Decided to finally check this place out. Ordered the Wisconsin Macaroni and cheese. The dish looked delicious but looks can be deceiving. The cheese wasn't totally awful but the noodles were so tough, ended up tossing over 3/4 of it in the trash. Super disappointed after waiting so long to check it out. Not good. read more

I love Noodles & co! I'm a frequent customer. And I have my fave dishes that I order regularly - Penna Rosa. I also LOVE the Zoodles and every dish I've had (especially Asian) is SO DELISH!!! But tonight I tried the Shrimp Scampi, substitute Penne, and it was over the top Scrumptious! It's my new favorite!! Yummo! This food is fresh with lots of healthy options. It's always so delicious! Not sure if it's just this location or if noodles and company has gotten worse over the years, but I really hated my food here. The shredded cheese on top was sprinkled on and unmelted. The shrimp were boiled and had no flavor. I was contemplating throwing it out and not eating it had I not paid $12 for the bowl. Also, why is the shrimp white?! Didn't know you could boil the pink outta shrimp lol. Really unfortunate, used to love this place when I was younger, but could be the location in Powell is just a lot better. read more

After waiting an indeterminant amount of time when checking my father in at Ohio Health Westerville, I decided to feed my hunger. I haven't been to Noodles in a while, so I figured why not? I ordered a Japanese Pan noodle with shrimp, and man was it ever tasty! It hit the spot and surprisingly Dad was still waiting for his room assignment at Grant when I returned. The noodle dish was basically a Dan Dan Noodle, which was ok because it was NOT spicy like most of them. It's now my favorite whenever I want to venture into the store. read more

Unfortunately, I am giving up on this location. We have gone so many times trying to hope it would improve. We have had ordered to go and gone in to eat. There always seems to be an issue. Tonight, we tried one more time. Got there and waited 20 min for our food and had to end up changing our order to go. We watched other tables get their food and many to go orders were filled during that time. They did give us two cookies for our wait and the staff person was friendly. Unfortunately, one of the Mac and cheese we ordered must have sat for awhile because it was cold. The noodles in my Pad Thai were barely cooked and so chewy I just ate the egg and tofu. Since we had to get it to go at that point, we didn't know until we were in the car on our way to our next appt. We have wasted too much money now here on food that has been thrown away. read more

What a disappointment. We use to love this place, but it's really gone down in quality. Six of us... not a single meal was any good. I ordered the menu item : med salad with chicken... I got lettuce, one tomato, a half piece of cucumber and four little pieces of onion. No chicken, nothing really but lettuce. $12. I went to the counter to inquire and said that I didn't get chicken and they said I needed to tell them if I wanted chicken. Spacious location between Polaris and uptown Westerville. Food is good, prices are wallet friendly. Staff is always on top of their game. Wish portion sizes were bigger. Service is great and the inside of the restaurant is wonderful. It is very easy to place an order. One regular size of noodles is good for two people. We got buttered noodles for my nieces and my sister and I shared a pad thai. There is enough seating here but there is not anyone else here because of the sewer they said was nearby. However, I think it may have been the inside of the restaurant because when we left the restaurant there was no smell. However, the food and service was very good. After placing our order we got them in 5 minutes. The pad thai noodles were sweet and tasty and the buttered noodles were great. Service was good very nice people, I ordered just Spaghetti and Marinara no meatball. They did mess up the order and give me meatballs, they also took a good 15 minutes to just give me my order. The food had pasta mixed with the spaghetti and the food was warm when I got it. The food tastes good just a few errors. read more

Sweetie loves Noodles; I like it fine, and can always find something to eat there. Lately we've been going more often because it works fine for a small family; in fact, I often see people there with kids. It's not a crazy screaming kid place, so don't be scared off; but it is kid-friendly. What do they have? Noodles. Asian, Italian, and, well, that's about it. But a fair pad Thai, good mac and cheese, and a variety of other options. Good noodles, good meats, plenty of fresh veggies. There are a few sides. It's comfy to eat in, and easy to get it to go. Sweetie usually gets Alfredo Montamore; I don't think I've actually sampled it. I get something Asian. Today I got pad Thai with pork. Their pork is tender, marinated a long time, and goes well with all their Asian options. There were veggies mixed in, and egg. I got a regular and wished I had more. We also shared cheese bread, which comes with a good marinara dipping sauce. Prices are reasonable for what you get, maybe a little high. Service is always good. It's better than fast food, not as good as a great noodle place. But hey, sometimes convenience matters. I'll introduce Baby K to Tensuke someday. For now, she can have a little bit of my food at Noodles. read more

Chopsticks are a must (I learned to use them here) can't believe it took me so long to write this review but I finally did. I only started coming here after being introduced to it in Dayton. For me this is like a chain restaurant because it's fast and convenient. I also agree with other yelpers that the food does not taste so authentic as what you can get in other restaurants. The two dishes I like the most are Pad Thai and Japanese noodles. The Japanese noodles has that spice and kick I like to my food, while the Pad Thai satisfies me enough with the flavor. We eat at Noodles once every couple weeks. The portions and quality are fair and the price makes it a decent value in todays economy. You can feed a family of four a tasty and healthy dinner for $50 to $60 which is good compared to other restaurants in the area. They've goofed up my order a couple times but they seem to have worked out the kinks at this location and have gotten it right consistently recently. Customer service is mostly good and restaurants are clean and pleasant to visit with easy access to unlimited fountain drinks. As long as they don't lose their heads and jack prices through the roof I think this restaurant will continue to do very well. read more

