Probably my favorite boba place for fruit teas. They have such an extensive selection of fruits to get for the flavor of tea. Their boba is cooked will and had the right consistency for me. It's chewy but not hard at all. I never had a red guava tea so I decided to try it out and it was yummy. The prices here are also pretty good compared to other shops. I will definitely go back and try the other flavors they have! read more

It's really nice not having to go to the mall when I want to get Boba. The menu is also very extensive with a selection of tea, milk drinks and specialty drinks. They have almost any topping you can think off besides the popping Boba which is a common favorite. It is also pretty awesome that you can choose your sweetness level. I usually get a 25% which is just a touch sweet. They also have a rewards card where if you buy 9 you get 5 dollars off your 10th. I have been here 3 times and I'm almost full. The only complaint I have is when it's busy it is BUSY. They try to pump it out, but sometimes there is only one person working. So maybe come when you have a little time to wait. They do provide a couple of games to play while you are waiting or sipping your drink, which is nice. Besides the drinks they do have green tea and vanilla soft serve as well as bear or bubble waffle cones with toppings. I tried both (because why not) and they were both really good. I did prefer the waffle cone because you got more of the crisper edges between the bubbles. If you don't know what I mean come go in and try one. You will not regret it! read more

We've been to a lot of boba places, and I'd have to say that this is one of the best. We ordered the taro milk tea, with boba. The milk tea wasn't too sweet and the boba was really soft. We ordered coffee with boba. You have a choice of what milk you'd like, and you can request for how sweet you want your coffee. We tried their ube soft serve ice cream. The ice cream was delicious! It had the perfect sweetness, and it was super cold. This place is a nice little spot. They have a few games you can play, while waiting for your boba. The walls had really cool paintings and just the theme itself just goes together. This place is very clean, and the staff is friendly! One tip: They have two locations. I've tried both of them, and the one in the South is a lot better. If you're ever in the area, check this place out! read more

I had no idea this place existed until a coworker told me about it. It's in the same shopping center off Virginia st. As Napa Sonoma, CharBQ, and the chevron. They have a big variety of milk teas, smaller sized boba, pudding etc. The way I test a bob place is by getting their Thai Tea with boba and there's is very good! You can get a real gulag size or a large size, they have paper and plastic straws and cute wraps on the top of the cups. The place inside is very cute, they decorate for holidays and have some merchandise like a boba purse, boba earrings, and some other toys and candy. They also have a lawn sized game of connect 4 that is really cool and fun, a chess board and more. Definitely a fun and nummy place! read more

Num num boba is convenient (South Reno and Maeanne), fast and tasty. You order online and can regulate the sweetness. They even search for you outside if you aren't inside the shop after ordering. They have pumpkin spice and matcha soft serve too. Added bonus. I got a regular almond tea boba with 50% sweetness. Suggestion: can you please put more almond flavor? Thank you. I really like this place, but attention management: you guys need to start taking names with orders! I accidentally grabbed someone else's drink because a guy ordered the same drink as me. Simply calling out drinks doesn't really work when you are busy. Very happy that I don't have to travel all the way to northwest Reno to get a fix. It's also not so good on my pocket book that this new location is a skip away from my home. Drink menu is the same as the northwest location and quality is just the same and that I like. I do think the milk tea is on the sweeter side even when I order at 25% sweetness level. I'd like to see that tweaked a little and a few more just tea options like chrysanthemum or oolong milk tea. I'm plain, so I usually order their house milk tea or a jasmine milk tea both very good and satisfying! This location also has frozen yogurt and waffles....num num! read more

My friend got me a drink from the other location awhile ago and to be honest I didn't really like it but it might have been because it was a flavored milk tea, which I typically don't get. Months and months later when I found out they opened another location closer to me, I wanted to give them another try and I'm so glad I did! Like I've said in other milk tea reviews, I'm a classic milk tea kind of girl and so I went with the black milk tea 75% sweet! It has that tea taste that I look for in boba drinks. We came here Sunday afternoon May 1 around 5 or 6 Pm. I ordered the Smores boba (and neglected to take a picture) and my boyfriend ordered something fruity. The smores was ABSOLUTELY delicious. There were graham cracker crumbles and toasted marshmallows and all kinds of sugary delicious flavors. It was a contrast to the simple drink I ordered at the yelp event. When we all had our drinks, two of the friends played an intense game of chess as we enjoyed our boba. We were the only patrons in the shop, so there were plenty of chairs for us to drag over to the game table and watch them play. There were different workers than that at the yelp event. The ones working the Sunday evening shift were just as friendly as the ones working the event. Drinks still came out in a quick fashion and were made well. Because this location is tucked out of the way, I feel like it wasn't terribly busy, which made it nice for us to sit and enjoy the space and not feel any kind of pressure to give up our seats b/c we're chatting.
