First Visit During the weekday visit. Extremely empty, only a few guests. Robert was our server. He was attentive and friendly. Food arrived fast. For the portion size and price, definitely reasonable. I recommend Thank You for reading

Stopped by this Norms location on a rainy day and there was no wait for a table. I'm not sure if this location typically gets busy, as I've experienced long waits at other Norms. I ordered the BLTA sandwich with fries and a side of ranch and Thousand Island. The food was delicious overall, though the Thousand Island dressing was a bit too tart for my taste. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Medium T-Bone steak

I enjoyed everything in this restaurant. The manager Beverly is the best. Runs a tight ship, keeps an eye on everything. My server Marina was such a sweetheart. She checked on me every few mins to make sure I had everything I need. When I took too long to eat my pancakes, she even took it back to reheat it for me automatically! How do you get service like that? I had the T-Bone steak and eggs. I asked for medium, I got a nearly wall-to-wall medium on my steak. See attached picture. This branch also offers a product I have never seen at other Norms restaurants: freshly squeezed OJ. I tried it and it's the real thing! Fabulous. Norms is not Ruth Chris or Morton's. Norms is about big portions at good value. Comfort at an affordable price. My experience sure was worth far more than what I paid. I'll be back for sure, fellas.

Always a classic diner choice. First time visiting this location warmly welcomed. Super busy on the weekend we decided to sit at the bar with open seating. Our area was cleaned after we sat down. Service was great at the start and slowly dwindled as our visit progressed. Maybe have a tag team to check on orders. Others who arrived after us were receiving their meals while we were still waiting. Drink refills were needed more often than received. I would definitely go back maybe not on a busy day. Food was great a jalapeño burger was just what was needed to continue some shopping at Ontario mills. Plenty of parking. They had a holiday meal menu available if you don't feel like cooking. A great place to bring large groups.

First time here at norms over here in Ontario Mills. Absolutely was delicious. Great great service for Marina. Thank you so much.

Food. Was good Blackened Salmon late, salad and soup not bad of a deal also added shrimp. Double Burger not bad at all little dry, onion Rings pretty darn good.Soup terrible. Service. In the beginning was good, placed the order food arrived. Ask if we needed anything then the magic started. She dissapier so much that we had to flag her down so we can get the check. I mean not even a refill or anything at all. Although she was nice need to work on her skills. Ambiance. Very good like Norms so I will be back.

Came while I waited for my car to finish being serviced. I received great service from Marina. She was friendly, attentive, and very quick. My food was delicious, and my vanilla iced coffee was perfect on each refill. Definitely coming back sitting in her section!

I really had high hopes for this being a new norms. 4551 mills cir.BE AWARE!!!!!!!! I ordered a mimosa and orange juice. The orange juice had a maggot floating around in it.I notified my server Fanaeian. As we went to go pay and we noticed the mimosa was taken off,we informed the manager which claims they clean the machine every shift...So disappointing just take accountability and assure you would shut it down and clean it . Now for the service..Slow and it was not even busy..They had no table bus service the mantras cleaning the tables and closing out checks. All he cared about to getting our dollars. Will never be back!!

Plenty of TVs, a lively atmosphere, and a staff that made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Great energy all around, especially with the World Cup crowd. We ordered the chicken sandwich, chicken Caesar salad, and calamari -- all solid choices. The food was good, but fair warning: come hungry or plan on a to-go box, because the portions are generously sized. We're in the area for a few more days and will definitely be back to catch another match. This is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon when you're away from home. Vive la France!

