The decor was nice and the booth was comfortable. I had the birria chilaquiles and concha French toast both were good! Note that the French toast is not on the menu but if you ask they have it. We happened on this restaurant through Yelp as we were passing through for breakfast. The owners were soooo friendly and welcomed us with open arms! This is one of our favorite breakfast spots in the Inland Empire. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service makes me feel like Im walking into the home of a family friend. My favorite dish to order is the green chilaquiles (add carne asada for a treat). I dont normally like beans, but theirs are delicious!. My husband always orders the breakfast tamales which comes with beans, Chile Verde, homestyle potatoes, and your choice of tamales. Looking for a breakfast burrito spot out this way and kept seeing good things being posted about this cafe. They definitely lived up to the hype for me :) When we stepped inside, it didn't feel like we were in Banning anymore lol super cute and clean, relaxing mom and pops vibe. We called our breakfast order for pick up, but maybe next time we'll dine there! Right when entering, the lady behind the counter who greeted us was super nice, dressed adorable, very welcoming. What we ordered- sausage/bacon breakfast burrito, skinny omelette and bread pudding. All were very, very tasty. We are new to this area, a lot of folks were raving about this place. It was a huge disappointment to me, not sure if it was an off day or what. We sampled 6 tamales. Chicken ones were good. Pork, pineapple, strawberry and cheese were not it. For $40 a dozen I expected them to be amazing. I had an apple cream coffee(forgot the exact name) but that was really good. This was my 3rd visit to Nosotros Cafe and I was very disappointed. We came in with a party of 8 for breakfast, first a few orders were wrong, plus they brought out one plate at a time so as we all waited for our meals the food they did bring out was cold, we all ate separately. and the coffee was not steaming hot, they also charged me for refills of coffee on this visit , when previous times I've came they didnt. I don't know if I'll return with a large party. read more

I like to support my local small family restaurants, but I am very disappointed in my time and money spent here at this restaurant. While eating our food my husband pulled out a long red hair from his menudo. He was brought another one but the mood was totally broken after that. The right thing to do would have been to comp the menudo from the bill but it was not. I understand that accidents happen but to not make up for those accidents is what is dissatisfying.
