Ok there's crispy chicken and there's crunchy chicken. This is crunchy chicken. They were really nice, but I think they forgot to make my order because I was waiting for about a half hour. They gave me a free drink so that helped. The restaurant was nice and clean. The chicken was fresh and hot and lemme tell you, there's nothing like it. The sauces were excellent and the chicken was juicy even though it was so crunchy. Highly recommend. Might be good to call ahead so you're not waiting long.

Amazing, amazing lunch spot. Service was friendly, quick and helped us decide what to order. Flavors were SO fresh and unique. We split the sweet and spicy tenders and bibimbop with beef. Everything was unreal and I could eat the pickled daikon all day. Laid back ambience with more of a lunch feel than dinner, but lots of space! We'll be back!

Stopped by on the way to the airport right when they opened. They quickly sat us and we scanned the QR code to see the menu. We ordered milk tea boba, soy garlic wings, and tofu bimbimbap. Everything came our quickly and super hot and fresh. I loved the gochuang sauce for the bimbimbap. It was a super generous portion with lots of veggies and tofu. We got 8 wings and they were so big! We only ended up eating 2 each and had four left over. They soy garlic was really good and I feel like there was another flavor (maybe ginger?) but I really liked it! My least favorite was the boba, it was a little powdery and not enough ice. I probably wouldn't get it again. Overall they were super nice and I liked watching all the K-pop dancers on the TV while we ate :)

I was on this side of town and thought I'd try the other Korean Fried Chicken joint in town. They are located in a building with a doggy day care. You walk in and the counter is to the right and the tables are along the left wall. The atmosphere is very modern. I ordered the Japchae ($12) with beef ($4) and 8pcs Korean Fried Chicken Wings with Garlic Soy sauce ($15). Japchae is glass noodles with assorted vegetables. It was good, but a little bit boring in the taste department. The Wings were cooked very well. Chicken was tender and juicy and came right off the bone. It was nice and crispy like it's supposed to be. The chicken itself tasted very good. To me the issue was the sauce. First it was only drizzled on. Secondly while it's better than okay, it's nowhere near as good/amazing as the sauce at the other korean chicken joint. The service was friendly and efficient. No complaints there. Overall all in an apples to apples comparison the best I can give them is 4 stars. Would I return? Probably not. I wouldn't be opposed if someone else wanted to, but I'd recommend the other place first.

We've gotten takeout from Noori loads of times, but this was our first time dining in! The interior is modern and cozy, with Korean tv on the screens. Our food was cooked to perfection and we had excellent service. We got the Spicy Pork Belly and the Noori Strips with Supreme Sauce, both of which had some kick but not overly spicy. Their selection of boba tea is also excellent, so we highly recommend trying it. Definitely check out this Korean fried chicken spot!

The restaurant was clean. The food was decent but the service? Was pretty amazing. We were there 45 minutes AFTER they closed. Not cuz we're jerks because we're not... but because nobody told us. Now me? I'd be like... it's time to go. But they were so kind and gracious. There is a lot for parking.

Visited Noori Chicken tonight for a quick dinner. I ordered garlic soy chicken strips and had garlic dumplings as an appetizer. (if you haven't noticed, I love garlic soy) The dumplings had a great flavor but I felt they could have even been better if made with beef, pork or a vegetable assortment. Chicken strips were tough and dry. The garlic soy taste was barely evident. I don't know if they were overcooked or what. They were "OK" but certainly not worth returning for. The staff here could not have been nicer so it pains me not to be more enthusiastic about my meal.

We should have tried this place sooner! We came in for lunch with a group of 7 and ordered a variety of things to try. The dining room was very clean and inviting but we did all notice a strange smell in the entrance area. There was only one girl taking care of the entire restaurant, which made us feel bad, but she was doing the best she could. She was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding their menu and she checked in as often as she could while taking care of at least 5 other tables. We started with the Mini Egg Rolls and Soy Garlic Dumplings and they were both delicious. Both included plenty so sharing was easy with the whole table. The Mini Egg Rolls were crispy and they came with a great sauce for dipping. The Soy Garlic Dumplings were some of the best I've had and full of flavor. We ordered 24 pieces of chicken, Bulgogi Beef, and a Bibimbap to share. We picked a variety of tenders, wings, and drumsticks/thighs. We tried the Soy Garlic, Sweet & Mild, and Supreme (medium spicy). They were all delicious but the Soy Garlic Tenders were probably the favorite if we had to choose. None of the sauces were over the top spicy and they offered more flavor than spice. Everyone loved the Bibimbap and Bulgogi as well. We will definitely come back!

