Do not buy your vehicle from this dealership. They have very terrible sales tactics and are very shady in their practices. On top of that, when you try to purchase a vehicle from them they install over 2k in options which they say are not removable from the vehicle. Even worse the way they show you the pricing of the vehicle, they make it sound like your trade in is somehow making the pricing of the car reasonable without taking anything off the actual price of the car. They will push a bunch of warranties on top to inflate and increase their profit margin. Please save yourself and purchase your Genesis from any other dealer. read more

1st time visit this location; prior used Laguna Niguel location which now is Hyundai only service. Arranged to have loner vehicle due expected length of service. Fuel pump replacement (recall) and other scheduled service. EVERYONE I had contact with was polite, friendly and professional. Service advisor (Jose Guillermo) was great and quickly completed check in and got me into loaner. Vehicle dropped off at 8am and service completed 1130am. Vehicle was vacuumed inside and cleaned outside upon return. Very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this location. read more

Horrible and disrespectful, start to finish. Lied to about credit check,not given any input on details of the car.

We went online to CarGurus, where we searched for "The Perfect Match" - a hybrid BMW within a 50-mile distance of our home. Nothing...nada... Kept going further distance away, and a listing for exactly what we were looking for showed up! A 2018 BMW 530e with pretty low mileage, one owner and no accidents. The photos showed a very clean vehicle, inside and out. That's the good news... The bad news is that we live in Palm Springs, the dealership is in Irvine - a 92-mile drive. I spoke to Colin at the dealership, getting as much info as I could, to determine whether it was worth that long of a return trip, (with a dog that has to be medicated for car trips). Colin and I had a pretty detailed talk about the car, he gave me all the info he could, and also went out to the car, to take more photos, with one showing the only damage on the entire vehicle (- a light crack on the plastic trim on the shift knob). He did his best to give as much detail so we could decide whether we should head that wav to look at the car. I also saw a different listing from a used car dealer, (not a new car dealership) about 6 miles from Irvine, and called them. The person I spoke to mumbled and sounded like I was bothering him - I asked for some photos, and he forwarded me the same photos that were in the on-line ad. But at least we had another option to justify such a long drive. We set up a time for the following morning (Friday), Colin had a family matter to attend to and so we met with Jason, who was extremely helpful and personable, until Colin arrived a short time later. Let me just say that Colin knows cars! My husband is a total car nut, and they had great conversations about the mechanics and technology of many cars, not just the BMW we were looking at. Summarizing from here on, (because this review will turn into a chapter book if I don't), I will say that this was no ordinary used car buying experience! Everyone there was super attentive, offering coffee/water/soda, engaging with us and Mia, the dog... Colin set out a water dish for Mia, and although we spent a long time there and took 3 hours to drive home in the dark (yuck!) we can't say enough about Colin - really went above and beyond, even discovering that we DID qualify for the $4000 clean car fed. govt. 'gift', since it's a PHEV. This is the place to go for reliable cars - they perform that 190-point inspection, but in addition, they include a 5-month/5,000 mile warranty on their used vehicles. He even made a short video of the car that included a walk around and and a view of the interior and some of the features. The personalized video is what made me decide on going to this dealership versus the others I was in contact with. Min provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! There was never any pressure to purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Anyone who has purchased a car knows it can be a painfully long process, but we were out the door 3 hours after arriving with new car keys in hand! To Lisa the queen of negative equity on cars. It's her favorite So verbally said it my credit is this my negative is that I said I don't want to pull my credit because it's a hard hit. My credit is not the greatest. This will hurt it. Oh she said no it's not and I will get you a car just gotta see what car I can get you in for the payment you can afford. And since you pulled it. You got 30 days for you to pull it as many as you can for the banks to get you car. So since it's her favorite and she is the queen that works Majic she could have said no I can't get you under your payment and the down is gonna be high. Ugh Well it hit my credit she lied me and wanted a outrageous amount more then I am paying by $900 a month with $17000 down. So what part of that did you not understand I can't afford my payment now I am stressed for money and I can't afford this car anymore. Why do you lie People. Oh and the salesman said she should work at Hogwarts because she makes Majic. Lol fucking shister. I did not see it after the fact when ever you see a dealer mark up tag on a vehicle. Get in you car and go. They will get you. It's why I am in this position now. It's all crap. I hate buying a car now. Where it was the my favorite thing to do. Ugh I am so upset.
