Not a soul outside. Finally saw a lady who said she could not help us but would get someone. Walked around for another 20 minutes in the heat window peeking. No one came Walked inside to ask for assistance and found one young man. Then the Napoleon complex director of sales came out and berated us for saying they need to train their sales people. he said if we were going to criticize his dealership we did not have to do business with them. I bought my 2016 Wrangler a few months ago. My review can be broken into two pieces: 1) I worked through the whole process with Amanda Day and she was amazing. She was genuine and helpful and accommodated all my needs. She was very trustworthy and helped me determine exactly what features I needed and which I didn't. She was very kind and I can not express enough how much a appreciate her amazing service. 2) On the other end of the spectrum, the total process took me 10 hours. That is in no way an exaggeration. I arrived to the dealership around 1030am with them expecting me after a call from Amanda. Amanda immediately helped me and wasted none of my time. But I then had to wait hours to speak to people in different departments in order to negotiate a strong deal. After all negotiating, it was 5pm. Then it took three hours to wait for the gentleman in finance and wait for my new Jeep to be ready. I did not leave until 830pm. If I anticipated that I would have packed myself lunch. If this could have been expedited, I would give full stars. But a whole day is definitely wasting valuable time. Everyone was helpful and sincere, just not efficient. read more

Sam in financing was also very helpful in pointing out all the wonderful features on the car having been a previous owner of the car type I purchased- For the most part, everyone worked as a team to give me the best deal and as a single woman can be an intimidating experience in buying a new car, but this dealership will assure a smooth and worry free transaction! read more

Unprofessional from the very start. We were considering a used truck, and we were in communication with a sales man. He sent us photos of the truck, which peaked our interest, but when we get there to test drive it we quickly realized he left out all the major damage on the truck. When we confronted him about the damage he just kept saying that's all you can expect from a used vehicle. He refused to go any lower on the price so we had to walk. Even Kelly Blue Book's value was way lower. He had the nerve to say that we wasted HIS time, when he tried to pull a fast one. Had an attitude the whole time too. Won't EVER consider this place for future vehicles. read more

This review is for the service department only: I called to get an estimate on installing a spare in my new fiat. I left a message 2 days in a row for the fiat service 'specialist' on the third day, I called and left a message for the service manger. No calls were returned. I happened to be up north and stopped by in person, and went to the service area. After waiting for about 10 minutes with people/mechanics and advisors milling about, someone asked if they could help me. I Then explained the event timeline. After some excuses about not understanding the phone number on the recording, the service manager then proceeded to give me a quote including 1 1/2 hours labor for a job that fiat lists as 1/2 hour. With the part, the cost is 2X of getting the part from another dealer and having it installed. I am so glad I did not buy from them, and I'll be going elsewhere for service. read more

This review is regarding the service department. I arrived to try and get my car inspected for my 5 year powertrain warranty. My jeep is in pretty good shape so I didn't really expect any issues to pop up. I arrived at the service department right as it opened at 7:00 AM. There were 4 cars ahead of me and figured I might have a chance at getting this done quickly. Initially it looked like I might be unable to get a spot for service until 2 or 3PM despite arriving at 7:00 AM. Chad took the extra time and put in the extra effort to walk back to the service area to talk to the mechanics to see what the schedule looked like. He was able to get me a spot immediately for the inspection. From time to dropping off the car to leaving, it was only about and hour and 40 minutes. The service was great and everyone was really friendly. The waiting area had plenty of comfy chairs. There were also Shipley donuts waiting and some hot coffee. read more

took my wrangler in to have them fix the leaky water pump, and they said "while we're in there, we should replace the serpentine belt, the timing belt, etc" - I said 'Sure'. Dropped it off on a Wednesday, and it wasn't ready until the next Monday (end of day). I ask if they test drove nd checked it out and was assured they did. I picked it up just as the Service people were closing at 6 pm. It was about 200 yards after I left the dealership driveway that I started hearing a high pitched whining sound, I drove it a bit to see if it was a tire noise or something and as I drove it I could tell this was a belt sound. They F-ed up the stupid belt replacement that I really didn't even Need. Stopped at HEB to gas up as it was on fumes, then it wouldn't restart. which was odd, except the serpentine belts keeps the alternator fed, and the belt sound might mean the alternator was unhappy, as the battery was suddenly dead. Nyle Maxwell's repair shop "fixed" my car so good that they left me dead in the HEB gas station parking lot. When I took it in this morning, they said they "wouldn't charge me the diagnostic fee". How Generous. To Review - My fully functional Jeep, was BROKEN by their "Mechanics". DO NOT take your car in there to be fixed!!! read more

