got the chicken salad bowl and I really like it, very tasty, filling and satisfying. I also tried THAI chicken soup and some pot stickers. They are tasty and flavorful, although it doesn't really taste like an authentic Asian cuisine. It has a bit of a twist to it. Conveniently located near OSU football stadium.

    Bad Mac & Cheese

This is probably the worst Mac and cheese I've ever had. Waited 20 minutes for it and I coulda made it in the kitchen myself fr. Bad eats

    Me, food, no company :(

I was feeling down after failing the test and happened to stumble upon this place. I went in not knowing what to expect and was greeted with a wonderful noodle dish, but contrary to the sign, no company :( there wasn't even a company option on the menu. Great meal but would not recommend eating there if you are sad/alone... gotta go now..

Really nice service and cute utensils however the variety of food is kinda disappointing. I'll recommend the Indonesia peanut sauté.

This little gem in Victorian Village is a must visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian food and stellar service. I came here with my roommates family for a celebratory dinner and had an amazing four course dining experience. I was intimidated at first by the number of courses, but each dish is in a small tasting format. Not only was the food delish but our water was incredible. He took time to go through each dish and explain the ingredients and origin. You could tell he was super passionate about his job and the food there. I'm going to come back to try their cacio pepe that they mix in a cheese wheel in front of you!! 10/10!!

I also noticed unfortunately there was no sitting or lounge area for customers to sit if they are Waiting for a table or waiting for a ride share. If you have to wait you are literally in the way of servers or the opening of the front door. I opted for the "Lighter Fare" menu at $55.00, your only two other choices were a Tasting menu at $110.00 or a Pelino's Dinner at four courses for $69.00. The menu is very limited, there is no A la carte available. Our server was professional & polite & the entire staff was lovely. I ordered : First course :Tornare alle Origini Eggplant, Pachino tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, Pantelleria capers Main Course: L'Oro Verde della Sicilia Rigatoni, Lemon, Butter with Pistacchio di Bronte Crema Dessert : Semifreddo agli Amaretti Amaretti crumble, Semifreddo with Chocolate Sauce This breakdown comes to $18.00 per course. Looking back even the Lighter fare menu is too expensive especially for only one main course on the nights menu that offers Shrimp on your pasta, not even a protein like Chicken or Beef. The most disappointing part of the meal was the temperature of the food, not even remotely warm for this small restaurant. I had a guest dining with me and their first course of Toasted focaccia, Salt-cured Italian anchovies, Bagnet Verd which was comically 2 tiny pieces of bread smaller than a quarter & rock hard for $17.95. Sadly, I would not recommend Pelino's Pasta its too expensive & your clothes smell of seafood after dining there.

Please believe me when I say be prepared to just look past all that chaos to see the beauty in it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes they do offer suggestions, answer your questions and carry your purchases to your car for you. Who does that nowadays?!? I read a review saying not to skip out on the rosemary sea salt bread so I didn't. I mean the smells and it looked like perfection on the tray so how could I resist!? So glad I didn't. It was warm, soft, flavorful and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I would return for the fresh baked bread alone. We were given samples and we made our selections, paid and had our goodies carried out to the car for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ended up with a couple varieties of olives, a couple of meatballs and the bread. All fabulous. If you're anywhere near this area and you need some mouthwateringly good food do stop in.

I visited for the first time in many years and found that most vendors have changed over the years. One familiar vendor is the Pastaria at the North Market. I had a delightful experience ordering some macaroni and cheese as well as some pizza at Sarefino's next door. I arrived and looked around at the options. There was a small wait for a Saturday lunch, and I jumped at the chance to order a limited edition macaroni and cheese from a familiar restaurant. My friend ordered the mac and cheese first, and I followed suit shortly afterwards. The sides of mac and cheese seemed small but were very rich and filling, and I was quite filled up after finishing up a slice of pizza and a side of mac and cheese. When I was next door at Sarefino's, I met the Pastaria owner Don Ziliak, who is also the owner of Sarefino's Pizzeria & Italnian Deli (and also Pastaria and Pastaria Seconda, also located in the North Market). Don was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. He shared some of the history and also let me know how he had been an owner of the restaurants for quite some time. I learned that he initially acquired Pastaria in 1993, purchased Sarefino's in 1995, and opened Pastaria Seconda in 1998, making it a family-run business. The location is on the west side of the North Market along the wall. The hours at the North Market are Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 5 PM. I would assume that later during the lunch hour during the weekends (and weekdays) it is probably quite busy. The restaurants are known for "good Italian food without the fuss." If you look on their website (https://www.pastarianorthmarket.com), you will see that Don will recognize regulars and their names along with their regular orders. I certainly would come back to eat there again!

Just tasted like plain linguine carbonara. When the woman taking my order asked if I wanted to add any chicken or something, I thought "that'd be way too much on top of the shrimp and scallops!" but now I see why she asked. Because there wasn't any protein in it lol I mean, it was good, for a plain pasta. And it explains the low price. But I feel like the wording on the menu should be adjusted. Just call it carbonara lol makes me wonder if the white clam sauce actually has clams or if they're invisible clams too. Oh, and I was given the wrong order at first. There was only a couple and me, and they mixed up my box with one of theirs. I thought they just messed my order up because it was also a white sauce but with penne. I almost just kept it to avoid the hassle of having them make a new one, but ended up deciding to get what I actually paid for. Thankfully mine was still there and the couple hadn't walked off with it yet. But with only 3 boxes, for 2 of them to be mixed up feels very sloppy. It wasn't exactly like they were busy either. Despite the negatives, the pasta was good and affordable. It wasn't a huge serving where you'd have to take home the leftovers. More like a lunch portion. The bread and garlic butter were good too.
