Saw this place was freshly opening and I love my boba! They have an IPad style order system, order on the iPad and seating to wait. Someone was also available if I had questions. I got the Triple Kill, mainly cause I was a bit tired, it has Thai tea, coffee, milk and dark chocolate. I substitute for oat milk (+$0.50) and added Brown sugar boba (don't remember the cost). I thought the pricing was average cost, and the wait time was extremely bare minimum. What caught my eye was the cool claw machine. I wish I had single $1.00 to play it. It costs $1/attempt. The place was clean and so was the restroom. In my boba picture it looks watery, but it's not after you mix the dark chocolate in the drink at the bottom of the drink. Now I usually drive home while drinking boba and have leftover to enjoy while home, but not here. The drink was so good I practically inhaled it in the parking lot! I wanted to buy another, but I didn't want to go overboard on the caffeine. The Triple Kill definitely did the trick, woke me up, I was up all night! lol I think the card benefit is really cool, giving you a 50% off on your 6th drink, and it still counts towards the 10. I'll be back to explore the other options and checkout their specials menu! FYI.. I ordered the tropical tea with mango popping pearls and the brown sugar Thai Tea with regular boba. I really like the tropical tea and will be back! The brown sugar with the Thai combined was just okay for me - I couldn't taste either flavor that much. The lady taking my order was very nice and even gave me a taste of the tropical syrup so I could try before ordering. I will definitely be back! read more

I got the thai tea lemon honey- no sugar adjustments. I'd say this is a refreshing drink especially for the summer. It had a hint of that thai tea and lemon. I'd get it again only to adjust the sugar to half. It was a bit too sweet for the 100% sugar. I was also a fan of my husband's sesame milk tea! Nutty, savory, sweet all in once sip. I recommend this drink if you like sesame. Cute, clean, and inviting. I like the space theme. Its located in a plaza area with other health clinics so parking might be tight. Anyway, it wasn't busy and we didn't have trouble finding a parking space. As I explored the expansive boba menu my eyes gravitated towards an unfamiliar one, sesame milk tea. I was feeling adventurous (I am a Pisces) and got it with 75% sweetness. It was out of this world! It tasted mildly sweet and a bit nutty. I liked the flavor of my wife's (unmodified) Thai tea honey lemon, but it was astronomically sweet. One more sip would have launched my blood sugar level to the moon! As we sipped our drinks we admired the space themed interior. There's three tables for two, a pair of chairs, a bench, and a kids picnic table. Prices are on par with other boba places. Great service! The employee was hospitable and we didn't have to wait a light year for our drinks. Overall, I had a stellar experience at Nova Boba! read more

Owner was very sweet and happy to take our order right when they opened! My husband got the honeydew milk tea as a frappe with brown sugar boba. He loves boba and said it was an amazing flavor! This boba spot is ok. It's located at a busy area, just across the street from Epicenter (Higley & Ray) in Gilbert. It is also located next to a pretty decent Thai place, Ta Lew Thai Bistro. The place was pretty compact, were the max capacity of about 20 people. It's pretty clean and quiet, except when you go in and out of their bathroom. The bathroom and door did not have a soft clothes mechanism so when you go in and out of it, the door slams pretty loud. The menu was decent, but it did not one of my favorite flavors, Ube and avocado. I had a sesame milk tea with coconut jelly, my wife had a taro milk, tea, 200% sweetened, with crystal Boba, and my kids shared a strawberry frappe with regular Boba. The sizes were pretty OK, but they put too much ice. It was worth a try being new in the neighborhood, but I think we'll go to our usual Boba spot. read more

The lady at the register is hurting your business. She was rude, inattentive, and gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The first time I visited, I loved the taro tea--this time it was awful. She had to remake it, and even then the taste was off. On top of that, she forgot to add the boba. When I mentioned that the drink had no flavor, she rolled her eyes at me and remade it again with a very rude attitude. The entire time she was on her phone, which showed me she didn't care about her work or the customers. I live one block away and was so excited to finally have a boba place nearby. I was hoping to be a regular customer, but after this experience I'll be driving farther to the nearest shop instead. Owners, please pay attention. Your shop has great potential, but customer service can make or break a business. If the woman at the register isn't the owner, I can't imagine any reason for such an unprofessional attitude. Even if she was working alone, that's no excuse, especially when I was the only customer there. read more

This place has been my go-to boba spot in town with reasonable price and friendly service. And I'm so happy that they added sushi on their menu now! I tried their epics roll and combo tuna with my favorite drink(sesame milk). Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. read more

Went during their soft opening because I was thrilled there is a boba spot in this area. I found the mango green tea to be heavy and syrupy and too sweet even at 50% sugar. Staff was super nice and the outer space concept is super cute but I was unfortunately underwhelmed by the actual drinks. Prices and sizes were reasonable and they have a wide variety of drinks. It's a great location in terms of convenience for me so I would be open to giving them another try and considering a different drink. read more
