Matcha egg foam latte and sesame coffee.

Got the double matcha this time and it was really good!! But 4 stars because it's pricy $8 for a regular sized cup vs some other places. Quality was good but definitely not cheap.

Went back for the soufflés. I got the tiramisu one, which was the best seller, followed by the strawberry and Nutella. They said the wait time was 30 minutes, and I actually timed it because the place was packed. I was a bit skeptical, but they actually made it in 21 minutes. The soufflé isn't sweet at all; it's airy, and the toppings help add the sweetness. Excited to try more.

The tiramisu soufflé was not as good as I imagined it. The pancakes were fluffy and thick but there was not enough cream around it to give it that tiramisu flavor. The cup of coffee made it worse because it was bitterness on top of the flavorless pancakes. Also the amount of cacao powder made it more bitter and dry. The banana matcha was not good. Service was bad this day. They didn't greet nor look welcoming while taking order.

We came here at night, and one great thing about this place is that it stays open quite late. I ordered the "current hype" -- the Ube Soufflé -- and the staff mentioned there would be about a one-hour wait before it could be served. Since it already took us nearly an hour to get here, I decided to wait for it anyway. To my surprise, the soufflé actually arrived in less than an hour, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the Ube flavor itself was a little disappointing for my personal taste, as I felt it didn't pair as well with the soufflé texture as expected. Perhaps next time I'd try a different flavor instead of the Ube. Decor was minimalist though and place looked quite cozy.

We got the lychee pudding tea and tiramisu soufflé. The wait for the tea was about 5 min, and the soufflé was ~20-25 min. The place has a lot of seats available and lots of nice natural light coming in (no wait in line when we arrived). The soufflé was nice and bouncy, the flavors of tiramisu were consistent but the pancake itself was kind of underwhelming. My husband liked the tea but I thought it was a bit too tarte. The price is fair if you're ordering for yourself or to share! I enjoyed the side of chocolate ice cream and banana with the soufflé! It complements the dish well.

Must try! The soufflé pancakes are unreal. I got strawberry and I ordered the Nutella. Delicious. You can definitely share one with two people. It comes with ice cream!!! The sesame coffee was unreal. We also had the popcorn chicken. Delish. Come here for some comfort food.

Went for an after dinner dessert / drink. Was hoping for more non-caffeinated options but looked like it was primarily smoothies. Ended up with the avo-coco which I was hoping had more balance of coconut with the avocado. It was definitely more avocado forward though. It wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting. The pancakes looked good but didn't get to try them.

Went on a Wednesday night. Decently crowded. Nice vibes and ambiance. Service was a bit lacking, blunt, not a very friendly vibe. We were told the mangoes weren't ripe and sweet, but we got the bingsoo anyway. It was good. Something I'd get again. The cat pudding was very cute, though the taste wasn't amazing, it wasn't bad either. The pudding itself was not sweet which I liked, but the strawberry puree thing was very sweet. Good try, very cute, wouldn't get it again. Lastly was the cheese fried tbk, was not bad for mindless snacking, but for the price, wouldn't get it again. Don't know what we were expecting but when it came out, we were disappointed, especially with the portion size. Overall, cute cafe, good food, would not go out of my way to come back.

Tucked away in the corner of a busy shopping plaza is a coffee shop by the name of Nostimo Cafe & Tea. While parking may be of challenge, you'll quickly realized the quality of coffee and types offered is worth the effort to make your way here. Great place to catch up with friends and family over delicious sips. Not so sure about the study part since it can get a bit noisy. My usual go to here is the Nostimo Cafe Muoi Me (Black Sesame Coffee). It just hits all of my cylinders just right in terms of texture and flavors. They also have a unique flavor called Ube Coconut Latte Coffee if Ube is your current trend. Matcha and fruit smoothies are also available if you are in that lane. Soufflé Pancakes are great to share with people if you have a little gathering going. Looking forward to stopping in and trying their other beverages and bites, and as should you. It's good.

So so so GOOD! Yummy! I'm not even a dessert person but I treated my kids to this yummy Japanese pancake place. It sure was a HIT! Shoutout to Bonnie S. who I texted to ask for Japanese pancake recommendations. She's my go to Foodie Encyclopedia. Follow her for more foodie info. You can't go wrong with Nostimo Cafe. This is such a cute little café known for its viral Japanese fluffy soufflés and jiggly bunny pudding desserts. I stopped by on a whim during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was--I only waited about 5-10 minutes for my jiggly bunny pudding and matcha latte. It was fast enough that I was able to get back to the office without any stress. I ordered the jiggly bunny pudding because I thought it would be similar to a panna cotta (one of my favorite desserts). While it wasn't quite a panna cotta, it was still good--light, cute, and not overly sweet. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun dessert that isn't too heavy. As for the matcha latte, I really appreciated the bold matcha flavor. That said, I'm not a big fan of regular milk, and it didn't occur to me at the time to switch to an alternative like almond milk, so the milk flavor stood out more than I would've liked. Overall though, a fun spot for a quick and unique dessert break.

