If I could leave no stars and still leave a review I would. I came in with my mother in law and sister in law, it started off very rude. We were getting pedicures and the lady didn't even let us finish picking out a color. She rushed us so much. Then we went to sit down and they didn't want my mother in law sitting in a certain chair. One of the lady's wanted to do MINE didn't want to do my sister in laws or mother in laws. I don't know if it was because of race or just she chose me but it was very rude. Then, they half-butt everything. It wasn't worth the money. They only thing that turned out amazing was my nail polish. This was a MONTH ago and my feet are still messed up! I came out with dry scratchy feet. I thought I'd give it some time for my feet to stop feeling so gross but they're still dry, scratchy and they just look and feel AWFUL! I'm honestly very upset by this experience and I will never chose a place just because it's this close to home. I'm not one that likes to keep up with keeping my feet baby smooth. They have never been baby smooth. But never in my life have they felt so bad. I actually had a couple blisters. read more

Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. The workers rush through the service and do not even massage like every other nail shop. One manicurist did not even use a water bowl to put my hands in during the manicure. Paint job also not good, my nails looked lumpy. Do not waste your money here. read more

The most HORRIBLE experience at a nail salon I've ever had!!!! The manager was so rude I couldn't believe it! She kept talking back to me after I told her I wasn't happy with the final result & instead of her listening to my concerns she proceeded to yell at me & tell me that I was rude! I was so appalled at the lack of respect to a paying customer, I didn't ask for her name but she should not have the privilege to call herself a manager when she doesn't even know how to handle a simple situation without causing a scene! They charge 22 for for full see but they leave them very short and I did not like how they painted my nails she did not even let the first layer dry when they painted another one I had to go back and get one of my nails done again because it got messed up and she did not remove the nail polish on it she just painted over it read more

My daughter went in last week and got gel put on her nails. The put the gel very thin on her nails and it looked horrible! But since the were closing the told her to come back today and she would put dip on her nails for the price of the gel which is 15. So she goes back today and do the service and charges her 35 dollars. They did a horrible job again and got the dip/gel all over her cuticles. Worse nail service ever...plus they lied and over charged my 16 year old. Don't go if you want honest service. read more