We waitied for approximately ten minutes before were called on my cell phone that our table was ready. As soon as we were seated and handed our menus, a server asked if we were ready to place our order. We told her no, since we were just seated. We did, however, place our beverage order. No sooner than when thatserver left with our drink order, another seever came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. We explained that our drink order was just taken, but we some time to look over the menu. Almost as soon as the second server departed our table, our drink order arrived. She then asked if we would like any appetizers, we ordered a half order of the cheese bread. we also placed our entrees order. Half order of cheese bread: $8.45; Pub Fish & Chips: $27.45 California Reuben with Garlic Fires: $21.45 + $2.95 Two Sodas: $@.95 each Pre-Tip Total: $75.36 We boith tried a piece of the cheese bread. Wow! We have not cheese bread such as this version before, and it was absolutely delicious! We ate it plain without dipping it into the accompanying marinara sauce (which I tasted and reminded me of a commercially prepared pedestrian, marinara sauce). This bread instantly has became one of our favorite appetizers to order at a Heroes branded restuarant. Ww barely had time to finish off our first piece of cheese bread when our entrees arrived. My wife's fish and chips looked really inviting to eat. The serving amount of fsih was appropriate and generous for the menu pricing. My wife enjoyed her lightly battered fish which was not greasy and oily to eat. She also devoured her coleslaw which she is very selective of how's it made, and the level of tanginess, which was just right for her. I dove into my California Reuben which swaps out the sauerkraut for coleslaw: all the other traditional ingredients are still used. The sandwich was generously stuffed with meat and coleslaw. Be sure to ask for extra napkins because this sandwich is messy but delicious to eat! The only minor gripe we have was the amount of times out table was approached by a whole slew of staff constantly asking us if we needed anything etc. One to three time during a meal for us is adequate, but it seems like the staff was overcompensating for some previous comments made about several Heroes restaurants having staff who perefer to talk amongst themselcves near the bar than attend to their diners. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here and look forward to eating at Heroes and Roscoes restaurants often. Hoping the owners will consider opening in the Murrieta/Temeucla area in the near future!

We were greeted and seated immediately! Service was very efficient- our waitress brought us water and took our order within 5 minutes of being seated :) Kitchen was quick too, as our "frachos" and sandwich arrived really soon after placing our order Everything was wonderful! My friend said the seasoning on the "frachos" was good, and I said it could be the gochujang sauce. We laughed at the shape of how the potatoes were cut (maybe peeled?), as it was unexpected haha. It had the perfect ratio of fries to beef to toppings (red chili peppers, red onion, cilantro)! My friend got full from half of his sandwich, as it was packed with a lot of protein! Interior is pretty, and I personally enjoyed that the lighting was dim. It was actually really quiet for being/having a bar. Though I will add that the restroom was kinda dirty, and another customer and I joked about how there was no paper towels to dry our hands LOL Overall, nice experience!

The restaurant and food are definitely giving Hawaii vibes. This is the type of restaurant where you order and pay before they seat you. It took a while to order, but once we were seated our food came out right away. You will more than likely wait in line, but it's worth the wait. They have a lot of staff members that continually check on you at your table. The food is delicious! We both had the loco moco, one with fried rice and one with steamed rice. The fried rice is top tier! We both ordered a side of spam and the Portuguese sausage. Every single thing on our plates was finger licking good, but my favorite thing was my Ube iced coffee. It was delicious and not too sweet which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is that now I want to plan a trip to Hawaii. Lol I highly recommend you go eat at Scramblers Cafe.

I am not easily impressed but I had to have another of that sauce. The only thing I would critique is the beef perhaps could have been sliced. If I tried to take a bite - a bit of the fillet mignon tip would fall out. Minor complaint. The only reason I cannot give a 5 is when I came for lunch on a weekday I noticed no one at the counter while I ate. Some people came and walked out because no one greeted them. I think one guy was on a break and some girl was doing something else. That is the only thing I would say was bad and it did not personally happen to me. The outlaw was about $40. I also ordered a side of salad and a baked potato which came with the steak. The food arrived fairly quickly amd we dug in. It was very tasty. The streak was cooked perfectly but the baked potato could have used more toppings. I ordered an extra side of sour cream. The steak was bomb. It was well seasoned and delicious. It was a nice spot and the service was very fast as well.
