The presentation was wonderful and taste was immaculate. I had never tried Noodles &Company before, so for the first time, this was wonderful. We were kicking around the mall at Keystone Crossings. We looked over the menu and decided on a few light fare items. My wife ordered pan fried dumplings which come in a variety of sizes. I ordered buttery noodles. After paying I hung out waiting to grab our food at the counter and wifey went to look for a table in the food court area. After about 3-4 minutes a young lady came up from the back and asked a few customers (not me) if they ordered buttery noodles and when they replied no she took them back where they sat on the counter another 3-4 minutes until the dumplings were ready. While standing there,I noticed a mess in the middle of the floor like someone's order was dropped. The sad part was watching person after person walk right past it like they never noticed it and no one take the time or effort to clean it up. Besides being unsightly for customers and a work place hazard, I'm guessing it's also a health code violation of some sort. The food was nothing to write home about. Both dishes lacked flavor. The cook had thawed and flattened them on the grill on both sides so they looked like japanese pancakes. No freshness and not properly cooked. My husband had the Buffalo chicken on macncheese which he ate and said was not as spicy as my dish. Value2: We ate it but at well over $22 with no fountain drinks, there are better places out there. I was thinking: "Your damn right! that does sound good!" But it was kind of her to take note and engage me as the customer. The other reason I am not giving this location a 5-star rating, is because my Pad Thai sauce was forgotten. The normal pad thai sauce was nowhere to be found. 'How do I know?' you ask? Well because this is the ONLY dish I have ever ordered since ordering from Noodles... I could practically tell you how many noodles is in each bowl! So for this reason, 3 stars it is. I usually stick with two options (The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and the Japanese Pan Noodles) and cant go wrong with either of them. Located in the vacated Blockbuster (times change) in the Marsh Plaza at 86th and Alisonville Rd. There's one of those computerized coke machines - lime coke! However, they must already realized that the drink dispensing station is poorly located and becomes easily congested. The immediate solution is to lose the booth located parallel to, and just 5 feet from, the station. Serve beer and wine but there is no wi-fi. read more

Instead of my typical large Indonesian peanut sauté, I ordered the smaller size of the Japanese Pan Noodles with added tofu, as it was advertised as a more healthy menu option. Our cashier informed us that the location was out of the pan noodles, but he could sub the translucent rice noodles instead. Overall, the dish tasted fine, especially when spiced up with Sriracha. The tofu was firm and prepared well, although a little lacking in quantity for the up charge amount. My partner ordered the seasonal alfredo montmare, which was a little dry, as the white sauce was non-existent; he wouldn't order it again. I am so incredibly disappointed in Heather, the manager that was working during my lunch today. I have been coming to this location on and off for a year or so and I have never seen such an overt display of hostility and discrimination. The food has always been hit or miss but the convenient location kept me coming back, not anymore. I will never eat here again after watching this manager treat her employee so poorly. I heard this employee reiterate that their pronouns are he/they and the manager say, "I can't say that, it's too weird to describe somebody using 'they/them.'" The argument escalated and the manager threatened termination - something that should never be threatened for communicating pronouns to a boss/manager. Before I left I asked if the employee was okay, they were, and told him that he deserves a healthier work environment. But this is why I came...I had my heart set on penne rosa with shrimp! I was gonna leave right then do to that being the last straw! For my troubles I was given 2 free meals next time...but i wont be coming back to this location!
