When we visit Ashland, we normally eat at GAP but they happened to be closed the day before Thanksgiving so we tried Northwest. The food was great and the customer service was outstanding. It was late when I arrived and they were very busy. The server checked to see if they were taking anymore orders and the owner said yes. I placed a good size order and they apologized that it would take 30-40min. When I came back to pick it up, everything was ready and they offered to help me carry it out which was very nice. I chatted a bit with the owner who was very friendly. I always appreciate when owners are there working around the holidays, true dedication! Now to the food: We had a pepperoni and a bbq chicken with jalapeños. Both had a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. The bbq chicken had very large pieces of chicken and everyone was a fan. We also had the wedge salad, Jo Jo's and cheese bread. I forgot how good the Jo Jo's were, crispy, flavorful and delicious. On our next visit to Ashland, we will for sure be returning. read more

I literally created a Yelp page because of this place. To warn pizza lovers. Have you ever been treated like a red headed step child before? Because this is how Northwest Pizza company treated me and my fiancé. I was literally escorted out of the building by the so called "owner" and asked to never return because I asked why we had to pay extra for ranch. * Mind you. I called in an order to go, when we arrived they "forgot" our order because of computer issues and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Furthermore, the order was so screwed up, I'm pretty sure the owner/cook is illiterate or blind. Or both. Good luck to future hungry patrons. A friend from up North who knew the owners recommended this place for our trip to Ashland. I told the waitress we were there based on a recommendation from the owners friend. We ordered a pizza and drinks and it came to $54.80 It was not that busy so we were surprised that when our water and drinks went dry half way through the meal we were never visited by the wait staff (Nikki H.) I really regret tipping her because it was mediocre pizza and super lousy service. When we went to leave we were shunned. My debit card fell between my seat and console and thought I lost it in the restaurant and went back looking for it frantically and the waitress didn't give a damn and just texted on her phone not helping me look for it. After 10 minutes of looking I figured someone had it and I needed to call my bank and have it shut off. Thankfully I found it under my car seat and drove to the nearest convenience store to buy 2 bottles of water to quench our dire thirst.., no thanks to the lousy service from the lame wait staff (Nikki H.). I'm looking at my receipt now .. server was Nikki H. Date was 7/29/23 and the time was 6:22pm receipt # 223719 paid at register 2. To the Owners : Have Nikki H. retrained then put her on toilet and urinal cleaning duty for two weeks. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and the kids spaghetti with butter and Parmesan... um first of all my buffalo chicken tasted like it was fried yesterday it was cold in some places warm in others thrown in some sauce and laid on a bed of wilted lettuce... secondly the spaghetti was so dry like where's the butter? It was basically noodles and Parmesan.. I had it delivered the delivery guy was very nice and I wish I could have tipped him more.. but ordering from them again is a no.., So I had to give them a 3 instead of my original 1 star because the owner called me within 10 mins of me posting my review! He was sooooo nice for offering to remake my meal and have it delivered! Although I declined it felt good to know I was heard and that he was willing to do whatever it took to make me a happy customer! Their customer service is outstanding!! My roomate and I get their salads all the time. They are good I like the food don't get me wrong Paying 28 dollars for a salad that's just lettuce dressing and chicken is kind of a lot for what it is but its good. What sucks is when you pay extra for EXTRA chicken and getting the normal amount instead. So I called and asked if I could be send my extra chicken and the man that delivered it (ginger middle aged man with glasses and wearing a fnaf t shirt lol) handed me my salad and said he noticed I've called a couple times to fix my order cause yes they will half the time send a small chicken instead of a large as I ordered and payed for. I explain it to him super nicely I get things happen but this dude cuts me off and tells me I should find somewhere else to get food and walks away. I got a mushroom cheeseburger and a chicken and artichoke hearts deep dish pizza. The fries were too salty, the patty may also have been a bit over-seasoned but was certainly tasty. The bun was excellent. Portion size was generous! The pizza was on the dough-y side but, hey, I ordered deep dish so there I am. It, too was good - not epic, but competent and exactly what I ordered. They were very busy on the Sunday night after Christmas, and called me to tell me they might be 2 hours delayed. I said OK no problem and they made it in under an hour, so credit where due. Also credit is due to the delivery person, who stuck around until I showed up at my door, and then she wasn't sure I noticed the order she left on my doormat (I did not take it in right away because COVID), so she stuck around calling me a couple of times (I didn't have my phone on me, thinking she left) to make sure I knew my order had arrived. Came here a few weeks ago with family. It's a nice establishment with a dozen or so flat screen TVs to occupy sports fans. They have a fireplace, pool table and several arcade games. Overall a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. For an appetizer we ordered the Gorgonzola, Pear and Walnut salad which was delicious. Our main course was the BBQ Pulled Pork and Pineapple pizza. It was fantastic! Probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. That's saying a lot because I love pizza! read more

