Absolutely terrible experience. The service manager, Mike, is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. He has a nasty attitude, talks down to customers, and acts like helping you is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Instead of doing his job professionally, he comes off arrogant and completely dismissive. The parts manager, Walter, is just as bad. Zero customer service skills, constantly irritated, and clearly doesn't care about anyone who walks in. Asking a simple question feels like you're bothering him, and he responds with attitude every time. It's honestly shocking that people like this are in management positions. They make customers feel disrespected and unwelcome from the moment you walk in. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where people actually know how to treat customers. Sadly can't give them 0 stars but they deserve way less then 1 star!!!! read more
