Steer clear of the dealership. The salesperson Gian was actually nice and helpful. After that it is all downhill. First the finance guy said the best he could do was 6.5%. I told him I was pre approved for 5.84% from BOA. He then said he could offer 6.19% from BOA but not the 5.84% because it wasn't real. He then referred me to his friend who could lower my insurance rates by 75% if I just gave him $900 and my username and password to my GEICO account. Of course I turned down this offer. I signed the contract to pick up the car at noon the following day. I showed up at 1 pm and the car was not ready. It took 40 mins to put on the plates and then I was told they didn't have time to wash the car. The car was posted as a 2023 Tesla Y Performance, but in looking at the infotainment center, it was a Tesla Y Long Range. Both myself and BOA have attempted to get someone from the dealership to return our calls and have been unsuccessful. The term Used Car Salesmen certainly describes this dealership. read more

I recently went to look at a 2022 Audi RS7 with 30,000 miles at this dealership. The car has a lemon brand on the title, which should have been a major red flag, but the dealership wouldn't budge at all on the price. I pulled VIN-based pricing evidence from multiple sources and dealerships, all showing that with the lemon branding, the car is worth no more than $40,000. They have the vehicle listed at nearly $80,000 Instead of addressing this, they just kept talking in circles, insisting it was still a "high-end car" and that the lemon status didn't matter. They look at the car not the car fax.... If I walked in to trade that same car with the same VIN, they'd offer me next to nothing. They know the lemon branding kills the value, but they're hoping someone doesn't realize it. I would not recommend anyone whogo to this Dealership at all. Their Internet prices also not the actual price they're selling it for. Their pricing is only if you trade in a car and finance through them So expect that to be about a couple thousand more than what it's listed To make things worse, this car has already been at three different dealerships over the past year and still hasn't sold. Very poor customer experience. Their pricing is deceptive in my opinion. They quote a retail price and an internet price. The higher retail price is their price and the "internet" price is about using their higher priced financing and trade in. When making the appointment, I asked to clarify this and they said the price is the internet price since I found the carbon CarFax.com. At the dealership they told me the exact opposite and priced the car $3500 higher. I had an appointment to see a specific car, but the salesman had no idea what car I wanted to see and the car I wanted was parked behind 3 or 4 other cars. That didn't matter because they had no dealer plates at the dealership so I couldn't even test drive the car!! And even knowing that, the salesman had the gall to use the cheesiest salesman line "what can I do to put you in this car today?"....without being able to test drive it!! 2/27/25 Clifton told me he could beat the advertised internet price and give additional discount if financing and would not apply additional fees. Absolutely horrible experience. They use bait and switch pricing online for cars, then when you go into see them the cars are actually 50% higher than what they're advertising. We were looking at a BMW X5 that was priced at around $24k online, when we got there, test drove the car, and went to speak to the guy about pricing, the first thing he said was "did you read the disclaimer online?" Then wrote a bunch of numbers down on a sheet of paper and turned it towards us to show that the car was going to be $35k. We were obviously confused how the price of the car suddenly rose by $10k from what they advertised online, to which the guy became super condescending and said "look, the car would never cost $24k, if you can find it for that price then just buy it." So these are the kind of people you're dealing with. Also, we asked if they would fix a huge crack in the windshield before we bought it, and the guy said "probably not, I'd have to talk to my manager but that would cost you another $1k." When we left after wasting our time, we looked at their numbers and tried to understand how they were so far off from what they advertised. Basically they calculate the advertised price in a bogus way - you need to add $5k for their requires warranty plus another 20% to whatever the price is, because the advertised price is what you would pay if you were financing the car with a 20% deposit. On Monday, June 15th I went to Northstar Kia located at 46-05 Northern Blvd, Qns with the intention to buy a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter that I viewed online. I had an appointment set but when I arrived everyone was confused by my presence, Jerome the sales rep took about 3 hours to find the van in the first place, we walked back and forth between 3 lots to locate it. After finally locating it I was told I couldn't test drive it because it required an inspection. I told Jerome there is no selling required, I need a van for my quadriplegic brother ASAP and I already chose this one online. I walked into their main shop shocked to see dozens of people not following COVID-19 guidelines. Both employees and customers were not social distancing, wearing masks or gloves. People were stacked on top of each other, shaking hands and they were allowing test drives in the same vehicles without disinfecting in between. The