We had our cars trailered from WA to AZ, instead of just checking if they were being sold or dropped off, they stole stuff out of our cars, emptied both of our glove boxes and center counsels, touched INTIMATE ITEMS, and left it a complete mess. Left all paper work in the glove box just thrown all over the car. Stole $150 hat, tools, and all our phone cables Highly disappointed and feel completely disgusted. Right side of one car speakers don't work anymore. The other car has way more miles on it than before. Y'all said it "wasn't you" yet you returned the hat and 2 pieces of the tool set???? I had the fast blinking Theft light of death issue and all typical recommended typical methods to re-sync were failing. Brent and team quickly tracked down the issue and -luckily for me - were able to apply a simple fix by repairing a damaged fuse seating. This place is awesome! I bought a truck from a dealership and they sold a horrible vehicle! I gave it back to them 4 times to fix and they couldn't do it. They ended up having to send it to North Valley and they fixed the issue in one day. As soon as that was fixed, another one popped up and again, they were quick to say bring it in and they began working on the fix and ordering the parts right away. They got it fixed in excellent time and did it correctly. Thank God! Now I can actually drive my truck but only because North Valley was so willing to help and do the work properly! They saved me a ton of headache and I would recommend everyone take their vehicle but more specifically, their diesel to them. They will take care of you quickly and do the work accurately. Hello, I have an F250 diesel that was serviced by North Valley Diesel. They are very nice people and installed a new HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump) and EGR cooler. However, it seems that they used inferior parts (i.e piece of crap EGR cooler instead of a bullet proof EGR cooler, and now I need to replace it as well as the HPOP. Thus, I suggest that: 1. Never buy a Ford. 2. Do some research when you need service (if you own a Ford, you will need it often), then see what other parts other than OEM are available. Professionally inept. I paid them to do a pre-sales inspection on a 1996 Ford F-350. They gave me a short list of things to fix, including an "oil seepage", which they described as minor. Two days after I purchased the truck, it shut off going around a turn. The minor seepage turned out to be a major leak, which dropped the oil level below the amount needed to run the oil-pressurized fuel injectors. They would have noticed this if they had bothered to check the dipstick. Also missed a fuel leak on the filter, which was causing other problems. read more