If you have celiac or gluten sensitivity - beware! Almost every time I eat here and get a gluten free item, I find regular noodles mixed in with my rice noodles. They are now issuing a statement that they can't "promise" there won't be a mix up but I promise you obviously could see the regular noodles mixed in with my "gluten" allergy meal. read more

Every single time I go to this restaurant, the staff are so helpful and courteous. My kids love Noodles, so we go frequently, especially during the summer. Very good and inexpensive food. My wife and I took our 4yr old and he loved it. They have italian, asian, and american styles of noodles. Options include simple Mac n cheese or spaghetti w meatballs as well as more complex pesto or Asian plates I was amazed how great the customer service was. They brought our food to the table and everything was delicious. If you like spicy, then get the Asian peanut dinner and have a beer or wine to go with it. read more

My daughter really likes this place, and it is very kid friendly.... it is not usually too busy either....which helps alot when you go in there alone with a toddler and have to wait in line to order food. In addition, if you get carry-out it is pretty fast and not much of a wait. I appreciate the fact that they do have gluten free options for being a noodle place however, I feel like for the prices the portions are super small. I know that since they are a chain they go for consistency, but come on...... $6.99 for a small portion of spaghetti and meatballs?!?! In addition, I don't get where they can come off charging $2 additional to substitute gluten free pasta in regular pasta dishes!! Food is made fresh & to order, which is always a treat. However, its not the best tasting food. The pad thai is pretty good, if they manage to not scorch your meal. The wisconsin mac n cheese basically tastes like its straight from a stouffer's pan. The staff is friendly, but can sometimes come off as overbearing. This was the first time I'd been to Noodles and probably the last. It's pasta. Not that difficult, although a surprising number of restaurants get it wrong. When it's basically the only thing you make, you should get it right every time. I had the Indonesian Peanut Saute. When the waitress brought it out, she said "Sorry, I forgot to put the sprouts and stuff on top". I told her not to worry about it, but I now think that is probably a big part of the dish. On to the dish: The noodles were cold, over cooked, and the dish was so spicy I could not finish it, although the peanut flavor was okay I suppose. The vegetables were overcooked as well. While I might go back only because I like to give restaurants at least a second chance before writing them off, I won't rush, and if I never make it, I'll live. read more

Food here is always delicious but their general manager Danielle Zimmer isn't very friendly at all! My friend and I placed a large order for the office we work at and of course everyone pays separate and in cash. Danielle proceeds to kick the guy off the register so she can handle it because it's so inconvenient to separate transactions and then tells us next time we can pay online. I simply told her we can't do that if everyone pays in cash. She finished our transaction and shorted us 10$ so not only did we get mistreated but we also had to drive all the way back to Westerville to get our money and miss our lunch. Meanwhile, my stepfather's Ramen bowl was almost entirely water (I know that's kind of the point, but ramen isn't supposed to swim in its bowl like a goldfish) The side dish (order of potstickers) was practically dropped on our table. I usually have a great meal when I stop in here. There is never a wait and it's close to home. The good thing about Noodles and Company is that I always feel like I'm getting a healthier faster food option. The other night when I stopped in, I started out with the Thai Curry soup. The soup had a lot of flavor and fresh vegetables in it, like tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and fresh cilantro on top. Then I had the pad thai. This was not the best or most authentic pad thai, but I wasn't expecting it to be. It was a huge portion, though, and my whole meal cost me $8.00. read more

Pleasantly surprised on my first visit. I was new to the menu and ordering process. The cashier was very helpful and seemed genuinely interesting in helping me and making sure I had a good first impression. She even went the extra mile to split two large orders (for the kids) into smaller portions. The inside was clean and comfortable and they had a small outdoor patio. I was surprised at how many healthy options there were for a "pasta" place. I had a large Japanese Pan noodle dish with grilled chicken and it was only 730 calories. It was tasty and I didn't feel like a slob after I ate it. I love the fountain drink dispenser that offers the flavor options for your drinks. There's nothing like a vanilla Coke Zero. I LOVE NOODLES AND COMPANY AINCE I WAS A CHILD! My favorite thing to get there was Mac and cheese! And still to this day I still order the same thing I did as a child. The Mac and cheese is so good! I recommend it to my sister and now does the same thing! Anyway besides the heavenly Mac and cheese the decorations and the modern look to it is just awesome and wonderful! All the staff have always been so nice and helpful! Now the biggest thing that happens a all the time is your food comes super quick. As soon as you sit down your food comes! Love the food, but even better is the customer service. We came last weekend for a quick bite before heading off to a trick or treat event. We forgot a bag for my 4 year old to trick or treat with so we asked for a to-go bag. I used to enjoy Noodles until I started going to this particular location. They skimp on their portions, especially chicken in the salads. They split a single portion across multiple salads. (Watched them do it again today...) They put items on the food that I asked to be removed. Cashier held conversations with other employees while I tried to order. Just a lousy store in general. We eat here frequently. They had a price increase with smaller portions for a while but it looks like the portion size has increased again so it is a better value.
