Wendell here, coming to you live post meal, hungry man no more. I have watched the character arc of Noodles and Company progress firsthand through experiencing the culinary creation known as Japanese pan noodles for many many years now. It's the only thing I've ever had, through the good, the bad and the abysmal. Noodles and company was on time out for a while due to their sharp decline in quality. This location may have swayed my feelings in a more positive direction though. I had a great time despite serving the dish exclusively in to go containers even while eating in the restaurant. Mother Earth weeps. I wept joyful tears of feeling a feeling I haven't felt in a long time. Like being reunited with an old friend. My old pal noodle. And yet... the lack of company persists. It seems I am destined for eternal noodle solitude. If the quality of the noodle is as good as this experience though, maybe life won't be so bad alone. read more

I went yesterday for the first time in years. We got three pulled pork, mac & cheese, cheese, and one mac & cheese with steak. It was over $50. They completely failed to put any cheese on the three pulled pork mac & cheese. Like the noodles were cooked, but they put the pork on with no cheese. The reason we went there is because we didn't want to cook tonight. So not only am I out like 55 bucks I still had to cook. It's just really disappointing. read more

I like this place for a different yet casual taste. The concept is simple, yet a little different over traditional fast food. All of the restaurants are usually very clean and fresh smelling. What I don't like is the inconsistency of the portions of food. The service is more or less depending who works and which manager. Well with a stop though! read more

The service was good. I had the 'new' crispy chicken bacon Alfredo. Very dry, really did not taste any Alfredo sauce. No bacon flavor at all and the chicken was so salty. I could not eat it.! read more

I came in after the lunch rush, so the tables were dirty and the employees looked exhausted. Mason took my order and was pretty polite but I could tell he didn't want to be at work. They have a "script" they say when they take your order and when they deliver the food. You could tell he wasn't into saying it but knew he had to. The food was hot, it was delivered fast and actually pretty good. I wish I would've got just a little more noodles for the price, maybe next time I'll order a large. This photo is to help describe what just happened. All the tables on the left were full of separate parties 2 feet apart. Except for the back booth (Left Red arrow) marked "Please wait. Sanitize" So, our party chose the (Right arrow) right table. This would be proper social distancing - however, we were asked mid-meal to get up and leave because this table was not supposed to leave. He told us to go outside, in the puddles, to dirty wet tables to finish eating. And then they let the people (blue scribble) in the right corner to sit. This is disgusting treatment of customers in an already trying time. Also, it's not even close to following social distancing guidelines by forcing us to sit close together, with unknown parties, on one side while the other side is blocked off. The cashier is exceptional. It's usually the same guy there. I wish I could remember his name. He's fast, friendly and always repeats back your order. The food is good also. Place is clean. Service is as expected. Just wish the Rice Krispies were a bit bigger. LOL read more

I usually go to the Charlottesville location but since I was in the area and craving noodles I stopped by and boy I'm glad I did! The man at the register had such a sweet and welcoming smile and was so patient with the computer that was acting up and kept apologising. I always get extra feta, but my usual location fails every time; not here! This location brought me my extra feta and the meal was cooked so much better than Charlottesville. Kudos to the cooks, the crew, and the managers for being superior. read more

I entered the establishment before lunch,and I have considered dining their for quite sometime,only to be disappointed by the long wait,the overwhelmed staff,who I know was doing the best they could,and poor tasting food! I work in the culinary field,Dining facility management in the military,business partnership,retirement communities,delis,and grocery kiosks! First time here and I'm impressed. Their pot stickers were good, crisp on both sides and the dipping sauce was just the basic soy sauce with red pepper flakes but for some reason I always feel it's more special than that (therefore it makes it taste better). I got the Pad Thai with chicken and I was thoroughly happy! Sure I was thrown off by the large chunks of egg vs the small bits normally found when you go to a Thai place, but the flavor was sorta better. The chicken was cute it's cubes and lovey scallions throughout. I've not had luck with Pad Thai from actual Thai restaurants before: they we're either too dry or lacked flavor. Not here and even though this isn't a Thai establishment I would definitely come back to order this meal again. My husband ordered the Japanese Spicy noodles and that looked so dang legit! If he hadn't added all that Sriracha to his noodles I'd have asked for more than a taste lol. We enjoy this place for a nice quick decent meal. It's your typical chain place to eat but with a twist. That twist is, of course, the fact that the majority of the dishes are noodle based. One good thing is that you can choose from a selection of meats to put into your bowl if you choose. I have had many selections from their menu, but my favorite 3 are on the main rotation. The Japanese pan noodles are always a good choice, along with the spicy Korean beef noodles (which have steak included with the noodles). Don't forget that they have entree salads as well, and they are quite good. My favorite salad is the Med salad which, like it sounds, is a Mediterranean style salad. Just be careful that it can be a tad salty due to the kalamata olives. All in all, good place for a quick bite to eat. Especially if you are having trouble deciding what to do for lunch or dinner. Staff is also nice and friendly, which is always a plus. read more