We have been using the service department here for years and have always had a good experience. We were finally in the market for a purchase and was pleased to be able to give them the business. The car we selected had literally just been traded in so no work/evaluation had been done on it. We drove it and put a contract on it contingent upon the clean "bill of health". There were a few things that we knew needed to be done like an alignment; they did that and I picked up the car the next business day. After driving it home, I realized that the steering wheel controls (Radio) did not work. I called and they fixed them, even though they could have said a used car is purchased "As Is". I found both Ronnie (sales person) and Nick (finance guy) to be extremely helpful, efficient, and courteous. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. read more

3 HOUR EXPRESS LANE OIL CHANGE I had an unpleasant experience with their "Express Lane" service before waiting 2 hours for an oil change but wanted to give them another shot. I called before coming over to setup an appointment. I was told they don't take appointments but it should be "around 30 minutes" for an oil change. Drove all the way from downtown to find out it will be a 3 hour wait. The service manager didn't seem to care nor have an explanation why they don't take appointments. Sorry but some people cannot wait 3 hours in the waiting room with small children to get an oil change. No thanks, I'll be taking my service somewhere else. read more

This review is for Janie Wiley. I bought my Jeep Wrangler two years ago. I have had zero problems with it and I absolutely love it. Janie was excellent at her job; both professional and personable. I felt like I was working with someone who saw me as an individual and not just another quota number. My Wrangler and I have since moved to Colorado. I called Janie recently to inquire about a paint pen, because I have chipped the paint in a couple of places taking the doors off my rig. Janie could have easily dismissed me because she works in a completely different department now and because I live so far away. Instead, I received the exact same treatment that I had when I was a sale for her 2 years prior, even though there was nothing in it for her. Janie was responsive, personable, and friendly, and most importantly, she was genuinely concerned about my needs. She not only had the paint pen sent to me, but also paid for it. I was lucky to chance upon her 2 years ago, and Nyle Maxwell is lucky to have her as an employee. read more

Went to this dealer for express services (oil change etc as my vehicle is under warranty). Arrived at the service center on a Thurs at 10:30 AM to be told that Express services was closed till 2 due to not taking in any more walk ins. While the service consultant was respectful, it still didn't excuse the complete lack of express service. Found a different dealership that was able to accommodate me. read more

I bought my new Jeep from here in 2016 and I honestly wish I could've gone to Covert Ford & Lincoln on 183 due to previous purchases and how they take care of my family and I, but they didn't have the color I was looking for so I bought from Nyle. The sales girl I had was just all over the place running around, and even did the whole "if you come back later to buy it it might already be sold" gimmick and mind you the only reason I was leaving was because I had an important meeting to get to & I knew all of the paperwork would've taken hours to do, so that was annoying of ANY sales person to spit out. Came back and talked prices and she kept going 100 ft away to the GM for price approval instead of him coming to meet me and talk to me about personally. I'm deciding to write this so late, because I recently had to bring in my Jeep to the service department and the first guy who helped me was amazing, the guy that took over for him was NOT. They didn't give me an estimated time to when my vehicle would get looked at, and kept it for 8 DAYS, until my father and I had to complain online to someone who worked at the south point location, we tell them we are just gonna pick it up Monday and take it to his location and low and behold 7AM we get a text update that it's being looked at, and after trying to call the guy handling my vehicle he only texts and sends a photo of the issue.. doesn't even have the business sense to call.. texting vehicle and warranty issues is unprofessional, sending an automated text to letting someone know the vehicle is being viewed by a technician is different. HORRIBLE customer service. I refused to pay for the diagnostic fee. And I will never take my vehicle to this location or ever buy from them again. read more

This was absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. You would hope that bringing your car to a dealership they would treat you better than any small car shop, however this is not the place. My jeep wranglers check engine light came on in the summer and it took over a week for them to even diagnose it or look at it. A WEEK. Then, they informed us it needed thousands of dollars worth of work, or we could pay about a thousand for something that MIGHT work. They then proceeded to tell us the part would be in in about a week, then when a week came nobody contacted us. We called, no call back. We finally got a hold of someone, it would be another week. Another week came, guess what no call, when we called they said there was no tracking number and they have no idea when it will come. What kinda of professional business tells their customer that they have no idea. This pattern repeated itself for TWO MONTHS. No part came. The part finally came, they "fixed" the issue and thousands of dollars later not only from the car but in travel and flights due to the inconvenience of them having my car for three months. We finally get the car back and week later the check engine light came on again, the same code as three months back. We called the dealership over 10 times, over two weeks and left voicemails for every higher up position you can name in the dealership and we NEVER got a response. We finally waited on hold for someone to talk to us and was able to get an appointment in the next week. We get the diagnosis three days later by text, how unprofessional, another couple thousand dollar fix was needed that was "completely unrelated" to the previous issue that they fixed. Explain to me how after sitting at their dealership for 3 months my car just all the sudden had all these issues. This dealership takes advantage of your trust that they are fixing your car and will charge you the highest number they can, making bigger issues than your car really had. We took it to another place and the issue wasn't even a fraction of how big they said the issue was. Long story short this dealership has incredibly unprofessional customer service and you should never take your car here to be fixed. I never will and I will make sure everyone I know won't take their car here either. read more

