I thought, that was odd cause there's usually someone at my house at all times. I called anyway and they said that they will send me a package and a free water survey. They said it will only take few minutes. Im a sucker for freebies so I agreed. Man, this guy, tested my our water saying it is unsafe to drink it cause the score was low. We have young kids so I kinda panic. He scared the sh*t out of us. He recommended to install their water softener product right away. Needless he knew, we already have one. I should have tricked him with bottled water hahahhaha. He wont leave either. Took us 2 hours to get rid of him. Just to make sure, I reported this incident to the Anaheim Water Department. The supervisor was furious saying they just checked our neighborhood for water safety as an annual safety check. He waned me regarding companies like these who tries to scare people just to get their products. They came and rechecked our water and showed us that the water is fine to drink. I recently just moved into my new home so seeing their fake final parcel notice that resembles to be something from the USPS prompted me to call them right away so I can pick up the package or coordinate a day to have it delivered. I then called the number that was provided on the parcel notice and didn't clearly understand what the gentleman said in the beginning. I proceeded to give him my parcel number in which he looked me up and informed me that they have an Amazon Gift Card ready for me. He then started talking about a complimentary water test and wanted to schedule an appointment. Being that I thought he was from USPS and that they had a direct connection with the City, I thought that someone from the City was going to conduct my water testing as a requirement for new homeowners. I decided to schedule my appointment for the following day. However after googling this parcel notice, I see many others had received this fake notice as well and I was able to trace it down to this company. I then called to cancel my appointment and the same gentleman kept on proposing other dates that would work for me. That being said, this is not a way to conduct business. This company should have some type of decency to put their company logo on their mail but all that was listed was a phone number that belonged to my area code which legitimately made me think it belonged to the USPS. Coincidentally, I am currently looking for a water softening system which makes it easy for me the check this company off my list. The only reason I'm giving this company 4 stars is because of customer service employee Frankie. I've had the system for a year and a month. Within that time the guy who sold me the product had someone install it. I was unable to be home during the install and was told he would return to show me the product. Well, he never returned on the time and date he said. I called the guy who sold me the product and he scheduled a second time. The employee no showed me. I reached out to the guy who sold me the product, again, and he ignored my phone calls and text messages. I called corporate and explained I had no idea what I was doing and they said they would send someone out. The guy who sold me the system reached out, apologized for the lack of communication and then told me he would comp my filters for the year and have someone come out to show me. Well at no surprise, he never returned. I was under the impression that the system needed to be changed yearly so I waited until I received my email for the yearly filter change. I called customer service and spoke to Frankie. I explained how frustrated I am with the system and have wanted to return it numerous times. Frankie walked me through the process of having to purchase salts and add it every month, which was NEVER explained to me. I've had this system for over a year, paying monthly, and probably have been drinking the same water which is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Frankie provided me his number to walk me through the process and will send someone out to help and show me. I know the business is a good business which is why I purchased the drinking and entire house filter system. The numerous times I've called to have someone show me the system and have them no show is ridiculous. The guy who sold me the system never comped me for anything, which I'm not looking for a freebie, I care about the water I drink and just want to be showed what to do. I would never let them touch my drinking water. Nuvia attempts to lure in naive new homeowners by mailing out postcards disguised as official missed package slips, similar to the USPS re-delivery "Sorry we missed you!" slips. This slip has NO indication that it came from a private company called Nuvia. Unsuspecting recipients then call the number on the post card for their package (I thought mine was for a grill) to learn that the slip was for a gift basket that *must* be hand-delivered after a free inspection of the water in the home. We got our nuvia water system in 2019- a few months after we moved into our "new build" home. I am an oncology nurse and ive always believed in the importance and value of drinking clean water. When we first moved here in Sacramento in Feb. 2019, i immediately noticed that the area had "hard water"... my skin was drying up, water stains in the shower and sink. It was certainly a red flag for me. We responded to a flyer that was attached to our door. Josh A. Came to our home and introduced us to Nuvia and the benefits of having clean water running thru the pipes of our new home. I was originally thinking of buying just the drinking water system, but i ended up buying the system for the entire home. Now, Each and every sink inside the house, including my washer and fridge, is filtered by Nuvia. And i am very pleased with this investment, very pleased! I have peace of mind knowing that the water i am providing for my family, is safe. Covid hit last year- i was even more thankful that we always had clean water, no need to line up to buy water (coz thats how i was doing it). And just today, i got the chance to see Josh again because i requested for someone to come over to have my system checked. Its been 2 years now since nuvia was installed, the system is still working nicely, as expected. Customer service was/is excellent. I have a patient, a retired fireman, who is undergoing chemotherapy, who thru his cancer journey, decided to write a book ( now sold in amazon) about how our wAters are so contaminated that it causes major chronic illnesses. My house water is connected to my irrigation water. I did not know this and when they installed my whole house softener I assume they didn't know it either. Benefit of the doubt. The yard i installed afterward kept dying and i didnt know why. But after figuring this out I asked them to come back out and rectify it. They wanted to charge me an additional $350 to do the work. I told them that because it's their product and this is what they do as a business they either should have known about this kind of installation or at the very least if this was new to them they should have eaten the cost of rectifying and learned from the situation for the future at the cost of keeping the customer happy. How would this be the customers fault? Take care of the customer. Customer is always right.. whatever This company is not concerned about their customers as much as getting paid. Hector called us almost daily to sign our paperwork until we finally did so he and the company could get paid. Once we did, he and the company were done with us. Steve came down to test our water and was very patient with me. Long story short, my aunt was saying she could get a water softener system at a cheaper price but it just didn't compare to what Steve was offering. He wasn't pushy at all, and provided us with all the information we needed to move forward. We actually waited to make a decision over the weekend to do some research, and when we called Steve back, he set us up the following day. We are having the water softener system, the reverse osmosis (RO), and the alkaline water installed. So we had a water system installed in 2013 from this company. We have always been great on our maintanence making sure everything is running good. This past week the filters gave out and started leaking tons of water. We called the company right away and they stated that they were unable to come out for a few days. Keep in mind we had to shut off the water to the house due to this issue. Long story short, they came out to our house almost a week later to repair it and look at the water damage under the sink to see if they were going to cover it. Of course they came with the "someone connected it wrong recently" but wasn't them... we haven't had anyone do any repairs under the sink or anything but them. So now we're stuck with a bill to replace all the wood due to one of their technicians not installing it correctly the last time they came out. Time to look elsewhere? Now we will have to go through the headache of small claims court. Look elsewhere. read more

They scheduled me asap and I had the pleasure of meeting one of their managers, Jonathan. He was very passionate and very informative about this city's water. Showed us a few different tests and even a couple demonstrations on how the hands feel and even look while washing with filtration water.