I needed some quick To-go. But I didn't quite want the typical "fast food". I decided to try Noodles and Company. I like that the building itself was in a well lit area and it was plenty of parking. The interior was very trendy as well. The cashier was extremely pleasant and asked me if I needed any help with finding specific things on the menu. I decided to go with the Chicken Pad Thia. It took them about 5-6 mins to prepare and the cashier told me about a survey to do while I waited and I could get an free appetizer next time! The food was freshly prepared and HOT! I had high hopes for this one since it was new. We hadn't been to a Noodles and Company in several months after getting screwed over at the Westchester location. Oh boy, this one isn't any better. First, the place was filthy. There was not one unoccupied table that wasn't covered in dirty plates or the leftovers of previous diners. We ended up just using a wet napkin and brushing off one of the tables. As for the food? Well, to start, they cheated us out of our full order of potstickers. Instead of six, we only got five. Sounds minor, but those damn things are expensive for such a small order. However, that was nothing compared to how gross the food was. I don't know what's happening with this company but their food has been awful in the last year no matter which location you go to. I guess they have that going for them: consistency. As in consistently terrible food everywhere! It's such a disappointment because I used to love Noodles and Company. Their food used to be so tasty but now? They're just a joke. read more

Jesse and I visted the Noodle & Company in Midlothian, VA today for lunch. I shared that I had been to other N&C in the past and the food was subpar. Today we ordered the Thai soup and Bangkok Curry noodles based on Jesses recommendation. The soup tasted poorly, it was too sweet, and did not taste Thai. The Bangkok Surprise had a metallic after taste. The carrots and red peppers were not cooked enough for my liking. The broccoli and oily noodles had little to no flavor. The meal lacked seasoning. Jesse agreed that my meal lacked flavor but did not agree that it was awful. The soup was $8 with chicken and my surprise was around the same. I thought this was expensive for a soup. Jesse said he didn't have anything to compare the food to so we packed it up an took out to go boxes to Siam Paragon, a Thai restaurant in Midlothian for 2nd lunch, I ordered a Tom Ka Gung $5.95 and Penang Curry $8. I also tried to order the Bangkok curry but the owner laughed and informed me that he is not familiar with it. Once our food came out, I opened the N&C soup and noodles and asked Jesse to compare the food. We ate from both and Jesse saw the flavor difference. I'm not advocating that Siam Paragon is the best Thai food. I do believe that a middle of the road restaurant is way better than N & C Thai dishes. I have had Thai dishes around the world and do not recommend the Thai dishes from Noodle and Company. read more

Got a little pop up about being considerate of COVID circumstances. My issues with this location are unrelated. My last order was less than appetizing. Undercooked, completely bland broccoli in my bowl. I fill out the little customer satisfaction email, and I'm honest, my food was subpar. I get someone reach out to me by email about a replacement bowl even though I stressed that nothing was wrong with my order as I placed it. I figure why not? See if they can make the broccoli right this time. After responding to that email, nothing came of it. So in summary, bland food followed by a transparent, pointless interaction that only served to make an unfortunate situation infuriating. I've eaten here plenty of times, and the food isn't garbage, but it is a pale imitation of the dishes they're modeled after. After this experience, I do not intend to conduct any more business here. By the way, any customer service people from Noodles and Co can keep their concerns to themselves, I'm beyond having this "made up" for. read more