The food is so good. I had the fried chicken in soy garlic and they're delicious. I also had the bulgogi plate with rice and kimchi and it was so comforting. The staff are very nice and patient! Causal ambiance, you can order ahead and take out or eat in. Handicap ramp access, no automatic doors, two sets of doors for entry, could easily sit at tables for wheelchair users.

As you walk in you're greeted by the employees who tell you to grab any table. The decor is simple and nothing special. I immediately noticed how clean it was which is always a positive for me. We ordered tenders, and bibimbap. The sauce on the tenders is delicious but the chicken was a little dry. The bap was very good. Other than the dry chicken everything was typical of a good Korean fried chicken. Probably will skip the tenders and do traditional, next time, with that insanely tasty soy garlic sauce. Overall, we were impressed. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was superb.

Amazing!!! MUST TRY, especially if you are a chicken fan. I'd give 6 stars if I could because everything was perfect. We ate like kings and thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious new flavors. We tried two entrees, the beef bulgogi and the (amazing) chicken legs & thighs. They came with a bunch of fun little salad-y items and it was pure love. Our server was excellent at explaining flavors and Korean nuances, and really helped us enjoy the meal. It came with an authentic large wet wipe for your fingers. We were served very quickly. The beef bulgogi is served with carrots, onion, and mushroom on a hot plate. It looked just like the pic someone else posted. It comes with a side of rice as well as a little dish of kimchi, beautifully trimmed baby romaine leaves, and a really yummy red sauce that is impossible for me to describe but was great on the lettuce. I'm not a huge kimchi fan usually, but this wasn't too spicy and tasted fresh. Did you know it's full of probiotics? So good for you! The chicken came with two little salad ramekins... one of a very creamy slaw and the other of daikon radish cubes in a perfect vinaigrette that was really good! But the star of the show was the chicken.... It came out like a bride down the aisle lol. It was the last item because they make it fresh to order; It's NOT sitting in a warmer, and you can tell. We got the legs and thighs... just look at the pic of these beauties. I know this is standard because I saw some other served as takeout (that was flying out of the kitchen all night) and they looked just as good. The red sauce was the sweet and mild, and is the traditional Korean chicken sauce and had a little bit of spice. The light sauce was soy garlic, and was mild yet flavorful enough to please everyone. It was served piping hot, and was so juicy I swallowed my pride and wore my napkin tucked into my neck like a cartoon character because I knew drips were unavoidable. Just pure goodness. My husband isn't much of a chicken-on-the-bone guy, but he also was impressed. We both immediately were planning our return, which says something since this place is over two hours away lol. Thankfully it's easy to plan: Fredrick Meijer Gardens is just a mile or so down the street. It's also just about 5 minutes off the freeway. This food would be ideal picnic fare if you can wait that long after you pick it up hahaha. What a find. What are you waiting for!?!

Delish, friendly, timely, what else do I need to say?! This was my first time getting anything from Noori. Based on popular posts I tried the fried chicken wings and soy fried dumplings. Best decision ever. The Supreme flavor was great - spicy, warm, and just a hint of sweetness to it. The wings were meaty & had just the right amount of crunch. The side of coleslaw & something else (???) were perfect for cutting the heat of the wings. The dumplings - again FLAVOR!!! Gentle crunch and had a decent amount of "stuffing". If you had any doubts, try this place out. Next time I'm going for a main dish - I've been dying for a great Korean food place in GR and voila! Ps - staff is great. When I came in the staff person gave me a tip for ordering take out next time = go directly thru the noori website!

Oh, the chicken wings. Oh my. Came here for a beef dish, but the chicken wings were insane. Crunchy, sticky and delicious. Could have made the wings our dinner. the dumplings were good, as well. Hot, tasty, full of flavor. Order the wings and the dumplings and you'll be satisfied. But those were just to get us started! We ordered the Beef bulgogi and Japchae bowl with steak as the entrées. They were good, but not at the level of the wings and dumplings. The restaurant had a decent feel with tvs playing Korean stations. Staff worked hard and aimed to please. I felt this place needed a liquor license. Would've been nice to order some drinks. I'd recommend this place to a friend under certain circumstances. I'll probably go back for those scrumptious wings.

