We brought in a suit and two dresses to clean. The black dress didn't feel like it was cleaned at all and there was residual cleaning product all over the sleeves of the suit and on the belt line; making them looking dirtier than when I first brought them in. Although the owner apologized and tried to fix the stains, we had a wedding to get to and didn't have the time. Sorry, it just didn't work with us. I come occasionally to dry clean clothes for special events and have been satisfied. Dry cleaning takes a few days and that's understandable, the prices are good too compared to other places. What got me to write this review was when I brought in my jacket that needed alterations. A few other places have quoted me way too much to fix, I would rather just buy a new one! Boi sized me up and fixed the jacket for half of the price at other tailoring shops. She is also very sweet. I was in need of an emergency steam for dress I was wearing to a wedding the next day...I called around different cleaners and no one could help me with same day service....everyone was telling me I could pick up next day or two days...all I needed was a steam. I called here and a lady answered and she told me should could do it and to come on in. I jumped off the phone and went straight there. I had taken my sons clothes , one of the shirts is a Vlone which is has a logo made of a different material so when I dropped off the clothes I specificity asked if they were going to be able to clean the shirt the lady at the front told me yes no problem. So today when I go pick up the clothing and I check it my sons $280 shirt is ruined. I let her know that the shirt was ruined and she offered me $20 dollars . I just wish she would have just she would have been honest that she couldn't do the shirt it would have been fine. Female owner is very nice and price are great! Just got my dry cleaning yesterday and had no issues. I dropped of my clothes with my brother, and because we had a ton of items to dry cleaned the owner give us a 10% discount. I work nights and told her I would probably be picking up my dry cleaning in the morning. She gave me her phone number and told me I could call her if I wanted to come in a little early before opening. Who does that anymore?! Such great customer service! Owner is very nice and offered to sew up my sweatshirt that had a small hole. I thought it took a little longer than I imagined for my stuff to dry clean (1 hoodie, 1 shirt). But this is my first experience. Only thing I didn't like is she faded my sweatshirt. I bought it brand new and under one dry clean, it became noticeably faded. The location is less than desirable, but I love supporting our local mom and pop joints. That's where I usually find the gems too and there was no exception w this place. Here you will find the best alteration, seamstress, tailor (not sure of the correct term), but basically if you want your clothes altered, she'll do it, and well. Boi is sweet, FAST, cheap and talented. I brought a dress in that needed to be fixed. It was an easy fix but I have waited a week for easy fixes before. Boi said she can do it now. I waited 5mins and it fit perfectly! I'm not saying you'll have the same expedited alteration but she will definitely do everything in her power for her clients. And it was 4. The last placed charged me 20, pretty absurd. Im bringing in a ton of shirts for her to tailor for me. Super excited that I found her! If you want that "made just for your body" look!
