They're busy here, so the lead time was about a week ahead for a $90K service for my Prius. They do the basics at the $30K intervals in case you did the more pricey additional items between those services. Kevin is an enthusiastic and honest proprietor and discounted our service because I had changed my cabin and engine air filter myself not so long ago. Rather than charge full price and throw away clean filters, he informed me of the situation and discounted the price. Plan to come back here for all future service. Nice to have a place you can trust on things that are hard to tell what is necessary and what isn't because most of us aren't experts on cars. read more

I had a similar experience to a few other reviews here. Not sure who answered the phone but it seems to be Kevin. Called to ask politely for a quote, was cut off mid sentence and I was told he would call back, never did. Called a few days later and asked a couple questions in regard to the quote, he was EXTREMELY condescending and rude about it. I'm really happy I found this location and Kevin and his great staff, for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I do all of my check ups and fluid changes here, they are very organized, thorough, and explain anything that I might need to know of what's going on, what to expect for the next time, and anything extra, they happen to notice. Pricing is very fair, I never feel like the mechanic is ripping me off, (which is so common in many places!). I even had a small emergency with my maintenance last year and Kevin worked with me to squeeze me in on a tight schedule, I got very lucky they could! I brought my Toyota Camry here because the dealer had said that there was an oil leak. Normally I do my own oil changes, but the Toyota dealer had a $9.99 synthetic oil change special. The owner looked at the engine and said that the leak was so tiny that I shouldn't worry about it, and that these small valve cover leaks were not uncommon. He said to just clean off the oil and keep an eye on it. There have been no more leaks. It could have even been oil that I had spilled on the engine when filling the oil after an oil change. Another person advised me to switch from 0W20 to 5W30 oil because the thinner oils are more prone to leak. read more

This place is unique and fantastic. If you have a Lexus or Toyota, do it. As context I'm a former professional mechanic. I can do the repairs myself, but no lover have the time. I also don't have the diagnostic tools - I was German focused a few decades ago, Lexus today is not. With that, I brought my mother's 1994 Lexus with an intermittent stalling running condition to my local repair shop. His well meaning solution was to replace the fuel pump and filter. It did not work. I found the Campbell Toyota Lexus Auto Service folks and towed the car there. When I met their lead, Kevin (I think the owner?) he was solid. Able to formulate a service plan. I would have challenged him on the plan, and his subsequent actions ... except they are the same I would have done had I been the tech assigned to the car. Of course, their shop can much more easily diagnose Issues on more contemporary modern cars. But in a 94 Lexus, I takes some experience, intuition and skill. Plus, intermittent running problems are a pain to diagnose. Kevin was kind enough to to drive my mom's car until he was able to test, repair and validate the repair ... instead of hoping and risking leaving my mom stranded. As a proud alumn of the trade, I've had trepidation about the future of mechanics/technicians and their ability to do more than read a code and swap out a part. For anyone struggling to find a mechanic for their "Asian-engineered" car (SKEPTICS!! anyone with little to no car knowledge or fear/stressed about cars and mechanics) I came in highly skeptical and unsure, I was reaching out to many auto service shops for my Lexus that desperately needed a maintenance but it is hard considering my almost nothing car knowledge, hesitant trust, and not unlimited budget. I initially called and Kevin had me schedule to come in to do an inspection because I had no idea what I needed, I just needed something. He was able to squeeze me in and worked with my work schedule. **Keep in mind, car inspections are about $160** Before the inspection, I asked Kevin if he could take me through the inspection and he did not hesitate to oblige. It was very kind of him, he took me through their checklist and explained the basic maintenance of a car to me. I asked questions and he answered thoughtfully. The fact that he let me go into the workplace garage was surprising and kind of him. I have asked other auto replace shops and they have all declined. I really appreciate Kevin for his openness and honest inspection. After, the inspection, we went through what my car needed done (he did show me and I did some research on some of the things I wanted done) and I asked for a quote of how much it would cost. I thought about it for a week and then decided to schedule my appointment to drop off my car. Getting my car back, she runs very smooth and very nice. I asked to see the parts he changed out and he kept the parts together and we went through them. It was nice to understand more seeing the parts from when they were in my car to being changed out and why they needed to be replaced. He goes through the price breakdown with you and the prices are reasonable and pretty average compared to other auto repair places I have called. The garage work space is very clean and organized and only OEM parts straight from Toyota and Lexus. Kevin is very generous and will go the extra mile for his customers. I really appreciate him taking the time to teach me about my car and all his advice throughout my entire quest with finally getting my car the maintenance and replacements it needed, especially all the knowledge I have gained. ....ummm....no. I'm not going in long detail...but...basically, I read up in Lexus forums to try to figure out what was wrong with my car. My battery kept testing out fine, but, my car wouldn't start at times. ...long story short...it was my aux battery that needed replacing. I have a 2004 LS430 with 270K mi. It recently had an issue that the car makes a clunking noise when I turn the steering wheel all the way right or left. This is one of those problems that are hard to pinpoint or diagnose. Instead of just saying problem cannot be found, Kevin spent an excessive amount of time to address this issue and finally fixed the problem. His years of experience helped him to narrow down the problem and fixed it. It turned out to be a combination of the ball joint and worn motor mount. Our 2010 Prius' main battery went kaput while Sue was on the road late in the day. After trying to revive it using all the tricks in the Internet, it was clear it was too far gone for those. Looked up the nearest Toyota service that had good ratings on Yelp and found Kevin. Called him up and he suggested some towing services and said I could have them just drop the car there without me going (which was great!). He said he wouldn't be able to look at it for about a week as he was booked up, but that was fine since it was not our primary mode of transport. But in fact, he called me the next day with the diagnostic which did indeed show the main battery had bad cells with more bad cells on the way. I asked him for a quote to decide if its worth fixing or not. Kevin got back to me the next day with a quote that was well within the range I got from "doing my own research on the Internet" showed was normal. But it was as I expected a significant portion of what the car was worth. I mentioned that to Kevin and he said he could make an offer to buy it as is. He got me the offer the next day and it was a no-brainer offer considering the state of the car both due to the battery and its overall age/condition.