Okay, brace yourselves.... Just ordered 8 wings. 15 minutes wait??? They weren't very busy and it's a to go order! Very first thing that irritated me was how to access this restaurant from East Beltline. I have to go around the building??? This is a goofy way to access this restaurant... Next, trying to open the front door was not ridiculous, it was redonkulous. So somehow this felt like an airlock to a spaceship or submarine. Most likely their Air Conditioning system is sucking more air out than it's bringing in... It's either that or their high horse power vent hoods! It's a vacuum chamber! The wings were great! But caution... let themcool. Hot juices trapped inside! read more

I picked up some Korean Fried wings - half supreme and half sweet and mild. The chicken itself was HUGE and very juicy. I would recommend eating right away to still get that crispy skin! I preferred the supreme over the sweet and mild. Next time I have to try soy garlic. Of course the radish and coleslaw is a the perfect side dish to cool down. This easily fed 2 people. They also have bubble tea, which for that area, is a game changer! The staff was so kind when I went to pick up, and considering that they opened during a pandemic, I was impressed. Would come here over that chain down the street any day! read more

The wings are great they are very big I could barely eat 8 of them and usually I'm eating 12+ at other chicken wing places. They are generous with the sauce. I've also had the beef bulgogi there which is great as well. The kimchi could use some work but overall very happy with the service and food. read more

I loved this food!! Got takeout and everything was great. Amazing japchae and bulgogi. For the fried chicken, you can get half and half on the sauces which is great so you can try more than one. The fried rice was really good too. Everything even came with banchan. Can't wait to go back. read more

Best chicken in town. Their supreme sauce and hot sauce are AMAZING! Spicy and flavorful, I've had the strips and the wings. The batter on both has a great crunch, not overly fried or soggy. The chicken comes with a small side of Korean radish and slaw. A great price to meal quantity/quality ratio. If you're looking for some Korean chicken (or some other Korean dishes) definitely check this place out. I irked from here at least a few times a month! read more

Food is fantastic! The pictures aren't great but we were eating in the car as dining in is not an option right now. We got the tenders rather than the wings. SO GOOD! We ordered the half supreme, half soy garlic. They don't skimp on sauce at all. So flavorful. Yummy. We also wanted to try some of the other menu items while we were trying it out. We got the mini egg rolls, the japchae, and the dumplings. All were amazing. I especially loved the dumplings. All of it was ready in a reasonable amount of time and everything was hot when we got it. Definitely grab some takeout for yourself. You won't regret this choice read more

We have been twice now for takeout. Both great experiences. Pros: Traditional wings are crispy and cooked perfectly. Supreme and soy garlic sauce are both delicious - couldn't choose a favorite. Soy Garlic Dumplings are incredible - crispy and glazed with sauce. Coleslaw is unique and cuts some of the heat from the supreme sauce. Mini egg-rolls were good - standard. Cons: Tenders were a bit dry, although crispy and still good with the sauces. Overall a great addition to the NE side and very worth a try! read more

We have eaten at Nouri a few times before and the chicken is consistently beautiful and delicious. Usually the chicken is glazed with Noori's delicious sauce however this last time (carry out) the sauce was separate from the chicken in small containers. First time I've had carry out like that from Noori. read more

This is a hidden gem in West Michigan. Their Korean fried chicken is truly the best. If you've never had it, it's a super crunchy sweet and spicy chicken. We always get the Supreme. We've eaten there three times, and it never disappoints. They also have legs and drums, and strips, if wings aren't your thing. I'm sure the other items are good too, but we wouldn't know because the chicken is just too good to pass up. They also have boba tea! We live about an hour away, and it's well worth the drive. I wish I would've waited to take photos but we were too hungry and the food was really really good. Noori is in the same suite and lot space that housed Bonchon. I'll start out with saying as some others have, Noori is cheaper and better than Bonchon. And I liked Bonchon a heck of a lot. Between fried chicken from Houston.....Korean fried chicken is my second favorite. The double fry method creates a crunchy exterior and juicy interior. The soy garlic was were good as were the mild/sweet wings. I think the standout was the supreme (medium) sauce. Very flavorful with a bit of spice to it. Hopefully when restaurants open up Monday, more people will get a chance to check this place out. read more

First time here! Made a to-go order. I was told to wait 20 mins, so I waited. I was in my car and after waiting for 20 mins, I entered back, and was told to wait another 10 mins because things were "busy." But eventually, I waited 20 more minutes, so a total of 40 mins for a 24 piece chicken wings order that costs 45 dollars! So imagine eating a $2 wing each time. You can only choose 1 sauce flavor. Was it worth it? Definitely NOT. Things seemed busy, but I strongly believe that my order got pushed back and they prioritize "dine in" customers first. I should've just waited inside for my to-go order. Anyway, I'm korean and was excited about the Korean style chicken, but it's definitely not worth waiting for 40 minutes. What a waste of time! read more