Nostimo has the best Tiramisu coffee. Their coconut coffee & egg coffee are very delicious as well. There soufflés are incredibly delicious despite how long it takes them to make them. We've been going here since it 1st opened and enjoyed it so much but now it can get a bit crowded especially in the evening since it opens late.

The espresso strawberry latte is my absolute favorite. Their drinks aren't typically sweet like other regular coffee shops since their coffee is more on the stronger side which is a plus for me! The coffee jelly is also worth trying as well! I never leave disappointed and have been fully satisfied with each visit! Staff are friendly and very welcoming! It is tucked in the corner so you can miss it from the street and seems like a good gem of a place to study at! read more

The coffee is Medicare at best, the only thing they got going for their interior aesthetics. I ordered their matcha coffee and taste wise was lacking. The coffee was not great tasting as I was hoping for. Just tasted slightly burnt and no reminisce taste of matcha whatsoever. I would rather go to Phin Smith or Da Vien around the area unless the owner of the Nostimo start caring what product they put out. I do not see myself ever going back here again. Extremely disappointed for pricey coffee. read more

We got the strawberry espresso latte and sesame coffee! Both were delicious! The strawberry latte were strawberry forward unless other coffee shops where that flavor tends to get lost. The sesame latte was very creamy but can use more sesame notes. read more

I have been here twice, one for avocado coffee and one for tiramisu coffee. I wanted to try either sesame coffee or ube latte but I cannot drink strong coffee so the cashier recommended me to try those. 5/5 for both the great services and drinks. Definitely coming back!! read more

The drinks were super tasty but very expensive and the ones with ice had so much giant chunks of ice (full to the top) that I felt cheated. There was much more ice than drink.... If you go here ask them to go light on the ice if your drink has ice. read more

Decided to come give the sesame coffee here a try after hearing from my friends that Da Vien took inspiration from this coffee shop and I have to say this really is the best option. The balance between milk, coffee, and sesame cream is perfect, and the subtle salty taste is a cherry on top. Their other drinks on the menu look really appealing as well so I'm definitely saving those for another day. When I first entered I thought this place would be a good cafe to enjoy desserts with family and friends. I soon learned that this establishment would disappoint me in multiple ways. For starters, I came in yesterday at 7:00pm and my group was the only one in there. We ordered two items, a matcha soufflé pancake and a mango sticky rice bingsoo, which took 25 minutes to bring out in total. I found this strange being that we were the only people in there and they had no other orders to fulfill at the time. The first to come out was the pancakes, and these weren't what they seemed to be. The matcha cream on top wasn't sweet enough to compensate the extra matcha powder they put on top and made the dish extremely bitter and unpleasant. Although the actual pancake was highly like a soufflé should, the stack of three pancakes where alarming small, the circumference being around the size of a hydro flask. My first bite of the pancakes was okay, but the more I at the more I noticed that the inside was raw. The smell of egg whites became so prominent my table couldn't finish it. This dish left me with food poisoning the next morning. The mango sticky rice bingsoo was a bit better, with sweet mangos and soft bingsoo. My complaint is about the sticky rice at the bottom of the dish. The cold bingsoo made the rice hard and unpleasant to eat. Overall, this cafe could use some improvements, but for now I won't be coming back. read more

I rarely post an review but after going here multiple times, I have an urge to post this. Their drink quality has been consistent and I always enjoy bac xiu da with oat milk. I wasn't a big fan of coffee before but I found myself here almost everyday to get their drink. I also recommended the jelly coffee. It not too sweet but a yummy drink. Got my family to try out this place and now they also hook into it. Egg coffee is pretty strong and definitely keep you going for the day. It's a perfect coffee and study spot for me especially in the week day. This place won't disappointed you and if you looking for a study spot, this is perfect (better in the week day). And well if you hungry while working on your stuff, they have soufflé so, I highly recommend the place! P/s: Their employees pretty nice, the place do seasonal and holiday decorations stuff so I find it pretty cute;). I heard that they do give u birthday candle stuff on soufflé if it your birthday, maybe I'll bring my friend here on mine:))) read more

We found this new place after dinner and decided to come trying it out. The space is nice, minimal and clean! We all tried their peach lemongrass orange tea and was very surprised at the effort they put into these drinks. It was nicely decorated with real fruits and lemongrass. A lot of places that sell lemongrass tea are lacking the lemongrass scent but this place nailed it pretty well. The aroma was just enough and it didn't taste artificial like most places we've tried. Not safe for Dairy-free! I chose this cute place for a bday cafe meet-up, but despite the soufflé pancakes and what my friends said was good coffee, I had a horrible experience. They are not trained on food allergies, so please beware. They do not have descriptions of the drinks, but I ordered a Sea Salt Latte with oat milk, because I am allergic to milk. The cashier/barista said there was no milk in it, so not need for substitution. Fine, maybe they use coconut milk foam or the drink is premixed with non-dairy powder? One third into my drink I have a VIOLENT reaction and run to the bathroom, proceeding to blow it up miserably. Afterwards, I brought the drink up to the cashier and ask what is in this drink?? He says Heavy cream foam and condensed MILK. I was in disbelief; how can you say it has no milk?! He said sorry and offered to make me another drink with no dairy, which was the least they could do, but I also had to wait a while because he forgot about it. I was nauseous the rest of the day, feeling like puking and loss of appetite. If someone else had a worse allergy they could have gone into anaphylactic shock. Needless to say, I'm traumatized to the point I could never come back. read more

