The poor car was hit twice by two different drivers on back to back days and subsequently repaired by one of the big autobody repair shops. I have an older work truck that side swiped a mailbox and was scratched badly with a broken side mirror. Got some very high estimates from some of the bigger shops. Went to Nova and they were able to buff out most of the scratches and touched up what they couldn't buff out. Also replaced the side mirror. I cannot say enough positive things about Hoan and the team at Nova. They were able to look at my car same day without an appointment, and a week later, my car is all fixed and good as new! Some other shops couldn't even see me for an estimate for another week. Hoan also really took the time to show me what was fixable on my car and what actually needed to be replaced. He also walked me through so many options in terms of price points for parts, and explained why he recommended what he did. Everything was so transparent, and he really made sure I understood the situation with my car. The shop even painted and prepped my new bumper in advance, so I was only without my car for about four hours while they replaced my bumper! If you are looking for an honest and straightforward auto body repair shop Hoan and his team have you covered! I had a small bracket break off from my car's front bumper and it needed replacing. After visiting a number of auto body repair places (including my dealership) after being told I REALLY wanted to replace the WHOLE bumper I visited Nova. Here Hoan took pictures of my car's bumper and took the time to look at other parts of the car as well. He explained to me my various options which included replacing just the bracket OR the entire bumper. Wait I have choices?!?! Excellent!!! Well, these guys are awesome! I was a little skeptical of all the good reviews, thinking they were a little too good to be true, but now I'm totally in agreement. Got into a 4-car accident on Guadalupe in March 2014. Another driver had State Farm and Nova is a suggested shop, so took the car there on a Wednesday. They set up Hertz to pick me and my daughter up for a rental. The bumper and trunk of my X3 were both replaced and my car was fixed and ready the following Tuesday. They showed me pictures of the step-by-step process they followed in repairing, and I left my rental with them to have Hertz retrieve it. It was seriously the easiest, most pain-free experience I've had with any type of car place - mechanical, cosmetic or sales. The icing on the cake was that my husband came with me to pick up the car and asked them to take a look at some door issues he was having with this car, and they fixed BOTH doors for FREE! I will rate 0 star if I can! Here is my experience: I need to change the front bumper after bumping another car when I almost stopped at the crossing last week. I want to try Nova because of the reviews on Yelp and Google. I came by and they did a very quick estimate for total $700, which was really reasonable. However, after my insurance contracting them, they increased the ground total to $2200! They added a long list of unnecessary parts and MUCH more labor, which had nothing to do with mechanical issues and was never mentioned in my first visit! I was so angry that I took back my car before they started working and went directly to GP1 collision center, the body shop of Round Rock Nissan. Can you believe that the dealer's estimate is only $1300 in total with such a thorough check and definitely all my insurance information? How could people trust this body shop! WOW! I have never experienced a shop with a genuine passion for helping their customers. I rear ended someone and it was not pretty...I honestly wasn't sure how they were going to fix it - it looked like I might have had to call it a loss. Fantastic. Is it weird to actually WANT to return to a body shop? Went to get a quote for side mirror - car had an unfortunate interaction with our recycling bin. Got a quote that was $100 less than another place. Plus, the guy showed me diagrams online of what parts he could salvage and what he needed to order. Felt really respected as a customer. Also got a quote for a little dent in the front bumper. Decided against fixing that because it was just cosmetic, but that quote was lower than the other place, too. The other place said to give them an hour and a half. These guys were done in 25 minutes, while I waited happily with my very content two year old. They not only replaced the mirror, but he smoothed out the dent and popped back in a headlight and part of the bumper FOR FREE. I do not wish for my car to have any more bumps and bruises. Went back because front bumper was missing clips and wasn't aligned properly and had a noticeable gap. Said they would take care of it; 2hours later after I arrived all I could see was that they added the clips but could not/would not align the front bumper to the fender. I guess they didn't care to. It was hard to communicate with the old man who runs things there as well. Also, forget about a shuttle service , all they will tell you is that there is a bus stop out front..lol Overall a bad experience read more

Did a great job on the front end of my accord. Replaced hood, fixed bumpers and headlights and saved me money consciously wherever possible. Also did a rear bumper paint job for me and it turned out high quality and quick. Everything seems to have lasted well now that it's an year old plus the usual warranty anyways. Don't remember the name of the older gentleman there but ask for the main owner guy, he knows his numbers well. My non-oem hood had a slightly larger shut-gap more than the original one, and he tried his best though, so I dint mind it.