Had to get my fix of Korean chicken - best in town. We also ordered bulgogi, rice, coleslaw, & soy garlic dumplings. It was enough left over for a whole other meal. Those dumplings are pieces of heaven - the sauce, the crispy texture, the flavor. Yes, please! read more

This place is ok. If you really need to have double fried chicken then yeah go here. I got chicken wings, japchae and bulgogi. The japchae and bulgogi tasted exactly the same as BonChon so I was not impressed. If those are things you like to order, get it from Jaku next door. The chicken was better than BonChon. So if you do order anything here definitely go big on the chicken. Also they are kind of expensive. The price to happiness ratio wasn't there for me. read more

Most authentic Korean fried chicken in town. Their soy garlic and supreme wings are superb. The fried dumplings are extremely crisp and fresh. The owners are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend their wings over anybody's in GR. read more

I loved the vibes and truly felt like you were in a Korean restaurant/environment. Also very clean. The food was great and tasty! Well served portions. The menu doesn't have the most variety, but it's nice because it doesn't overwhelm with making food decisions. In regards to their service for dining in, it was somewhat busy and it took a while to be seated. Maybe due to staffing reasons, but regardless I could say it was worth the wait. read more

This place has apparently replaced one of my favorite Korean chains (BonChon Chicken) and I was and I was very pleasantly surprised with what we received. When we got the food (after ordering off Grubhub) I actually did a double take - the packaging etc is very very similar to BonChon. I had the 8 piece chicken wings with the Supreme sauce and my wife got the 8 piece chicken strips with Soy Garlic - both were excellent - would love to try different sauces in the future. We also had a order of dumplings which were pretty good, but they were only crispy along the edges and not all over (which is how I prefer them). Still very tasty though! My only real gripe is that I can't order a mix of sauces (say Half Soy Garlic/Half spicy) to get a variety to see which is best. Overall very good, and would love to try it out in person some day! read more

Much better than the Bon Chon that it replaced. My issue with Bon Chon was quality and price. Ordered the Korean fried chicken wings, strips, and chicken fried rice. My kids loved the fried rice. Just opened up last week during the corona-craze. Hopefully they can make it through as it's a great addition to the GR ethnic food scene. read more

I went around lunchtime and it was very busy, there was only one man working the front and I'm writing this review for him. He was so hard working and diligent and very apologetic if he didn't get around quickly. He was truly a warm presence at Noori and I would've tipped him more than the 20% I did if I were not a college student! Also the food was delicious. to the noori fried rice and the japchae glass noodles my friend got. AND they have good boba! Definitely check it out! read more

Glad to see a good Korean chicken place open up in GR. It was slightly more expensive than I thought but nothing over the top, especially for how good it was! I got the soy garlic and the sweet and mild wings and they were both great but I think I liked the sweet and mild better. Show this restaurant some love by ordering from them! I really wanted some Asian food for dinner and I've been eyeballing Noori Chicken for some time now. So I thought tonight was the night for some Korean food! Noori is a modern take on Korean food but definitely worth trying! We decided to order for pick up and the process was simple and done online. We ordered their Galbi and original fried chicken. OMG. This place has exceeded my expectations. Not only did it smell amazing when I picked up the food, but my chicken stayed crispy even after driving over 20 min back home!!! You'd never know this place is open, but it is worth driving down to Bonchon's resting place and going inside. I LOVED our experience here. Our server was amazing, everything was modern for the bill (on a tablet, made for a speedy check out), and the FOOD was SPECTACULAR. Seriously, you have to try this place! Best dumplings I've ever had. Best fried chicken I've ever had. The food was so damn good we didn't even think about snapping pictures (sorry). One of the best takeout options we have had! The fried chicken we have tried with several sauces and it blows other fried chicken options out of the water. We had the dumplings with sauce too and they were crispy and tasty, and the japchae with tofu was delicious too. I like the coleslaw and pickled daikon as sides too, it is refreshing. We ordered delivery and it was still piping hot when it arrived. I savored every bite. Korean Fried Chicken is back in town! I am so happy that another Korean Fried Chicken restaurant replaced Bonchon. I was having severe KFC withdrawals and Noori's KFC satisfied those cravings and did not disappoint! They offer 4 authentic smelling and authentic tasting sauces for their Korean fried chicken. I've tried them all and although Supreme is my favorite, the Soy Garlic, Sweet and Mild, and Hot flavors were all very good as well.
