Stopped by Nosotros Café this morning with my daughter for tamales, and what a wonderful experience! We've attended business functions here before but had never visited as restaurant patrons - and we're so glad we finally did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by Edyth, and Maria graciously took our order and made us feel immediately welcome. We ordered two of each tamale--chicken, jalapeño & cheese, and pork--along with cookie butter lattes . The tamales were HUGE and absolutely delicious . We fully intended to take some home, but they were so good we couldn't put our forks down and ended up finishing every last bite. The cookie butter lattes were flavorful and the perfect complement to the meal . To top it off, Maria brought out a homemade salsa macha that paired beautifully with the tamales - such a thoughtful and tasty touch. Edyth even took time to chat with us, making us feel less like customers and more like welcomed guests . That kind of personal warmth is rare and truly appreciated. First the staff welcomes you to the Nosotros Café and there is a genuine smile behind the greeting. Multiple staff members check on you while you are dining and very fast with your request. So friendly. The café de la olla has a perfect sweetness. My son had a very affordable kids pancake combo and the portion was beyond kid size. They were fluffy and tasted great without syrup. My daughter had the Concha French toast which she was expecting to be dry however she was fooled as they were moist not overly sweet and tasted like heaven. My chiliquiles Verde was spicy, not hot, espiiicy...which didn't affect the great taste at all as I devoured them. Last but not least, the potatoes are thinly cut and seasoned better than any home fries ive ever tasted. This place is soooo amazing! Everything made fresh daily and you can taste it. We have had the pork and chicken tamales and they're great, and big and good amount of meat to masa ratio. Ive also had the menudo and posole and they taste very delicious homemade close to how my granny made them and the give u all the fixins to make it to your taste. this is the second time i have been to this establishment and man oh man they do not disappoint. the atmosphere is comforting and relaxing, it makes you feel like you are at home drinking a cup of coffee. the food is out of bounds i got the chilaquiles with asada they were delicious packed with flavor. the tortillas were not soggy they had a crunch while still being covered in delicious red salsa, served with home fries beans and a egg cooked to your liking. the service is amazing they treat you like they know you and always check on you when needed. don't forget to enjoy the pan dulce that they have. i will keep going back because i enjoy how i feel. read more

My coworker found this place a while back and the breakfast burritos were delicious! We decided to reserve our Christmas work lunch at the restaurant for 10 of us. Everyone in our group loved the dishes they ordered. I ordered the chilaquiles verdes plate and it was amazing! All the flavors from the chili verde were just perfect, this comes with 2 eggs on top and the spice was just enough! The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was amazing. I ordered the nosotros torta with carne asada and the size of it was definitely not what I expected! My bf got the red chilaquiles and they were perfectly sauced and crispy! Not too spicy either. The serving sizes were definitely worth the price. The waitress and servers were very welcoming and friendly. They attended us very quickly and brought us everything in a timely manner. I would have completely missed that this little gem of a hug and deliciousness was in the Harbor Freight/Cardenas shopping center had I not seen a post on Nextdoor. I knew I wanted to go and had the chance when my best friend was in town and wanted something breakfast like. Wow! This was such a pleasant surprise. My niece and her baby stopped by Nosotros on a very special day! I myself am not a breakfast nor coffee person. But oh dear! It's just an L shaped counter with all their sweet breads on display. There is nothing on the walls that add to the ambiance. The breads are very good and the price is awesome. I only spent $14 on 2 bags of goodies and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be here on repeat! ;)

The Turkey club was with all the fixings was pretty good, but my personal favorite was the Asian Sandwich. It had good flavor and sweet pickled cucumber and carrots made it even better. It's a family-owned sandwich shop located on a small corner lot; has a few chairs inside, but it's mainly a pick up and go establishment, which is fine by me. The owners Ben and Diana are very kind and sweet. They opened it about 24 years ago, which to me says a lot about them and their sandwiches. Not to mention, they just seem like good people and their love for the community. Thank you Ben and Diana. We loved our sandwiches and will definitely be coming back for more.