To start off if anyone is going to try this place. Please don't go 1hour and 30 minutes before closing. They close down their kitchen and only serve drinks . I was so disappointed that we drove 45 mins for us to be turned away. But we were in luck. There is a place across the way called Creamery Pop that was amazing. The service and food were amazing and above what we expected. We ordered the crape and brioche bun and tested every ice cream that was hand made by the chef. read more

The first time we came here we had the tiramisu coffee, which was a hard pass. Little did we know that we would be be back here for their soufflé pancakes, which were very good. I recommend getting the strawberry soufflé pancakes. One order comes with three soufflé pancakes, whipped cream, strawberry puree, and strawberries. We like to take ours to go and add more strawberries at home. The $15 price is a bit steep but if you are no good at the technique sensitive steps that it takes to make this, then this is the place to go: perfect pancakes and no mess to clean up. read more

Was craving some coffee, so we decided to stop by to check out the new place. What's a better way get a feel of a new place than to try out the top item on their menu, the Sesame Coffee. This shop has great quality coffee. Stopped by for an iced black coffee (cafe den da) and it was well balanced with a great coffee taste and not overly sweetened like most other places in the area. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and the staff and owner were patient and sweet. Will come back to try their teas next time. read more

I really liked the black sesame milk tea! It's on the sweet side but if you're like me and sip your drink over a period of time, the ice that melts and the cream on top helps tone down the sweetness. Every sip is pleasant - not too watered down towards the end. Just be sure to stir frequently or sip from the top to mid layer if you drink with a straw. read more

I tried this place for the first time today and got their Espresso Strawberry Latte and a Ham, Egg, & Cheese Soufflé. The drink was pretty good - not too sweet! You can still taste the coffee lol. The strawberry at the bottom was creamy and added an interesting fruity flavor to the coffee. The soufflé took a while to come out, but I think they make it to order. Besides, that just gives you more time to chat with your friends or chill by yourself! When it did come out, the plating was really nice (big swipe of ketchup), and it had a classic taste! read more

The reviews are right when they mention the drinks are very sugar forward very sweet and I did have the barista reduce the sweetness in my tea, but the syrup used for the lychee just doesn't make well for the type of experience that I'm used to when I purchase tea from other competing stores.

We ordered the strawberry pancakes and ube pancakes, and both were really good. They also offer other flavors, but these two were the ones we tried and enjoyed. The main downside is seating. A majority of the tables were occupied by people studying with laptops for extended periods of time. While that's understandable, seating is limited, and it can be tough for regular customers who just want to sit down and enjoy their food and drinks. It would be nice if there were some tables reserved for shorter visits and others for those planning to stay longer--just food for thought. Because many people were studying, we felt a bit uncomfortable with our kids being kids, even though they weren't being loud. We were lucky to find an open table to enjoy our pancakes and coffee. We stopped by Nostimo Cafe and decided to try the Injeolmi Matcha Latte and the Ube Souffle, both were such a surprise. The Injeolmi matcha latte was unlike any other I've had. The foam had this unique texture: light, creamy, and just a bit nutty from the injeolmi, paired perfectly with the earthy matcha aroma. Nostimo is hands down one of my favorite spots in town. The atmosphere and vibes are perfect for anything whether you're hanging out with friends and family or need a cozy place to study. Their signature sesame coffee and egg coffee are amazing and remind me so much of the coffee back in Vietnam. Another favorite of mine is the peach orange lemongrass black tea, which is super refreshing. They're also known for their soufflés, which are incredibly soft and delicious definitely a must-try! The staff here are super friendly and patient, always taking the time to explain the menu. If you're looking for a chill spot with great drinks and plenty of outlets, Nostimo is the place to be. Yes, the rumors are true - it's all as amazing as it looks! The soufflé does take a little time, but trust me, it's so worth the wait. I tried a few different flavors, but the Nutellamisu and Ube Coco were hands down my favorites - it's like dessert heaven in every bite! And the Mango Sticky Rice Bingsoo? It was tall, light, and fluffy. Most importantly it passed the jiggle test. Not too sweet either, just the right balance. The ambience inside was cute, simple and bright. The Tiramisu coffee and Egg coffee were creamy, strong, and beautifully made. If you're into bold, dessert-style coffees, these are definitely worth a try. I came here this morning, and I like their hojicha latte ( non-caffeinated roasted matcha) . It tastes toasty, nutty, caramel-like latte. if you want to try different thing than matcha. Get hojicha. read more
