The lemon bundtinis are my new guilty pleasure! I drive past this place daily but I decided to check it out to get a last minute 'Thank You' gift for my son's teacher. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with deliciousness. It was busy but I didn't mind because they have a sample dish full of mini pieces of moist, mouthwatering cake. I was a bit hesitant to try a piece until I watched three people come in and head straight for tge sample dish. My son noticed it too and decided he wanted a sample. First he played with the frosting, then he ate a tiny piece of cake. He didn't offer to share do I had to get my own lol! The white chocolate raspberry sample was delish. I was too excited! The cake nearly melted in my mouth. We ended leaving with 1 carrot bundtlet (mini bundt cake), 1 lemon, 1 red velvet, and 1 white chocolate raspberry bundtlet! She would NOT cancel the transaction she said because it was already in the system. We needed one cake for a birthday Dr I we ended up buying 3 bunlett cakes. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The bundts are the moist, delicious, fresh tasing cakes I have ever had. The frosting is very sweet but perfectly compliments each flavor. Lemon and white chocolate raspberry are my favorite but there isn't one that I've tried that I would turn down. These make great house warming gifts and a treat for anyone you may be visiting. Highly dissatisfied, The cakes are great tasting but the customer service is highly lacking. After buy 5 dozen I was surprised that they wanted to charge extra for the flags. Normally not a big deal but after ordering $90 worth of cakes seems like an add on. Then the girl behind counter was rude and impatient when we were deciding on how we wanted to proceed. Tonight when I opened the sealed boxes, there was one missing out of each box with two missing out of one. So I was shorted a half dozen. Helps the bottom line when you don't give a full dozen. Used to stop by about every other week not anymore. Other places with better customer service. read more

I wasn't crazy about this place at all. I used their services to announce my pregnancy to my family. I wrote exactly what I wanted the card to say. When we received the cake with the card it was not exactly what I wrote down and was missing the final part (the signature from the baby- the most important part). My husband had to turn around and take it back. They just said oops, didn't apologize for making him come back due to their error. They re-wrote the card and it STILL was not exactly what I asked to have written on the card but it was close enough so we just dealt with it instead of going all the way back again. Considering I paid extra for that card to be included with the cake I would think they would pay attention to detail. If it's too difficult to type what I asked for, they should have just copied and pasted what I wrote. No one was overly thrilled with the taste of the cake and for the price I could have done better. Safe to say I will never return to this place. Attention to detail is important especially when it's your business and it is a special moment for the consumer. I was very disappointed. read more

I had gone here with my mom a few months back to pick up 2 buntlets for her friend and from the minute you walk in the door you feel like you are welcome. There were samples of one of the flavors out which definitly made us buy 2 instead of one. The staff was extremly friendly and efficient. The store was very clean and we were able to get in and out in good timing. Not the cakes I give them a 5, this store. I was just there and the lady who was helping me was very snotty. I went in to get a dozen of different flavors and she told me I would have to wait 10 minutes to pick my flavors because the store was way to busy. But there were only 2 other people and there were still deciding and looking around the store and they even told her that. She just didn't want to help me and there was even another cashier there, who took the next customer who walked threw the door and order the exact thing I did, but that cashier let him pick his flavors right then and there. She didn't tell him he had to wait ten minutes. My cashier just didn't want to help me and gave me the look of death when I asked her to please repeat the pre made box option. Pretty good place and clean. I bought a cake and cupcakes; which were delicious! Also bought some candles and a number sparkler to top the cake for my daughters birthday. Dropped in to pick up a treat for dessert (Lemon Raspberry) for the family and as usual, it was divine. Super moist and a great mix in flavors between lemon and raspberry. One of my kids finds the cake and frosting a little too sweet but he simply takes some frosting off (which I gleefully eat) and he's happy. Cassidy, the service rep, was super friendly and helpful. Normally I visit the Surprise location but was I in the area so I visited Goodyear since I couldn't make it back before closing. Great to see just like the Surprise location, the business is doing what they can to keep guests and employees safe with masks, signs, barriers and even fun footprints. Very frustrating to read the ignorant and/or selfish reviews who don't consider the challenges small businesses like this one has in the new COVID world when they were never designed to provide "curbside" and have such limited parking available for it. Clearly they're trying to do what they can but my guess is these complainers are the same people who don't bother to wear a mask around others to protect them either so that speaks for itself. Staff is so friendly here! Somehow every time I come it's always when they are closing and they are always very generous in letting me order and offering samples! On my birthday and my first time in I also received a free Bundtini! I have only ever been to this location oddly enough and I actually live 30 miles away.