After looking at several Jeep dealers in town, I set out to use the Internet sales team (c'mon it's 2012, let's all have a decent online presence) route. It was 9 p.m. on a weekday. I sent out the specs I was looking for to three dealers, not expecting to hear anything back until the next morning. Not even five minutes later, Russell at Nyle Maxwell had sent me a sticker and called to confirm I had received the sticker. They had the 2012 Grand Cherokee available and could have it brought in from another partner. Did the paperwork the next day, walked out with a loaner Jeep (with only 3 miles on it) for the night while the vehicle was being brought in, detailed and readied. Picked up the next day. Even better, Russell took the time to show all the "hidden" features of the Jeep, was a joy to do business with and made me a hell of a deal for it and my trade ($500 less than Blue Book). Russell's knowledge of the industry (he started as a mechanic and worked his way into his current role) was a delight. Amazing service and not once did I feel like I was in the horror story one expects when you walk onto a lot. Also mad props to Kenneth for being friendly while working up the finance paperwork. Yes, I'd recommend Nyle Maxwell. They rocked. And btw, the other dealerships lost out on my business. I've yet to hear from them at all. read more

I'm leaving one star because they WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. I went in with my husband to browse and made it clear that our lease wasn't up for 5+ months. They tried running our credit anyway which we said no to multiple times. Now I get 3+ calls a day from Nyle Maxwell and I can't even begin to tell you how annoying it is. I have begun to block the numbers they are calling from now because I can't take it. I don't even want to purchase a vehicle from there! We were just trying to see what our options were. read more

I read the reviews before I went, I just figured "no one writes a review about a car dealership when they have a good experience" (this applies to most businesses probably). Turns out, no - Nyle Maxwell Supercenter is a %#$& show. I emailed about a used BMW, made an appointment to test drive it, and showed up a few minutes late (make sure you go to the pre-owned lot and now the new car lot). The salesperson I was meeting with had left for the night (odd, seeing as we made the appointment - why didn't he say from the start that he left at that time?) and I was referred to his colleague, who he told me would have the car ready by the time I got to the pre-owned lot. I get there - meet the new salesman, and he tells me that he doesn't have the car ready, that it is at their other lot, so we jump in the car and go to the lot .. but it's not there... "oh, it might be at this other lot of ours!" he tells me... two more times... so we drove around 4 different lots, and he finally circles back to the pre-owned lot and tells me that the car I made an appointment to test drive must be up on the lifts in service and they are closed, so no, I can't test drive the car. The salesperson explained to me that he assumed I was there to test drive one of the two BMWs sitting out front - both were red, both were different series and different years than the car I was there for - a black 550i. He didn't even check what car I was looking at before I came, and his coworker who referred me to him didn't even tell him. He offers that he will email me the next day once service has it ready and I can test drive it. 2 days go by - no email. I follow up - no reply! Then the internet sales manager emails me (for the 60th time, asking for the 59th time if someone has contacted me since no one in their company seems to communicate with each other), so I respond, explaining my displeasure and frustration, NO REPLY! I ended up buying a BMW for a lot more from another dealership who I guess wanted my money more than Nyle Maxwell. I cannot attest to the car buying experience, or reliability of the vehicles they sell, etc., all I can attest to is that they wasted my time and will ignore your emails if they are embarrassed, it seems like. When I go to a car dealership, I'm already ready for my time to be wasted, but never like Nyle Maxwell's Supercenter wasted mine. I'm reviewing the new sales department of Nyle Maxwell in NW Austin. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to bring my new car in for service after reading some of the other reviews. After emailing back and forth with Warren I decided to purchase a 2018 Challenger R/T. I worked out the parameters of the deal prior to visiting the dealership. I was pre-approved for financing with another lender & had an offer in hand from CarMax for my trade. I decided to let Nyle Maxwell see if they could match the financing & trade-in offers that I had. They were not able to, I signed the paperwork, and off I went in my shiny new Challenger... ...but little did I know that Nyle Maxwell shopped my loan request around to multiple banks. There were a total of *5* inquiries against my credit as a result of them checking if they could beat my pre-approved offer. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but 2 months later I'm looking to buy a home & my score has taken a hit because of the inquiries. I knew an inquiry would show up, but I was not expecting 5 of them. TLDR; Borrower beware. If you need to finance your auto purchase, get preapproved and don't bother letting Nyle Maxwell run your credit. Especially if you are expecting to need to apply for a mortgage or other loan shortly after your auto loan. read more

