Starter receipt: You told me you would provide a receipt for the starter you purchased and installed. I have never received it, not in person, by text, or by email, despite requesting it several times. 2. Claimed oil leak: You told me the original starter failed because of an oil leak and said you would send me an estimate for repairing that leak. I never received the estimate, and I have since had the vehicle checked and was told that the claimed oil leak did not exist, nor was the cause of the starter failure. 3. Final price: The price I was originally given was $515, but I was ultimately charged $624, an increase of $109. I have not received an explanation or documentation accounting for that increase. Preferably, we can resolve this directly. Please provide the starter receipt, an explanation for the additional $109 charge, and a refund of any amount that cannot be accounted for. If the $109 difference is refunded and the documentation is provided, I will gladly update this review to reflect that the matter was resolved. I have attempted to address these issues directly before posting here and would still welcome the opportunity to resolve them.

He got back to me quickly, was able to fit me in the same week, and even came to my house to fix my car despite it being a long drive for him with horrible weather and traffic. He was so willing to test drive the car to figure out the issue and repaired my exhaust heat shield for a very fair price. The whole process was easy and stress-free. While working on my car, he also pointed out a few other things that may need attention in the future, but he wasn't insistent at all, just honest and informative, which is so rare these days. That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced.
