We all know this place is great! Who doesn't love a moist cake with cream cheese frosting?

Came in to get my Birthday Bundtlet during the week in June. Pulled up to see the door locked and not a single car in the entire shopping center parking lot or a soul to be seen (even though it was during their normal business hours) I assumed that they were closed to due COVID-19 shelter in place. I go in today to get my birthday Bundt since they were closed when I came in June, and since all food places are open now, I figured that they would honor it. NOPE! The girl at the counter said that they have never been closed and that she had no idea what I was talking about. I came in June when I KNOW that they are open because I frequent this location often & they were NOT open. Very disappointed that they wouldn't make an exception and honor my birthday bundtlet email coupon. Not coming to this location again!! read more

OMG! This kills on all you cupcakes. My best friend brought me a dozen bundtinis for my birthday and it was the best surprise ever! The Red Velvet Bundtinis rule! They are super moist and have just the right amount of frosting. They are super cute! The Chocolate Chocolate is really good too. I love how they have chocolate chips hidden in them. Yum yum yum!!! I was craving something sweet and found this place on yelp and am so glad I came! I first thought I wanted the white white chocolate and the carrot, but tried the sample of the white raspberry and it was too good to not get. So I ended up getting the white raspberry and the carrot. Both cakes were really really delicious! I looooove carrot cake but hate eating ones with nuts inside so I'm really glad to say this carrot bundt cake has no nuts. The cake itself is really flavorful and matches really well with their cream cheese frosting. I'll be back just for the carrot cake for sure. For the white raspberry, it can be a little heavy by itself so I would recommend having milk with it. The cream cheese frosting with this cake is a really good topping as well. Overall, I wish the cakes were a little bit moister, but I'm really impressed with this place and will be back for more! Here I come summer pounds! read more

2:30pm pickup for an online order. As we stood there they just couldn't find our order. Nowhere in the system. I'd like to see a bit of accountability. Avoid online order. Or make sure you call first. Birthday pickup. So reliability is key. In the online age I think you need to get you ducks in a row. You really put stress on my family on my son's special day. His birthday. This is for others looking for a reliable party option. In the end they made us our order. I did have to come back later to pick up. Such a hassle. read more

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of 12 buntini's for my daughter's birthday. There must have been something wrong with the batch because we couldn't even pick them up without them splitting in half. Maybe it's because the bottoms were soggy, moist and inedible. They paid to get the post deleted so reposting: I am appalled by the customer service here. Me and my family have been ordering cakes from this company for almost 10 years. Tonight I called the store to let them know I'll be arriving at 5:58 as a courtesy as that's 2 minutes before closing time and the person who answered said that's totally fine and when I got to the door, the employee ran over and locked the door and started laughing with her coworker. They then ignored me and never unlocked the door for us and we realized they planned to do this from the beginning as a joke at our expense. This was so spiteful and rude and I went home empty handed after promising my little sister that I'd bring her a cake. :( Never going back here. I walked into a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere at their new location! They offered for us to try a sample and it tastes really fresh and good! I came to get a dozen bundtinis and Kay was very helpful. They have pre-made dozens with chococolate, white chocolate, red velvet, and lemon (their most popular flavors) or you can wait a short time and create your own. She said it would be a 15-20 minute wait but it was more like a 5 minute wait, which I was grateful for! They also have decorations you can buy for the bundtinis. I have always enjoyed their cakes and I appreciate their cleanliness here! My favorite flavor is the seasonal pumpkin spice, but when it's not that season, I like the white chocolate raspberry. High recommend this location! I'll be back :) read more

I hate to yelp them, However the Ladies today were Rude. Called an ordered cake spoke with the gal when placing my order I apologized for not calling in yesterday she stated that no problem we can have it ready for you in 20 minutes YEAH... I was so happy. When arriving I was old that my order was for pick up on the 18th in three day when I questioned the cashier she was really rude and inconsiderate I asked who my order to see if I could talk to her she rudely said IDK. But could still make the Bundt in which took Nearly a Half hour to put the decoration on the already made cake from the case. Wow Will never go back. My sweet tooth goes crazy here. I come here for just about every birthday of my kids and they each have their favorites they love to pick and choose. Lemon, red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla are the favorites in the household but I love the carrot cake although I don't always see it. We always go for the small ones the budtlets and the bundtinis but they have some grand looking big cakes as well. We are just waiting for an occasion to buy that. I didn't even know about this place. I had just been to the feed store next door and saw it so decided I should check it out! I walked in and there were a few people behind the counter that just kind of looked at me and looked away. A couple was inside the shop ordering. I was a little disappointed to see that as other people were walking in, they were greeted. Maybe it's the way I was dressed. I'll be honest, I probably looked like a homeless person. I had a oversized sweatshirt on that was rain drenched. Either way, it didn't feel so awesome to see that they were asking if they could help everyone but me. I was only looking at the case and ordered two of the smaller cakes without noticing that they had deals on top of the counter. I wish the person had tried to upsell me to get the three cakes. I would have gone for the little stack they have! I wasn't offered a sample until after I paid. Too bad, because I would have gotten that one as well. I'll balance out my score with the fact that the product was good. I brought one to my friend and took mine home, set it down and totally forgot about it on a table. It was still surprisingly moist when I got back to it two days later. I'll give this place another try. Going in looking like a slob again to see how I'm treated. read more