I had a great experience thanks to Nick B in service and Kevin the courtesy driver. Nick was very helpful in explaining the services performed and even connected me with additional contacts within the dealership for parts etc. Kevin the courtesy driver was awesome too. nyle maxwell SUCKS. they are worse than MEDIOCRE. we absolutely dread having to use them for anything relating to my husband's truck. their service is useless and a true joke. we have a lifetime powertrain warranty and have had issues with the vehicle as well as had several recalls to take care of. every damn time that we go in, my husband has to plead with them to getting a loaner vehicle when the vehicle has to stay overnight. they have flat-out lied to him and denied him one given that the vehicle is in for work that falls under the dealership to fix. there is one service tech that doesn't understand how COMMUNCIATION works! KEVIN (?) didn't bother to tell my husband that he would be out of the office F and Sat nor did he bother to inform any other tech or his own lazy boss. we had NO loaner vehicle and NO update on our vehicle regarding an engine issue that ended up taking over a MONTH to fix due to backorder (during which time kevin initially refused to give my husband a loaner) I then got invovled and dealt w/ the supposed general manager (service mgr was gone) and he PROMISED me that "first thing Monday morning!" somebody would call us to resolve the matter. NOTHING. then, my husband got his truck back TODAY after a MONTH at the dealer and the f@@cking car is LEAKING FREON. so, we now wasted all that time going BACK to dealer to drop off vehicle with NO loaner because idiots refuse to do their job. don't worry - this is beyond any sort of "I am just upset." I have found out that chrysler has a customer service line to deal with mediocrity and we are going to contact them to get their higher-ups involved. we are pretty much ready to purchase a newer truck but, nyle maxwell is NOT getting our business. they can kiss selling us a $50-60k commission GOODBYE. we are also going to use a dealership that is much further to avoid ever having to work with them again. read more

My daughter met Alexander when she purchased her Compass a few months ago and I was very impressed. The dealership was extremely clean, all the employees were wearing masks and you could tell they went above expected to keep their customers safe. I had been looking to trade my Wrangler in for one with certain feature, but couldn't find what I wanted. i visited several dealerships with no luck. Alexander suggested we build it and walked me through the whole process. He was amazing and I have the Wrangler of my dreams. I highly recommend Nyle Maxwell and ask for Alexander. Last but not least, Kristin in finance was amazing! Very thorough and didn't try to over sell or make me spend more money. read more

After all the fiasco I had with my truck and this dealership and service department they still double charged my credit card for the loaner vehicle rental that was supposed to be covered and free of charge and now had to contact them for reimbursement. Neither one of the managers would respond or call me back and thankfully the original service writer responded via text and said it was getting reimbursed, which has yet to show. by far the worst experience ive ever had in a vehicle purchase!! do not bring your business here and if you do just hope and pray that it never needs service!! eric tippett (service director) bold face lied about the diagnoses of my truck because his service tech took it for a road test when the engine light was blinking, i had given them a full report of why i brought it in and it resulted in catastrophic engine damage. he suggested i contact my insurance company to see if they would cover it under a comprehensive claim?!?!?! the truck ran when i had it dropped off yet he says it was hydrolocked due to water ingestion. the only water the truck had seen is rain and when i took it to the carwashes!! hydrolocked engines do not run!! again, it ran when it was dropped off. i bought the truck on march 15th. i dropped it off on july 10th. yes, thats less than 4 months from the day i bought it. now i have a $28,000 truck that needs a new motor and they refused to give me loaner so ive been without transportation for almost 2 months. had the truck towed to south point dodge where they confirmed the truck was not hydrolocked due to water ingestion?? i had a conversation with mike tippett and the gm mike wilson to confirm that they would not do a thing to repair the truck and thats exactly what they offered. nothing!!! i have a two year old son that i cant take to daycare, ive lost two jobs because of the whole mess and now im falling behind on the truck payment. such a nightmare and one hell of a lesson from a dealership that prides themselves quite a bit here in central texas. don't make the same mistake i did!!! take your business to people that care about more than the money they make off of you. take it to a dealership that actually stands behind their claim of service after the sale. my credit is taking a beating and seeing that i was already rebuilding my life after an ugly custody battle im no further ahead now than i was the day i bought the truck. im actually in worse shape now. again, dont get taken to the cleaners like i have been. there are plenty of good dealerships here in austin that are honest, have integrity and care about their customers. these guys don't!!! not even a little!! i wish i knew how they slept at night because my conscious doesnt let me do anything remotely close to what they have done!! im disgusted, upset, embarrassed and not sure how i am going to get out of this mess. thanks nyle!! i appreciate yall so very very much!! oh!! dont let me forget to tell you not to purchase any extended warranties from them either. the one they rolled into the price of my truck at $2,770 isnt effective until the truck hits 100k miles and the finance guy will shrug his shoulders when you inquire about what it covers. im trying to get that cost removed from my financed total now. steer clear everyone!!! regretful as ever, edmund l rendon iii read more

