I was heading to a different restaurant for lunch when I remembered something new popped up in the space where Chabasco to go used to be. I read the menu posted by the door and immediately decided to give it a try. And I'm so happy I did. My husband and I shared this amazing dish with buttermilk chicken, on top of falafel shaped like a waffle and a delicious slaw and sauce. Everything was made from scratch and completely delicious and fresh. I'm definitely going back to try everything on the menu. It all looked so good. Nosh has a minimalist, crisp, clean atmosphere with only about 8 inside tables. Perfect for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend Nosh. You won't regret it. read more

Generally, I am not very interested in writing reviews, it takes up too much of my time haha. Every now and then when a really good reason to write something, comes up, I do. SO, on that note, Nosh IS my choice for a really good reason to be writing this review now. Some of my college mates and I decided to hop over to Utah for a week in October, and on our last day there, we were between going to the Salt flats and Park City. I am SO glad we chose Park City because tucked away in a rather plain looking shopping complex was a GEM of a middle eastern restaurant...BEHOLD NOSH. That is probably the BEST middle eastern cuisine I have ever tasted (never have been to the Middle East, just saying.) The baba was to die for and the hummus and falafel I swear by. I just wish I could have them ship it over to me all the way over to DC. What really pushed my experience over the top and write this long review, however, was the people :) The service was fantastic, the owner's mom was quite the cute lady with a very motherly vibe. She told me I needed to eat more and helped me pick out a FANTASTIC veggie option, and the owner and his wife themselves were obviously very passionate about what they do, so long story short, what makes this place so great isn't just the food and service but the authenticity of the creators. I have eaten at Nosh probably 20 times over the years they have been open. We live locally and it's convenient and the food is usually tasty. however, I feel compelled to write this review because a takeout dinner I had tonight, the meze platter, was not up to snuff. this is a vegetarian platter, the highlights of which should be hummus and baba ghanouj. Unfortunately, both of those items, which are really what you look forward to most, were extremely meager. The hummus serving was decent at best, the baba ghanouj was maybe a tablespoon? Maybe 2 tablespoons at most? It's just not what you expect when you drive to a restaurant, pick something up and then bring it home. they give you plenty of pita bread, which is very basic, plenty of carrots, which are few people's favorites, and the other sides, some peppers, some olives, some chickpeas, and Israeli salad are all reasonable portions. But sadly, the main event was substantially lacking. read more

Nosh was on our list of places to try on our first trip to PC. Based on reviews we tried to get there at a non-peak time, which for us was right after getting off the mountain around 3:30pm. This food was SO effing good omg. Visitors to Park City so i just did my best Yelping and Yelp did not disappoint. This place was so rad. We arrived at Nosh with a big extended family, and we were worried that we were too large of a group. The person at the counter welcomed us in and helped us get set up. They fulfilled our orders quickly and handled such a large group amazingly fast. The food was fantastic - my wife and I had the chicken and lamb pitas and shared a plate of Za'atar fries, which we highly recommend. The harissa (red chili) sauce was great on everything. This place was just incredible. I saw the Nosh Platter picture on yelp and thought, "Yeah, that looks pretty good." So, I went there with my wife and we got just that...and I have to say, it was absolutely spectacular. Completely blown away. THIS is middle-eastern/Mediterranean food at its absolute finest. I have eaten at a multitude of restaurants in Park City and paid waaaaay more, but I was not remotely as satisfied as I was with this place. 10 out of 10. Will be back as often as I can. I can't believe we hadn't found Nosh until today! We were really excited by the menu so we ordered a ton and will be BACK! There was hand to hand combat over the last latke, they were that amazing. I also adored the zaatar fries (I made the rookie mistake of making the long drive home with the fries all closed in their container - next time I'll open the box right when I get in the car so they don't get soggy. You could totally tell they had been perfect when they went into the box but they got a bit steamed from sitting in my car too long - totally my fault) and the hummus was nice and smooth. Tiny, humble place with amazing food. After gorging on ski resort food all day (ala burgers, fries, and pizza), the Nosh Salad was a much needed break from all of the indulgent unhealthiness. Really liked Nosh and will return. Someone got the marinated chicken bowl and a lot of people got the herbed falafel bowl and everyone liked it. I got the babaganoush and muhammara for the group along with the house-made pickles and olives. Everything was good but the muhammara wasn't as good as my homemade. Babaganoush I thought was great and the pickled veggies too. Will return. I'd skip the muhammara and opt for the hummus w/ roasted veggies next time. This place doesn't look like anything special from the outside but the food is so damn good. Give it a try and it will be the best decision of your day. We shared the Nosh platter which was the perfect amount of food for 2 people. We chose to do a mix of chicken and lamb. It included hummus, rice, carrots, spring mix, and pickled cabbage.