The bunds cakes here are perfect, soft, moist, not too sweet and beautifully decorated. My favorite is the red velvet cake. Sometimes I get a coupon in the ad for a free mini one. I never get to use the coupon in time. The mini one won't do. I need a big one. read more

Very yummy cakes. Moist, tender and flavorful; however, very sweet so a little goes a long way. Enter the bundtini. A perfect bite. OK, more like 2-3 lady-like nibbles or 1 manly chomp. Love these minis since I can share about 3-4 with a friend in 1 sitting and not OD on sugar. Added benefit, I can sample multiple flavors at once. That's the polite version. Truth be told, I drag 1 of my guy friends who doesn't mind being my clean up batter or more accurately eater. We buy 1 of each flavor available. I take a tiny bite. i like big bundts and i cannot lie!! forget all about the cupcake craze because it's the bundt cake that deserves all of the attention. whether you like your bundts big or small they have what you need to tempt you. this is the last thing i needed to open in the area. i love a good bundt cake and these are so darn scrumptious. why did i have to find out about this place right when i need to be starting on my new years resolutions. oh well i guess i can start my getting back into shape next year. they have many great cake flavors available to choose from so it's sometimes very hard to pick only one. i'm a huge fan of the red velvet, carrot and lemon but i wish i could get my pumpkin fix all year. the cream cheese frosting is insane! it matches up with the cake flavors so well and has the perfect balance of sweet and savory. i must say the prices are very reasonable for the different sizes and quality of ingredients. after trying these i don't know why anyone would want to pay so much for an overrated cupcake. i wasn't aware that this was a franchise but for something with such a huge following they sure know how to do things right. they are so friendly and care about the customer and it shows with a constant smile and constant coupons. you have got to try the new big thing in baking and you'll see what all the sweet buzz is all about. go get your bundt down to that shop today!! read more

My family loves this store, and we buy there a lot, but after this weekend's incident i am not so sure anymore... This is a review for the customer service provided by Mynna (not sure this is the correct name, because she denied to show me her badge, but it is the manager on duty for Staurday October 3rd). We ordered a Pecan cake (large one) for our daughter's birthday. We ordered the day before, and picked up on Saturday AM. When we got home, the cake was super dark -- I thought "they gave me achocolate one", so I called the store and they told me to bring it back. Up to this point, fine... it was an honest mistake. When I got to the store, the employee that was in the cashier (dont know her name) saw me walking in with the cake and she literally freaked out. She threw a tantrum, because "once cakes leave the bakery, we cannot bring it back". So I asked her: "why did you want me to bring it back?". She went to get the manager. People in line were asking me: why she was freaking out, and I said I have no idea, because they told me over the phone to bring the cake back. Then comes the manager. As she walked into the counter, I could already see her "resting bitch" face (use google for some images, and you will know the face im talking about). She told me it was not a chocolate cake, but a pecan praline one. I told her it was not, because if it was, then it was burned. She said she guaranteed it was the correct one. Then i pointed out the one in the display counter, which was tan, not black. The she freaked out as well, and said that they dont sell burned cakes, that it was "maybe a little bit over baked, but not burned" (her own words). We discussed for a few minutes, and she refused to give me a new cake, and I had to take it back home. I told her I was going to post a bad review on yelp, and she laughed!!! The cake was "alright", but nothing great. It was definitely burned/over baked, and it was nothing like not the usual pecan praline cake we got so many times in the past in the store. As I said, we really love the cakes there, but after this customer experience, I am unsure we are going back there anytime soon... And Mynna (or whatever her name is) should really find a new job, because customer service is definitely not one of her skills... read more