I so happen to be working out and saw this place in the same plaza. By all means, my nail lady was nice, didn't speak any English but I was ok with that I really didn't want to chat at the moment. She took her sweet time, 2 1/2 hours to do a mani and pedi (gel mani tho) anyways when she finally finished I had one nail that looked unfinished, and several nails that had bubbles. I figured taking 2 1/2 hours, she was trying to make sure they were perfect! well...far from it! I asked "what happened" she said I don't know and pointed at the nail polish (blames the nail polish) so I showed the manager, she blamed me!?! said I may have moved my fingers inside the light?! WTF?! you serious lady?! which was not the case, but that was not the point! the point was your 60yr old employee saw how ugly it was, she did take 2 1/2 hours-she should have fixed it! Or if she didn't have the time the manager should have offered incentive or something...she just straight blamed me for the outcome and still charge me $41 f-in dollars!!!! best believe I didn't give tip. It was my 1st time going today 1st all let me Start is my moms fave place to go and my sisters , well in the past I have heard from them telling me that they are rude there . 1 one them got kicked out by the owner because her baby was being to loud. so she didn't go for a while and she went back but now she goes with out her baby because she don't want to get kicked out again. well anyways I took my mom today and she wanted to get pedicure and manicure so they put her in the manicure chair and I went to look to see if there was a liner on the bath part for the feet and there wasn't I asked my mom if its always like that and she said yes , I told her im sorry but this is not good you can get an infection or fungus even though they clean it they still linger around . So I asked the owner , DO you have any liners for sanitary reasons any for non infections and she said rudely NO we don't this is always how we do it , IF YOU DONT LIKE IT THEN DONT GET YOUR FEET DONE HERE !!!!! I was very disappointed I wasn't getting my nails done but my mom was , even if she didn't like what I asked she could of said something else , but she left me with a disgrace and knew that If I ever want to do my nails it will never be this place. I was looking for a new nail place, I tried this one since it was close to my house. After an hr. wait I ended up with Linda. She seemed in a rush and anxious to leave it was already 7pm. She cut my nails short after I told her I didn't want them cut since I wanted coffin style. So she cut them and did my nails squared how I did not want them! I told her I wanted them more narrow and she threw my hand with an attitude and started filing them more and speaking in her language to her coworkers. She left them short and fixed them they don't look bad but they are def not the style I wanted. I have tried several times to like this place ever since Lee Ann left, but forget it. I had a simple manicure and when "Maria" was done I had to ask for a clear coat. Isn't that part of a Manicure? Worst place to go!!! Took my 8yr old daughter to get her nails and toes done for father daughter dance. Big mistake..I was literally there for an hour just for her to get a simple polish. They kept talking and talking like if ppl don't have places to go or things to do. Once she was done I notice that the stickers they put on her nails where lifting and i got the lady attention, but she just pressed it down and said it's good. Told her that If she can put the clear coat on top and she just looked at me like if I was stupid. If I'm going to pay for them, they should be able to fix with out a problem. Came in today to get a pedicure and manicure for myself and my daughter. We were both seated and started at the same time. My daughter got the regular pedicure and I got the callus remover. The lady that was doing mine got up and was gone for 10 minutes doing an eyebrow wax. When she came back she rushed through my pedicure and finished before my daughters was completed. When I pointed out that she didn't remove the cuticles and therefore the polish job looked messy, she started huffing and puffing and replied to me "oh my god are you serious, what do you want me to do"? I then told her to just take the polish off and forget it. She proceeded to remove the polish in a very rough manner and continued to complain in Vietnamese. I understand some of the language and she was telling her coworkers that I was rude and that I should just be happy with the job she did. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE! read more

I came into this location and got a take off and full set, black glitter tips with light pink powder , let's just say they let the oldest/slowest lady in the building do them, she cut me 4 times and would just say oh uh-oh, she took and hr and 20mins by the time I was done as well as paid for the gel and she didn't fully remove the sticky layer completely and now the nails look dull in light not shiny things even sticking to them.. I paid 35$ you can't beat it, left a lil tip but was definitely not happy with my services and won't return, too bad I've tried 3 places in moreno valley only 1 good ugh! The nails are uneven in some places and 3 are thicker than the others, too long, asked for short from the beginning to be given medium length to me, let just say I'll be getting then fixed ASAP at another nail salon! read more

I came in just with my nieces wanting a simple mani/pedi and they weren't very busy they took one of my nieces at at time and it took over an hour for them to even get to me and they called people before me that came on after me! She literally did my feet in 5 min and it hurt the whole time, when I told her it hurt she said then I shouldn't cut my own nails because I don't know how! Like seriously I never cut my own nails I always get them done and rude! Then she proceeded to keep hurting me. I have been here in the past but ushually request someone else, the person that did my pedicure this time is obviousley the owner, she has been rude and short with me in the past and was intentionally rude yesterday and it was my Birthday! The only thing she said to me whas "water" when it time for me to place my foot back in the water and informed me that i had the chair reclined to much and might hit her wall! the acutual Pedicure was ok the customer service was lacking, I waited to see if she said "Thank you" it didnt happen! no tip for her and i will never return. if i could, i'd give this place ZERO stars!!! i went in for a simple manicure with gel and walked out with uglier nails than i walked in with. she rushed through the service- i still have the old nail polish i came in with even though i asked her to take it off 2x. she also left dry cuticle and skin around my nail bed (again, after asking her to clean it up 2x!!!) and filed down half of my nails- so now i have ugly uneven nails. i was so upset that i didn't even let her finish. i was calm and polite, paid $12 for crap, and walked out. never ever going back to this dump!!! read more
