I came in after the lunch rush, so the tables were dirty and the employees looked exhausted. Mason took my order and was pretty polite but I could tell he didn't want to be at work. They have a "script" they say when they take your order and when they deliver the food. You could tell he wasn't into saying it but knew he had to. The food was hot, it was delivered fast and actually pretty good. I wish I would've got just a little more noodles for the price, maybe next time I'll order a large. I LOVE their Rice Krispy treats and wish I would bought one extra.

This photo is to help describe what just happened. All the tables on the left were full of separate parties 2 feet apart. Except for the back booth (Left Red arrow) marked "Please wait. Sanitize" So, our party chose the (Right arrow) right table. This would be proper social distancing - however, we were asked mid-meal to get up and leave because this table was not supposed to leave. He told us to go outside, in the puddles, to dirty wet tables to finish eating. And then they let the people (blue scribble) in the right corner to sit. This is disgusting treatment of customers in an already trying time. Also, it's not even close to following social distancing guidelines by forcing us to sit close together, with unknown parties, on one side while the other side is blocked off. Additionally, forcing us to sit outside on dirty, wet tables as the only social distancing option.

Badly burned tofu in Japanese Pan Noodles. Both my orders were like the photo. Rude and nasty to serve this to paying customers.

Poorly trained cooks who will send you away with badly burned takeout. Owner is more concerned with the feelings of the chefs than a paying customer with a ruined dinner. Never again.

First time here and I'm impressed. Their pot stickers were good, crisp on both sides and the dipping sauce was just the basic soy sauce with red pepper flakes but for some reason I always feel it's more special than that (therefore it makes it taste better). I got the Pad Thai with chicken and I was thoroughly happy! Sure I was thrown off by the large chunks of egg vs the small bits normally found when you go to a Thai place, but the flavor was sorta better. The chicken was cute it's cubes and lovey scallions throughout. I've not had luck with Pad Thai from actual Thai restaurants before: they we're either too dry or lacked flavor. Not here and even though this isn't a Thai establishment I would definitely come back to order this meal again. My husband ordered the Japanese Spicy noodles and that looked so dang legit! If he hadn't added all that Sriracha to his noodles I'd have asked for more than a taste lol. Overall excellent experience, they have a coke machine that you can choose anything from Vanilla Coke to Barq's Cream Soda.

Eh, it is what it is. I was not a big fan of my dish from here. The noodles were gummy. The flavor was just kind of off. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not great. I'm not sure I will go back. The only highlight was the giant cookie I purchased.

I love how they are at different farmers markets as I can go after work at the Penn Quarter market or catch them over the weekend near me around Falls Church, Mosaic District, and Reston. Come early because they sell out quick! I highly recommend the prepackaged Eggplant Parm, Pesto and Artichoke Cannelloni, and Marinara Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni, Spinach Tagliatelle, Cheese Pansiotti. The only dishes I don't recommend are the Gnocchi (difficult to cook), Thin Tagliatelle (thicker is better and easier to cook), and Pesto Sauce (too thick). My favorite dishes are the prepackaged baked Eggplant Parm, Pesto and Artichoke Cannelloni, and Marinara Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni. I love tossing them into the oven and within 30 minutes, viola! A delicious pipping hot Italian dish bursting with flavor. I really like how they are fail safe - you don't have to worry about overcooking pasta or buying sauce, cheese,or additional ingredients. Everything is included and those dishes are the best bang for your buck! When I'm not feeling lazy, I love cooking the fresh homemade pasta particularly the Spinach Tagliatelle and Cheese Pansiotti. The pasta is really soft and tender, it cooks al dente in a couple of minutes. It's really easy to over cook the pasta as I've done this a few times particularly for the thinner pastas. The Spinach Tagliatelle is unique pasta and thicker than fettuccine. As the spinach tagliatelli is hard to find and a top seller, I'm lucky if I get a chance to buy it before its sells out (keeping fingers crossed!) Of all the fresh pastas, the Tagliatelle has the largest serving and goes well with pesto. I really like the Cheese Pansiotti, a large ravioli stuffed with cheese and subtle garlic flavor that melts in your mouth and goes with ragu or marinara sauce. I wasn't a big of a fan of the thin tagliatelli, which is like spaghetti/bucatini, or the mini ravioli. I prefer the larger pastas. If you haven't cooked Gnocchi before, I don't recommend purchasing it. You need to cook it in under 30 seconds, I waited an extra 30 seconds and it turned into mush! To add insult to injury, I blended in the pesto sauce, which turned into mashed potato! I ended up throwing out the meal, $35 literally down the drain. Although the Pesto sauce is tasty, it comes frozen and very thick and difficult to blend in with the pasta. I recommend using it as a spread for sandwiches rather than for the pasta. I used the pesto for the thin tagliatelle, it was really hard to blend in and made the pasta congeal and clump together. The pesto sauce isn't worth $18. If you are going to eat the pasta within a week, I recommend just refrigerating them as they keep well. I don't recommend freezing the pasta as it tends to stick together. The pasta also keeps well after you cook or bake it. The pasta were good after a week. I gone to several farmers markets just to get Cavanna Pasta, they are that tasty and delicious! Their homemade pasta take me back to Italy.

They have cute postcards with pasta sauce recipes, but you can also buy their incredible pasta sauces and pair it with the pasta you buy (which I highly recommend). The second to last time we ordered online for pickup, my husband and I each got our own pizza. Each pizza had several ingredients on it. For some bizarre reason, they piled my pizza high with ingredients (which is great) and they put almost no ingredients on his pizza. It was basically a cheese pizza with a few scattered toppings. But we didn't discover this until we drove all the way home. So my husband was stuck with a pizza that wasn't very good, because he doesn't like cheese pizza. I don't understand why they would completely cover one pizza and not the other. I filled out the feedback form AND the contact form. Zero response. Many weeks later, we decided that it had to be a fluke, and decided to order online for pickup again. We were in a hurry, but I figured that if we wrote a note on the receipt to please cover BOTH pizzas with a lot of ingredients, they would. So I did. We picked the pizzas off and headed off to meet a friend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that YET AGAIN they did the EXACT same thing. My pizza was absolutely covered - excessively so, including an absolute carpet of arugula on top. And my husband's was basically a cheese pizza. To be honest, it felt like they read my note, and decided to leave the ingredients off of one, just to spite us for asking. I don't know that that is actually what happened - but I couldn't figure out why one was absolutely coated and the other wasn't. It was really weird. So, AGAIN - I filled out the feedback form AND contacted them through the website. Nothing but complete silence. Management couldn't even be bothered to reply or try to make it right. So the only conclusion that I can draw is that they not only do not care about customer experience, but that they actively spite their customers. Don't eat here unless you can watch them make yoyr pizza in front of you. If they mess it up, they will not care and they will never make it right.

They both like pizza, so it was an easy win. The set up here is kind of like those MOD pizza chains - you can basically make your own pizza from any of the ingredients/toppings they have available and then they fire it right there for you. They have some pre-made recipes as suggestions - I went ahead and ordered the margarita and my kids just got plain cheese. The pizza itself was okay. It wasn't amazing, but for "fast food" pizza it was tasty and filling enough that it did the trick. The kids meals came with a scoop of their gelato, which really was a treat for me (I've got one kid who doesn't do ice cream, so I got his scoop of the mango - delicious! - while my little one got vanilla - also good). Service was fast and friendly, and the dining room was clean and spacious. Overall, a good experience!