Red Velvet was out for sampling & even though I already knew that was what I wanted to try, I couldn't help but grab the sample. After all, a girl needs an appetizer! Greeted soon as we entered & directed towards the sample platter - educated on Red Velvet being their most popular flavor - it was nice to learn a bit about their store! We grabbed a large Red Velvet and mini Lemon & Pumpkin Not being a citrus dessert fan didn't try myself but can say Mom absolutely loved the lemon - said it was moist, dense & had a great lemonny flavor The pumpkin was for me & it was awesome! Medium pumpkin flavor that was totally enhanced by the sweet cream cheese frosting. Good ratio of icing to cake That icing / frosting (whatever it is) was phenomenal!! Thick, sweet & gloopy - in a good way. The pumpkin cake part was moist & dense & held up after 2 days of sitting around The Red Velvet - well, let's just say it's worth all its hype. Hint of chocolate flavor w/ chocolate chips randomly thrown in here & there - they were soft & melty in your mouth to give a rich burst to the cake. My fiancé and I had been meaning to try this place out. We each had a coupon for a free bundtlet and picked 2 different flavors - White Chocolate Raspberry and Red Velvet. White Chocolate Raspberry was the better flavor of the 2. 4 stars for flavor! Moist, fluffy, and not too sweet. I also tried the Pecan Praline at the store and it was delicious. I'm not into pecan so it was a nice surprise. A single bundtlet is good enough for 2 (maybe 3) to share. I certainly can't finish 1 on my own. It is much larger than a cupcake but not a cupcake alternative. We'll return for more! read more

Cupcakes are so last year!!! LOL...Nothing Bundt Cake adds at nice spin to desserts. Not to mention the shop is super cute with free samples! They frequently have coupons, buy one get one free (mini's only), through the mail and if you sign up through there website. I wish I knew this earlier! I never thought I would enjoy these so much. I was so used to thinking that bundt cakes were the forgotten dehydrated treat of the dessert world, but boy was I wrong. In the past week, I've had these sweet treats 3 times (twice being at work) and can't get enough. They are extremely moist, flavorful and bite (cupcake) size. I am super behind on writing this review.... let me say I am only giving them 2 stars because I actually like their products... However, I recently had a very unsatisfying visit (which really makes me want to go with a 1 star rating). About 2 weeks ago now they were handing out free bundtlets and so I scurried down there after work to get my free goodie and also put in an order for a large Bundt Cake for my husband's 30th birthday bash... welll... I arrived there at 6:01pm EXACTLY... I got out of my car and was walking toward the bakery when I noticed the lights were low... there were people inside so i pressed forward (you just never know right)... well one lady looked up and saw me coming... Once she noticed me she looked at the other lady who looked at me... looked back at her coworker... shook her head no... and then motioned for her to go into the back... the LITERALLY RAN INTO THE BACK BEHIND THE CURTAIN!! wtf?! Okay, I understand... I arrived after closing apparently (who closes at 6pm anyway?!)... I would not be giving them a 2 star review for saying to me "sorry ma'am we're closed" but the fact that they literally RAN AWAY from me was just unnecessary!! In fact I was so in shock I didn't even readily leave the parking lot... I looked back to notice them peeking out from behind the curtain and then RUNNING to the counter to grab a rack of cakes and take them back to the back... i sat there for like 10 minutes just watching this thinking... how UNPROFESSIONAL that is. After talking to a friend (who shares my love for their little goodies) about this incident and whether or not i was going to proceed with my husband's cake order... I decided... nope! I'm not going to get it here... I would rather get a Safeway Carrot Cake (which are excellent btw) then spend my money on a place with customer service like that... My personal trainer is going to love Nothing Bundt Cakes!!! Okay, not really, but he's going to love the increase in business he's going to get from me and my husband! This place is going to be the sugary death of me! :) Hubby and I were out in the area on Saturday and I heard about this place. Walked in and I thought the little shop was so cute! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They had samples of the cinnamon cake with cream cheese frosting; so good and moist. Yumm! The flavor of this month was the pineapple upside down cake. We decided to get the little bundlets of the pineapple upside down and the white chocolate raspberry cake. The cakes are reasonably priced and we only paid $8.00 for both cakes. After we purchased our cakes hubby and I kinda lingered around the shop and we decided to ask if they did seasonal holiday flavors. The shop owner, Kelly came out and told us they were going to be doing a pumpkin spice from I believe she said from October till December and they were going to be doing a blueberry white chocolate cake starting in August! :) We got to talking to Kelly and she was by far the nicest lady ever. Totalling answering any and all questions we had about the cakes, and even giving us background on how Nothing Bundt Cakes was started. Met her husband Rick and he too, was a very nice guy! The cakes themeselves? OMG.....the pineapple was good, although a little too sweet for me, it was still a very moist cake. The white chocolate raspberry cake? My new fave cake! Which is totally surprising to me since I normally hate raspberries with cake. But this cake was a perfect mixture of raspberry swirl with cream cheese frosting on top. So moist, sweet, and tart all at the same time. We were so impressed by the cakes and by the above and beyond service, we are definitely going back.. read more
