During my DIY repair I snapped one of the alternator bolts that was sitting pretty deep and required a lot of disassembly including AC compressor to take care of. So I figured to find local shop who know how to work on BMW and boy I'm glad I did reach out to Dillan. He has deep knowledge and experience with BMWs (I believe he owns 3) and he instantly was able to understand my situation and gave me detailed plan of action. It failed elsewhere 6+ months ago. In the last 1 year and 3 days I have spent more than $5777 at the dealer because of DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) quality errors and fixes... Why the dealership? Because of the 2 year warranty. The DEF smog equipment is a sore subject that is NOT related to this business. At Premium Auto Repair Center, once I explained what I was going through and showing over 1/4" of invoices, they gladly took the time to check the OBD and share the results with me each time I stopped in/by. A shout out to the owner and all employees for your assistance and today it passed the smog check. As a side note, to avoid high emission output the ECU/ECM limits the truck to 55 mph and then limits the truck to 4 mph (so it can be loaded on a flatbed tow truck)... This state is a joke!
