Walked in without an appointment on Sunday afternoon at 130. Was out at 3. Full set and their top tier pedicure with gel. Very friendly. Was clean. Had my son with me. He ate lunch and watched his tablet They accept all cc payments including my Amex! I'm new to the area and have tried a couple different places. I'm hoping this is my new place. I've gotten a few compliments. Definitely good quality Tammy and Sarah!

Gel French tip. Started Peeling off on the lower left corner as soon as I left. Worst pedi I have gotten.

Im so glad I found this nail salon. I was looking to get dip powder removed and reapplied on my natural nails. Because I was a walk-in, I did end up waiting an hour. I ended up sitting with Tom. From the start he was very welcoming. He even offered me something to drink which a lot of places don't do. So he assessed what I had on and asked what I was looking to get. He made sure the removal was the least damaging to my nails which I really appreciated. He then proceeded with the application of the dip powder. During the process, he explained what I needed to look out for and what I should be asking for when getting my nails done. I thought that was very kind of him. The results are great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks Tom!

I came here because it was the closest one to my gym. I was able to get in without an appointment and only waiting less then 5 min. A face mask and temperature checked is done at the from desk. The color choice are on the wall so you have to remember the number to color you want, no biggie. The girl who did my feet I believe her name was Sarah and was so nice and made me so comfortable and did a great job on my feet. I also did my nail and I just love them. They were done by Alex and he was so funny and pleasant to be around. They kept the place clean after every customer and made sure everyone was safe from the "c" word. They even turned someone away because their temperature was too high. It did not take long to get me on my way, and I was able to make my next appointment, so no need to worry if I'll have to wait or forget because I'll get a text reminder. Everyone in smiths shop seemed nice and ready to work.

Got a dip powder nails from Jerry he did a awesome job exactly how I wanted in a picture I showed him. This was my 3rd time visiting the salon and I always leave happy. Coming back for sure. Decided to get a pedicure as well since I was happy and I got Sunnie she was awesome as well she knew just what to do with my feet. I'm gonna ask for her going forward I feel so relaxed.

My natural length nail is smaller than average. My nails normally are skinnier in length and always ask for thinner nails over all. My nail acrylic is bigger than my actual nail. Normally I have a go to person but she was on vacation. Iykyk.. won't be coming back

The Manicure was done beautifully by Tom ‍10/10 I will return to him. The Pedicure done by Tammy was okay and she lied to me about the price so she gets a 4/10

Walked in, sat right down on a Sunday which is the only day that works for me! Pedicure was amazing (I didn't catch her name but she's young and very sweet) and Tom did my nails!! I never once flinched or pulled away; (that's never happened for me EVER) he was soft, proficient and I LOVE MY NAILS!!! I will be back. They both got a $10 tip!!

So I went in to get a gel pedicure and short almond full set. I have been here multiple time to get my nails done with way crazier nail art and never spent what I spent yesterday. First off the guy who did my nails wasn't even doing them right so I kept showing him the photo and telling him that wasn't what I wanted. He said I'm The one doing your nails.. how rude! My nails were the same size as the inspo photo and he insisted he couldn't do it like that. He started talking to another person in their language and when I went to pay my total was $150! I asked why is it expensive, they said because they charge per nail for extra nail art. Mind you I've been there multiple times and it's always been $5 for all 10 nails. They ripped me off because I stood up for myself when I'm the one paying for my nails and he had to do it how I asked instead of how HE wanted to do it. I will No be returning. They didn't even tell me when things were extra charge.Bi still left them a tip and ended up paying 178$.. never again. read more

I been to this place before and got my nails done by Luis no problem he was nice and careful I went a day before they closed down the place again and I was taken care by the guy that can't walk right, oh man he made a mess on my nails, I didn't Yelp him then becuase it was my fault he asked me if he did a good job and ofcouse I lied and said yeah I was embarrassed of the work he had done and paid 45, well I'm sitting here on the couch and I seen the bottom of my foot omg he scraped me so bad left marks all over my foot and he even cut me . I will not go back! Not even for a free service don't waste you're money go somewhere else read more

I love this place! Today was my first time going. I had an appointment for 12pm, however I arrived much earlier, around 11:35am and Jerry greeted me and I was immediately seated. He did an incredible job, definitely the best shape I've ever had done. The service was amazing and quick. Jerry was able to give me exactly what I asked for and communicated every detail with me. The staff was horrible to me after I asked for them to fix my nails. After getting into my car I noticed that the polish was scuffed and peeling off like gel. Well me and my mom came here to get dip nails and the problem wasn't that , they don't do dip on tip nails or that when My mom ask for dip , they try to give u gel . The problem was the disrespect and attitude from the manager and the employees. They charged me for take off And she pulled them off my cuticles ruff , without soak which was painful , was ruff with my hands, RUSHING . And end off all of it , they ignored us . They don't listen nor communicate . Lastly they don't know how to do to dip . read more

I do not recommend coming here. They did a good job.... But their service is horrible an they are so rude. Everyone there!! The guy that was doing my nails was super rude he had said it was going to be a five dollar charge to fix my nail... mind you I'm getting a full set & paying 75 dollars... I messed it up alil trying to put it in the dryer he said it was gonna waste his time fixing it for me... didn't even leave yet was still in the chair. They were just all around disrespectful I do not recommend. read more

I got my nails done last Friday and by Tuesday three nails popped off. I got a fill when I was there. Trinity was nice but I will never be back again: how I pay $55 for a fill, for them to be popping off within a few days. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

