Great spot for a healthy lunch. Good sized portions, flavorful ingredients, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Kale Caesar comes with fresh greens, crispy chickpeas, generous shavings of parm, and a tasty dressing (on the side). We added falafel for a small upcharge- it's crispy on the outside, herby, and not at all greasy. Roasted veggie bowl is colorful and filling. I'd try lots more on the menu. Recommend.

A mix between a sit down and a self order restaurant. Limited seating but cozy setting. Mediterranean food done with big servings and all the fixings. We got the Nosh palce and quite enjoyed it. The chicken was fantastic! Loved the mix of sweet potatoes and falafel with it. The vinegar Cole slaw has a lot of vinegar and needed a bit more balance to it. And the lamb was a tad dry so next time I'd just stick with the chicken. The loaded fries were good but had the biggest chunks of feta cheese that were difficult to eat besides getting a mouthful of feta.

Such a great place to stop by for lunch or dinner. We came here as a large party looking to grab a quick bite before our hike and sight seeing and it did not disappoint. We got multiple items and just shared all the plates and it was such a treat. I got to try things that I normally do not order and I'm not mad about it. The flavors were bold and ingredients were so fresh- what more can you want? Service was quick and accommodating as we had toddlers. I overheard someone order the garlic sauce so when I requested it, the server she got us plenty and everyone loved it. A must visit

The food was so amazing!!! Our family has meat eaters and vegetarians and the food on both ends was delicious. We came for a lunch and left feeling like we ate dinner. The portions were good in size and the service was good. It was super casual so more self service and getting your own drinks. The bathrooms are in the back of the restaurant so you walk through the kitchen. It is such a homey feel. The food was tasty and they have great sauces to accompany the food depending on your flavor profile. Would def recommend if you are in the park city area. There are cute little gelato shops in the same plaza and this place is always packed because the turnover on tables was continuous.

Conveniently located in a strip mall near Park City Mountain, for a quick, affordable, delicious and healthy meal. The restaurant is small with limited seating, but we typically place an order online for take out. - matzo ball soup: typically not a fan of matzo ball soup. But this one is very tasty with the dill and the matzo ball isn't super dense. - Chicken and Fawaffle: must get! The fried chicken is so crispy and moist pairs so well with the falafel waffle. - Beef Kofta bowl: excellent flavors and healthy option - lamb bowl: the only item we didn't love. Lamb wasn't as flavorful and dry - fried artichoke: super crispy exterior, it is like a vegetarian calamari. Our favorite spot after hitting the slopes! Super cool to find out that the owner used to cook in some of the best NY restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park. Truly is a little gem!

A beautiful day today in Park City, Utah and felt like a light but flavorful lunch. Several locals had recommended Nosh for a Mediterranean meal. A small establishment located in a strip mall but clean and very attentive to their clientele. We ordered a beef kofta bowl and the marinated chicken bowl. What a great choice. The chicken bowl came with tasty and moist chicken, Israeli salad, hummus, spiced rice, sweet potato, pickled slaw and harrissa yogurt. The beef kofta had grilled beef, grilled Brussels sprouts, Israeli salad, red pepper hummus, spuced rice, tahini, and yogurt. Both dishes were very good, filling but not stuffed. A very good meal and reasonably priced. If you want a different flavor profile, packed with flavor and delicious, get to Nosh. They are working hard to put out a good product and succeeding nicely.

This place is an easy five stars. We got the shared platter for two people for $30. It comes with everything that you would want. We did not feel the need for a second protein and we are glad we didn't get that. You don't need it. We were hungry and we were filled at the end. Edina help us out from Brazil and she is lovely. She talked us through the whole menu. She's so bright and positive and made us feel like genuine friends at the restaurant. She even introduced us to that owner with such energy. The best things on the platter are the hummus and the lamb. That's the best lamb that I've ever tasted in my life. Extremely flavorful and savory. I also loved the cabbage that was pickled. Sad we didn't get to meet the pup as well. But I think that's a nice touch to such a nice restaurant. I will be back to try the chicken fawaffle. Fun concept. This place is insane. One of the best stops on my trip to Utah.

There are so many dining options in Park City, it's easy to overlook mom and pop shops like Nosh. I implore you to stop by and do yourself a favor. The food here is better than most of the fancy restaurants on Main Street. The staff was super friendly, and we sat next to the restaurant mascot, an 8-week-old Pitbull mix called Kenobi. I had the chicken and fawaffle, and my wife had the lamb bowl, both were so infused with incredible flavors. Their homemade sauce had quite a kick, but it went well with everything.

