Ordered a cake the day before the cake was a birthday cake for a friend of mine and I was excited because I've had the cakes before and they are usually very good. I bought the decoration which is not cheap at $7.50 before tax and they not only didn't put the entire decoration on the cake and the part they did give Me was stuck in the box on the side of the cake NOT EVEN ON THE CAKE. So at first I wasn't too mad but when I called for a refund they had me on hold for 20+ minutes and I had to actually call them back off a second phone before they would get back to me. The cake was tasty but the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes just for a refund and am told that "oops we forgot to tell you" about the refund really disappointed me. Thank you for wasting my time I will go to another location from now on if I ever venture back to this store ever. read more

The girls that were there the afternoon I walked in were awesome! The store closes at 6, I got there at 6:08 and they opened the door for me! I really wish I had better things to say about the cake we received from this location. My co-worker was given a red velvet mini bundt cake. I was offered a bite of the cake and it was, admittedly, delicious! But what happened a few minutes later is the reason for my review. My co-worker came to my desk and told me to look closely at the half eaten cake. A long, blonde hair had just been exposed, baked into the middle of the cake. We all have black hair, so there was no question that it was not ours. I am still suppressing the urge to hurl as I write this review. I implore management at this location to make sure everyone involved in baking and packaging is wearing appropriate hair nets and gloves. The hype is real! Holy AmazeBundts. Hella good! For a while now I have heard the rumors and stories from others about how good this place is. And they where all true. And I know I'm right cause where else can you walk out of a store and see multiple cars parked with people pounding there just purchased Bundt cakes? Okay I've passed by this place at least 10 times and contemplated going in only because of the reviews. It wasn't until I went to a sociology club meeting and they served the buntini's (hope I spelled that right)... and now I'm 100% a believer! I never expected a store bought bunt cake could be this goood! The white chocolate raspberry had bursts of fresh raspberry pockets that had me hooked instantly. The red velvet with chocolate chip pieces was devoured next, and my palate was craving more long after I finished them both! Why didn't I take more of these home?!! They were surprisingly moist (I assumed all bunt cakes were dry)... and they were buttery rich. While in the store, I sampled the lemon which was so very yummy as well! These are the rare desserts that make you glad you're relocating, knowing there's no way to resist such mouth and gut tantalizing treats! These cakes are crave worthy. I haven't found a more moist cake at a bakery yet. These cakes knock it out the park with how moist and flavorful they are. There are many flavors to choose from, my favorites are the chocolate and the marble. I also go for the lemon raspberry sometimes. You can't go wrong either way. They do put out samples so that when you walk in you can taste how delicious and moist the cakes are, if you are unsure. There are different sizes to choose from. They take online orders or you can call or walk in. If I am just looking for a treat, I pop in and grab one (or two) of the bundtlets. They are the perfect size for one or two persons. Or just one person, because you might not want to share. The shop very cute and clean. When I walked in, I was greeted and both of the girls up front were friendly and ready to help. The last time I came in I wanted to get a treat for my daughter because she had a long week of school and choir rehearsal at church and she is only a 2nd grader..LOL. . They have a variety of flavors. I got my daughter the strawberry cake. It was very moist and delicious. The last time I came I had tried the upside down pineapple. So far it's my favorite. I have sampled the double chocolate chip and it melted in my mouth. I also like the asseccories they have like the cake stands and knife sets that you can get monogramed. Yay! Glad they opened one up in Plano. I absolutely love their cakes. I've tried most of their flavors and there isn't one that I don't like. My favorite is their red velvet. It's a perfect balance of sweetness between the cream cheese frosting and the tiny chocolate chips in the cake. I recently tried their white white chocolate, and now have to get it each time I go. We usually get the Bundlet which is a single serving mini bundt cake. The Bundtinis are bite size and come in a dozen. It would be perfect to pick up for any gathering. The ladies that work here are always helpful and friendly. There are samples of one flavor out on the floor for you to try. They recommend you keep the cake at room temperature for two hours before serving. Sometimes I can't wait that long, and I just have to dive in right away. Either way, It's delicious! read more

The moist of the cake is sublimely topped by frosting that feels like smooth silky frosting that is heaven sent! You will want to buy them all so choose the minis (if you can manage to drive them home and NOT stuff yourself whilst driving). I do feel they are slightly on the higher proce range but, perfection comes with a price. So, why ONLY 4 stars? Because they are NOT more widely spread. No matter how busy they get (I seem to always bring the crowd in with me), they always greet everybody and treat all customers with patience and attention. They're always so smiley and happy to help. This is a great dessert stop! They only serve bundt cakes and their flavors are extremely delicious. If you're not a big frosting person, I really think you'll enjoy this place. The cake is extremely moist and flavorful and there's only a hint of frosting on the top. Personally, I feel the cake would be more incredible if there weren't any frosting, but I can easily see how people would like it at this frosted level. I've tried the marble cake and the white chocolate raspberry flavors. Of them, I highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry one. The flavor was well balanced, sweet, with a refreshing brightness. The marble, in my opinion, wasn't much different from eating a plain white cake. Each bundt cake is probably meant to serve one person, but they are extremely huge for me! However I have tasted truly amazing cake that makes your eyes practically roll back in your head, and these cakes are not fabulous imho. But that really comes down to taste buds. I picked up two Bundlets at this location today. When I first went in l took a sample, and was impressed at how moist it was. I then proceeded to purchase a Strawberry and cream, and a White chocolate and Raspberry bundlet. Went home and started eating the former, and was so disappointed. It was dry and stale. I could only eat a third of it. Now, l am hesitant on giving the latter to my son for his Birthday. They always have samples and everyone that works there seems to be fairly friendly. The only reason why I gave this store 4 stars instead of a five stars is because everyone before me was offered to sign up for coupons and a free birthday Bundt cake on their birthday and I was not. OBSESSED with this place. I have a huuuge sweet tooth so I have tried many bakeries around the area. This place blows all of them out of the water. The cake is so moist and tasty..not to mention the frosting is just as good.