This is my first time and my last time ... the lady wouldn't fix my nail after she made it bleed and and didn't want to put gel on my nails because they were "too thin" after she used the machine to remove the gel... keep in mind my nails are really thick... worst place .... read more

I have to say. Nail salons in Moreno Valley are hit and miss. Mostly miss. This little gem was a very pleasant surprise! Right in my backyard!! Now let me tell you, I am very picky about who touches my feet and fingers. This is my second time at this shop and I am very pleased about the service and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a top notch mani-pedi!!! There are a couple of shops in this center. Make sure you go to the one with the flower chains hanging in the windows!!! You won't be sorry. Fantastic prices and great service !!! Ask for Linda!!! read more

Best place to have your nails done in Moreno Valley. If you want a good pedicure Tammy is the best. If you want natural nails Tammy is the one to see. If you want great acrylics Tom is truly the best out here. The price is fair and just. Go there they will take really good care of you but make sure to book an appointment. read more

Ask for LEANNE I came to her to fix my nails that I had gotten done by someone else and she did an amazing job I had never been so satisfied I've been going to her ever since and she knows exactly what I want without me having to remind her, she is very kind and sweet I definitely recommend her. She's pretty busy but definitely worth the wait! They also have a great selection of polishes OPI China glaze and another brand that's free of formaldehyde oh and incapsulated cool stuff. :) read more

Worst manicure ever. They said the wait would be 5-10 minutes, I waited 20. Then they had three staff getting five of us started so that we wouldn't leave. The gal that cut mi cuticles cut me five times. Then they said they wouldn't charge me for dip removal... of course you can't charge me, I removed them myself and didn't leave any residue on my nails. It was awful. read more

Went in for a manicure pedicure with my mom and brother and had the worst experience ever! We wanted to get our nails done for my baby shower this Sunday. They were so rude we waited forever! My brother didn't even get a pedicure because we waited over 45 minutes for him to even sit in a chair and they weren't even busy! After being there for over two hours my nails didn't even look good! There's bubbles and lines on my toenails. So when I asked to get the color changed I got the worst attitude and got charged an extra $5 bucks!! When the paint job was crap! I have been coming here for months now and they do good nails but they are overcharging. Went to get a fill with two designs and it was 75 bucks. I paid less for that for the full set and had designs on all fingers..So be sure to ask how much before they start. I don't mind paying for my nails but not when I feel like I'm being taking advantage of. Sad because now I will have to find another place because this is not the first time. read more

Terrible job! Never again ! I asked for a matte pink. You can clearly see on my index finger that it looks patchy and you can see the streaks from the pol. It's not just on that finger, it's on all my damn fingers. Not to mention my thumb is noticeably longer than the other!!! I'm going to let the picture speak for itself! Was my first time here. I didn't have an appointment and walked in thirty minutes after they opened. I was seated quickly. Amy did my nails. She didn't talk much and cut me a couple of times (as you can see in the picture that I posted) but she's really nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. This place is awful, I'm not going to lie this was my to go spot when they had the guy working for them, but now this place is a poop hole. I just came out with the most f'd up manicure ever. The manicurist kept trying to convince me that that's how gel works, that's for trying to compromise but I always get gel on my nails and never have I seen such a disastrous job. And then to top it off she cuts my finger and in an attempt to remove the gel off my nails asks me to soak my fingers in alcohol for 10 mins. I couldn't even believe she was serious. Not to mention how rude the owner is and has always been. The only thing that kept me going was the guy that had working there other than that I clearly see that I have no business is this place anymore. read more

Linda is AWESOME!!!! I must say she's VERY good at manicures, eyebrow waxing etc. I randomly went in yesterday hoping she would be there, and of course she was!!! I am extremely picky and if anyone else is,.... SHE IS YOUR GIRL!!! She's meticulous about all her work, and cares about the way your nails are done. I haven't gotten acrylic done by her, but pretty sure you should trust her. P.S. she also fed me and gave me several options of drinks to chose from. In Moreno Valley thats kind of rare!!! I went in for a fill & they charged me $36 for a fill!!?!!!? I pay less for that for a full new set!! And I asked for matte yes these nails are not matte they are not supposed to have any shine!!!!!! And they are supposed to be coffin this is not coffin!!! Got my nails done by Tom for the first time and this was above & beyond my expectation. I am super picky and usually I wont let anyone touch my nails unless I knew that they are really good. Not so many people can do the 3D flower in this area like Tom did. He really took his time and paid attention to the little details. Seriously it worths every penny guys! Amazing work. Once I visited the 1st time didn't want to go elsewhere. Linda is so professional. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows. She gives advice and takes into account what I want. There were three people working, yet the customer service was rude, unfriendly, and completely unwelcoming from the beginning. Also YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I explained what I wanted for my nails, but they couldn't do them correctly. I was told I could get regular nail polish, only to find out they apparently didn't have any available. Then the one color I requested was out of stock as well. Communication was also extremely difficult. There was a clear language barrier with the person doing my nails, and when I tried to explain that I needed to communicate what I wanted, they became upset with me. Both of the other nail techs had to translate for us, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to communicate my requests without their help. I wasn't being difficult, I simply wanted to be able to explain how I wanted my own nails done. The worst part is that I ended up leaving WITHOUT ANY COLOR on my nails, and I literally had to cut and file my own nail because it still wasn't done correctly. After all of that, they still would not give me my money back. I paid for a service that I did not receive properly and left having to fix my own nail. The entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely never return.