Wish I could give more stars, but employees are extremely rude. I arrived at 8:30 and when I got to the menu board I heard multiple employees singing "closinggggg closinggg". If employees want the closing time to be prior to 9, management needs to make a change to the actual closing time. Luckily, a young girl offered to take my order and was super polite. Visited for the first time today. We purchased a Tour the World Tasting at a fundraiser and had no idea what to expect. When I called to make a reservation, the General Manager Kim was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, the entire staff was attentive and very friendly. There was so much food included in this tasting and everything we tried was delicious. We had five in our party and we tried 3 appetizers, 2 salads, 6 entrees and 3 desserts to share. What can go wrong with noodles, right? If you haven't tried them, it's worth a visit or two. Good, consistent and very filling. I have not tried the salads. The concept is cool, but once you settle in on your favorite combinations of pastas sauces and meats, it gets kind of boring. This locations pasta selections tend to get a little spicy too, and I'm not sure why. The location is "right there" on a corner, but still not that easy to get to (or get out of). I must start with I love Noodle & Company but I will never go to this location again. I have gone at least 6 times and at least 4 of those times have been bad experiences. Employees are always in the back, they are grumpy, argumentative and uninformed. I believe they are not following the franchise gluten free policy. My latest and last visit he told me that the GF chicken is cooked with the gluten chicken (which is not true at other locations), then my to go order of salad and noodle bowl were put into the same to go bag. By the time I got home my salad and dressing were hot and spoiled. I will drive the extra few miles to go to the Westchester location. read more

I've given this Noodles & Co location two chances. Both times they blew it. It's in a great location, but they don't make use of it at all. At this noodles location, you only get little scraps of meat in your meal. At the West Chester location you get a whole chicken breast/slab of meat. First time I ordered the Pad Thai. It had a sad amount of chicken. I had to dig to find pieces, is there like no sauce in it? It basically tastes like plain noodles.. AND they topped it with parsley. PARSLEY. Its freaking pad thai, it's suppose to be cilantro. The second time, we made sure to ask for cilantro. When the food came, it was the same silly excuse for "pieces of chicken", A LEMON WEDGE (Suppose to be lime..) and A SINGLE leaf of cilantro. Are they being jerks on purpose? Excellent food. I've been to Noodles & Company many times but different locations and this by far is the best of all locations. It is more so their hospitality & cleanliness. I enjoyed my food & the quality service I received while having lunch. I also want to commend the person taking my order (forgot her name) but she was very friendly & helpful in making my lunch choice. I just had one of the best salads... I was headed to Panera but decided I didn't want to deal with the chaos. I decided to come to Noodles and Co. I really wanted a salad orded the new Chicken Veracruz salad... When I say ot was amazing... oh my it was delicious... just the rigjt mix of greens and protein the RESTAURANT was clean staff was friendly and attentive I would definitely recommend anyone to try ot out! read more

I have never reviewed before but service was so bad I have to warn. Never been to this place before. Wanted to try something after kids practices. Ordered through the app for 7:45 pick up. Ordered at 11 am. Tried to change it to 7:15 in the early afternoon. App wouldn't let me change order. Told to call store. Called at 5:30 to change from 7:45 to 7:15. Put on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up called back waited another5 minutes. They said couldn't change in the system but would pull order from Cue and get earlier. I showed up at 7:20. Not ready, they said a few minutes. The food was ready at 8. I wanted to cancel at 7:40 but they already charged my card. First and last visit. read more

Overall we really enjoy Noodles & Company but this particular location is not representing the company well. We have been there 3 times and EACH time something went wrong. We were coming back to give them a chance since they just opened and assuming they can't mess up each time, but we were wrong. It takes a long time for the food to arrive. In our case it was even longer because they burnt it one time or missed our order the second time. The food is good, pretty consistent however one time my tomatoes tasted moldy and old. They food was redone and the manager said she cooked the asparagus for us "from scratch"... hmm really? how do you normally cook it? :) They have a lot to learn and maybe the management is not as strong as it should be. I am starting with 2 stars and hopefully I can come back in a month or two to revise my feedback. read more

Love the variety of pasta flavors. Pad Thai my favorite so far. No need to order salad with ur meal. Pasta servings r quite reasonable.

For a quick serve place, this Noodles & Co had mailed it. We live only a few blocks away so we eat here about once a week. The managers have been terrific and the food consistently good. Their gluten free noodles are very good and their sauces have a nice balance of savory and sweet or spicy. Their rice crispie treats are nice. Very friendly staff that sometimes seems a bit clueless, but they try very hard. read more