advertised price for the Sprinter was $18,995. After finally getting down to the paperwork I was told the price is $24,995. Clear bait and switch. After hours of back and forth with the manager Anthony I finally settled on $22k as it wasn't bad compared to other locations, I was in a rush and already wasted 10 hours in this place. Despite their unprofessional work practices, I still made it easy for them. They could not finish the paperwork in time so I had to return the next day. I was told the van would be inspected and ready for me by the time I return. I arrived the next day to pay for the van with a bank check, after taking my money in the first minute of arrival (the manager actually immediately left the premises to go deposit it), and THEN they informed me that the van had mechanical issues and needed additional work. This was clearly the reason for the delay on the day of purchase--they just lied and said it didn't have an inspection to stall. This work would take another day and I'd have to return tomorrow. Sure enough, it was not ready the next day. After two days Anthony started ignoring my calls, after two weeks Jerome started ignoring. After two and a half weeks I showed up at the shop on June 3rd to speak to the manager, Anthony was not there so I spoke with Efrain. I expressed my grievances to him, explained the timeline and simply said they are salesman--their one job is communication and they fail at it. I wanted my car or my money returned by Monday. Before I walked out, I told him the entire shop is unprofessional and inefficient just like their website (I went on to leave a review and it was not working). During my drive home from the shop, Robert Xerri, the owner of this joke of a business, called me screaming, cursing and threatening my life. He was yelling at me for publicly expressing my issues in front of other customers and then blamed me for his website being down! He threatened to take my personal identity information he received from my purchase and use it against me. He called me seven times in three minutes, texted me nonstop so I had to block him. This "business" and the owner of it is a joke! No wonder they changed their branding two years ago to try and hide their shady business practices. I would not deal with this place again in the future. We were looking into some used cars and the salesman we dealt with was very pushy in regards to our decision. Given that a car is a significant purchase, this felt very off putting. I had put a deposit for a vehicle and wanted to meet with the sales rep at another time to discuss the vehicle and prices and was assured that the car would remain available for me without being sold to someone else. The sales rep kept delaying our meeting and trying to call at ungodly hours to arrange something. After the weekend, we found out that the car we had put a deposit on had been sold and the sales rep told us there was nothing he could've done. He began to ask us about other cars in the lot around the same price when we explicitly had asked for cheaper cars and he said previously there was nothing. This whole process was incredibly off-putting as we were deceived and felt pushed around and the dealership couldn't even hold a deposit to keep a car for a potential customer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. This dealership is not any different from any other dealership out there. The only thing they care about is making the top dollar from you. Absolutely no humanity in any of them. They will literally steal candy from babies. I bought a 2015 Range Rover from them and got completely robbed. The vehicle has so many problems that they just put makeup over so I couldn't realize until the paperwork was signed. The charge about $4000 in dealership fees so if you think you will get the advertised price... you are mistaken! I will list my problems that they refuse to fix below for everyone: - No keys for the wheel locks - brake routers damaged with huge grooves in them - oil change never done - sounds coming from right side when turning (parking) - missing floor mats that I was promised (eventually gave me one from another car) - driver side seat broken (promised me it would be fixed) - gas won't pump properly. I purchased a vehicle here in Jan 2012. I traded in the vehicle I had and got into a vehicle I love. However, I had to put almost 10k into the vehicle 6k just in body damage. I have to tell you, look under the floor mats I found a huge hole in my carpet and the dealer I worked with I loved his personality but I am pissed because like I said 10k into body work and engine work. I am hoping to have a better experience this month since I am looking for an SUV and I like one I saw on their website. I learned from the first experience and will not be duped again. If you read this just make sure you do not allow yourself to be pushed into something you are not sure you want and also ensure you go over the vehicle at least 5 times with a fine tooth comb. I actually decided not to venture here again. I think my lesson was learned in jan 2012. Plus the comment Leo the GM left on my yelp review pretty sad. The car I purchased had over 6k in hail damage it looked like it rained golf balls all over it but the charger is such a dark color unless you really knew what you were looking at and in the right light standing above it you could miss all of them. I still have one as a reminder and the hole in on the drivers side carpet is still there to remind me how much I got screwed. Avoid this place they buy cars from auctions then rip people off.