The Yelp reviews didn't lead us astray. Dinner was totally satisfying with no element disappointing. Our party of 3 split 2 pasta dishes and 1 salad. The portions are huge and lend themselves to sharing but it's the taste that will bring me back. The Italian Sausage with the spaghetti was fantastic. The fettucini alfredo was beautifully prepared, garlicky and clean tasting. The salad (Pears, gorgonzola and greens) was delightful to look at and to eat. The prices were very reasonable and there is also a daily special board which had a deal of the day when we were there. The service and atmosphere is casual, maybe a little loud with a lot of hard services reflecting noise. I enjoyed the lunch special here at northwest pizza. For 7.30$ including tax, you get a personal with two toppings of your choice and a fresh and very good salad. I have a big appetite and i hadn't ate until noon and this meal for sure satisfied my appetite . As i said in the first review, the quality of the cheese and sauce along with the perfect crust texture shows the importance of ingredients towards the food here. The salad further proved that as it was very nice and fresh. They have billiards to play here, plenty of tvs, beer on tap and plenty of space so it doesn't feel as crowded as the other places that show sports events. Northwest Pizza is a throwback to hometown pizza parlors of the past and rates 4/5 stars. A pool table, a couple of pin ball machines and a few coin op video games are surrounded by worn tables and chairs that fit in with this pizza parlor and the easy going atmosphere of Ashland, OR. The Wiamer Hefeweizen I had was excellent but not as cold as I would have liked but that didn't hinder its drinkability at all! I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage pizza which was amazing and my wife liked her fettuccini alfredo but the favorite was the rather innocuously names chicken strips. These were not your normal strips. These were cut thin cutlets of fresh chicken breaded perfectly and dusted with Parmesan. Truly amazing flavor and crunch! Northwest pizza is getting 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars though because it was just too warm in the restaurant. It was actually unpleasant to sit and eat in such a hot and sweaty environment and it detracted from what would have been an overall positive experience. I get delivery from Northwest Pizza relatively often because their specialty salads are one of my favorites. Their prices have always been high and the quality of their burgers and pastas doesnt always justify the price. However they're convenient because they deliver. Today I received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed a relatively large order (5 items) at a peek time (6:30) online. When my text from the resturant came I assumed it was my confirmation text. Instead it was informing me that my order was cancelled, which I didnt realize unil I was wondering where my order was an hour and 15 minutes later. While it is my fault that I didnt look at the text more closely, their level of communication was frustrating. When I called the resturant the cashier sounded tired and apathetic. When I explained my frustration he explained that "they were slammed so they cancelled orders". I don't agree with this policy but I understand it's not his fault. I did, however ask him to tell his manager that their communication was subpar. He rolled his eyes at me through the phone. Then I replaced my order (which we will now be picking up at 9 pm) and as he was reading it back to me he mumbled "this is a long ass order". I was deeply annoyed by this level of apathy. When a customer is already annoyed you dont negatively comment about their order like that. Overall, will I be getting more food from Northwest Pizza Co? Probably. Will I be checking my phone more closely because incase they cancel my order again. Definitely. read more

I had high expectations and most of them we met. I ordered a full order of Jo Jo's topped with ranch chicken and hot sauce, a personal pepperoni pizza, and mozzarella planks. Let's start with the good: The jo jos (not including the toppings yet) were one of the best things I've ever eaten, they were fried perfectly and seasoned well. The mozzarella planks were still hot and gooey (which is surprising because I had them delivered. The pizza was, as always, delicious! The delivery (which is free by the way!!) was faster than estimated, so that's awesome! Now the bad: the ranch chicken on the jo jos was, lest I say it, terrible. It was the chewiest and driest chicken I've ever had, I'm almost definite it was microwaved. It also wasbr seasoned well, and was just bad in general, definitely not worth the $3 it cost to add. We moved here a little over 2 months ago and have already been here close to 10 times. I don't know why I didn't write this earlier....the pizza is good, the bread knots are delicious, they have video games and lots of tv's (silently) playing lots of sports...but every time we come here we and whichever guests we bring are taken back by how nice everyone is. And we've been here enough times to likely have cycled through the majority of their staff. Each employee on every visit has been exceptionally nice, friendly, and very accommodating. This is Ashland's best kept secret. I almost don't want to write a review, but only because I want all the food to myself I have been here many times before, all great experiences. They never mess up my order, always very timely, and you cannot find a better value for the quality of the food. Today we had lunch, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, and a classic burger with Swiss. They do not skimp on portions, and i always leave so happy with my decision to eat here. They also deliver to my house, way out by Emigrant Lake, which is another bonus point. The alfredo sauce was great and flavorful, the roll (so worth the extra $1) was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy and flavorful inside. The burger was tender and delicious. North West Pizza just titalated my taste buds with flavors not worthy of a man like myself. Tonight, January 21st, 2017, NW brought that fire. I chose the garlic Parmesan wings with the medium buffalo sauce to go along with it, and by god, they were a revelation. The house made ranch paired perfectly with the flavorful wings. My partner, Chris, Prima Vera pasta and the bite that I had was to die for. Morgan and Alex, the angels that they are, did an amazing job hosting us tonight. The mood was set perfectly with the St. Mary's And Pepperdine basketball game, watching high school rival Calvin Herminson torch the knights. My cranberry vodka twisted my tastebuds to perfection and paired well with the heavy wings.