Great takeout for our large, mostly vegetarian family! We got 8 falafels, 2 falafel bowls, 1 braised chicken, and chicken & fawaffle...so freaking delicious and tasty! Also, this was quite affordable compared to other less tasty items in Park City! Would recommend if you love Mediterranean dishes. It definitely has a more Israeli style and flavor, but so good! read more

Do yourself a favor, go! I researched where to eat in town during our visit. When we walked, my husband was skeptical. But he read the menu and I won him back. The server was helpful with what to order and enough/not too much. This good was FRESH. You can hear chef whipping it up in the kitchen ...and he was a one man show. Nosh is incredible! The second we walked in you could smell the rich flavors of the amazing food that was to come! The owner's friendly mother Linda welcomed us in like we were family she was looking forward to having home. She helped us order for our group with a variety of dishes. It was all so amazing but I have to give a shout out for the lamb and chicken, and also the fried chicken and waffles dish. The homemade Matza soup was nothing short of love in a bowl and I'm told it's a family recipe passed on to the new generation. The owner is incredibly friendly like his mother and I can see he rightfully takes pride in the incredible dishes he makes. My star system: Quality, Price, Ambience, Service, Je ne sais quoi. Nosh is a great, unique spot in the Prospector neighborhood. This little block has some of my favorite places, like El Chubasco, Sammy's, Alberto's. Nosh fits right in with quality Mediterranean, at a good price, in a well designed little space, great for lunch. I got the lamb pita and mezze platter. I recommend both! Really, really great food and service. Middle East food with a great twist! Had the fried chicken dinner with a waffle made up from a falafel. Both had a tasty sweet drizzle on it along with humus and a red beet salad. Just wonderful! The Chef takes his product so seriously and with so much pride he personally serves you and comes out later to make sure you enjoyed the meal. This little cafe is a great addition to Park City. I had researched restaurants before my ski trip and knew I had to go here. I'm a vegetarian, and we don't have many Mediterranean/Israeli options where I live. We've been extremely disappointed with most food in Park City, even grading on a mountain town curve (we live in one), but Nosh was a peasant exception. We had a few dishes but the lamb bowl deserves special mention -- truly wonderful. The owner and service were lovely, as was the option to sit outside. We'll be back before we leave. read more

Artisanal and delicious food with friendly, down-to-earth service. This is more like a bistro with limited seating, but well worth a visit. The chef (Chef Jason) and front of house (Linda) greeted us warmly. We came yesterday evening for dinner and returned today to get takeout lunch. Probably the most sublime hummus I've ever had. I ordered the veggie bowl, which was beautifully presented and each component well-seasoned. My husband is ordered the chicken bowl, and he enjoyed it. The food is well-seasoned but can be salty at times. The chef has impressive culinary skills plus an eye for composition and color (e.g., beet hummus, pickled red cabbage) that makes every dish look mouth-watering. The homemade hot sauces - esp. the green chile sauce - have depth of flavor and pop. The pita is homemade and fresh, but it was a bit doughy for our taste. Highly recommend Nosh. read more

Nosh is one of those places that you can't only go to once. I've been multiple times now and always go with a few people so we can share. The falafel for 2 is the perfect amount to share between two people. Everything always tastes super fresh. I recommend calling ahead to check the wait time during busy eating times since it can be quite busy and there is not tons of outdoor seating. I also love getting take out from them by calling it in. read more

Nosh is just what Park City needed! The prices are reasonable. The service is impeccable. The location is easy. The parking is plentiful. The environment is refreshing, clean and welcoming. Up there with some of the best Mediterranean food I've had in my life. Perfect balance of savory and spicy. All of the items had great texture and beautiful presentation. We had the lamb shawarma bowl and nosh salad. Highly recommend both. Clean, healthy, fresh and delicious food. Perfect change of pace from resort food and traditional main Street fare. It arrived bubbling hot in a cast iron skillet with rich tomato sauce, flavorful meatballs, perfectly baked eggs, and warm grilled pita for scooping up every last bite. I've had shakshuka before, and this was easily one of the best versions I've tasted. Every bite was comforting, hearty, and packed with flavor. Spud went with a Laziz salad alongside another helping of the roasted cauliflower, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everything that came to the table looked thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made the experience truly memorable, though, was our waitress, Omri. As a Deaf customer, it's always a pleasant surprise when someone can communicate directly in sign language. Omri signed with us, made us feel genuinely welcome, and provided exceptional service from beginning to end. I've spent a lot of time in Israel and eaten a lot of incredible falafel and hummus, always sad to leave knowing I won't get such fresh, delicious middle eastern cuisine for a while - until I discovered Nosh!!