The service center is an absolute joke at this dealer. Nobody knows who is doing what, and there is zero communication between departments. The short pudgy girl in service has a severe attitude issue when the manager isn't looking, but becomes smarmy when he walks by. Plan on spending your entire day there, because nothing gets done within the quoted time. Expect to be nickel and dimed. It will be well worth your time and money to drive anywhere else except here. For both sales and service their goal appears to be to get you there. A couple of years ago I saw an online photo of Jeep I was interested in and called them. They said they had it and I was there in a few minutes. Then they showed me another more expensive Jeep--The one I asked for had already been sold. Second chance: Earlier this week I called and made a 7:30am appointment for routine servicing. I got there this morning and was told I'd have to leave my Jeep over the weekend and until Monday or Tuesday. I wish they had told me that when I called! Two strikes... I bought a new Ram 2018 2500 from Nyle. 1st service visit was not good. It left me wondering if they actually changed the oil as requested. I gave them one more try on Oct. 9. a year later. Totally different. 30K scheduled, a small steering issue, and Recalls were all completed. Louis J. called me twice to make sure he understood my concerns. All is Good. read more

This is a very difficult review for me to write. We have been Maxwell loyal customers since 1990. We have bought countless vehicles personally as well as for our company. We have noticed in the past years a great decline in both service and customer service. I found that whoever manages their pricing of trade in valuation was off mark several times and not by just a few dollars but at times by a few thousand dollars. In my personal opinion feel if they would do this to a loyal customer then just imagine what they would do to anyone else? Last is the service department has failed us time again. This time they said they would order parts for our SRT and then install when we got back from vacation. I then find the parts never got ordered so they ordered them again and of course we took the vehicle in and they kept it overnight only to tell us they ordered the wrong parts. To make matters worse they replaced wrong trim pieces and did not even notice the pieces that was to be replaced was more than obvious had problems. On the positive side there are plenty of dealerships to choose from and that is exactly what we have done. If you notice they obviously could not care less about reviews as not a single response from Maxwell has been written to any of the posts by customers which speaks volumes for them read more

My son was so excited that he was getting a new car as he was tired of paying for Lyft's to and from work which added up heavily. This was an unpleasant experience because they sold my son (21yrs old) a Jeep that has major hail damage that he didn't have the trained eyes to see. When the bought the Jeep out, according to Chris who said he had just started there; they had just got vehicle 3 days ago ( had bird poop on it) and was very dirty so we couldn't see a lot of things. After my son paid for the Jeep they told us that they had to keep it (almost 2 weeks) claiming they had to detail, inspect, fix / replace things on it. When we arrived to pick up his vehicle, it still wasn't ready and it was in the evening, they still had not detailed it so we had to wait again. When they bought the car out it was poorly washed as if they didn't give a fuck because he was a young black man. The headlights were so foggy that he had that he to stop at the nearest O'Reillys to get something to clean so he could see going home from the dealership. To top it off they said that they were required to put $15 worth of gas in it...ummm no they didn't, he had to stop to get gas just to make it home. We live in Killeen so $15 would have got him home. He also had to spend more money to reclean the Jeep. My other son works for a dealership in Dallas and pointed out the major hail damage that he took pics. I hate dealerships that treat others this way, my friends and family will never spend another dollar at this dealership. read more

Not that buying a car is anyone's favorite activity, but we all know it's one of those tasks that must get taken care of from time to time, and the best you can hope for is to deal with an establishment and especially a salesperson who is friendly throughout the whole process. I can say this has been the case for me the last 20 or so years of car shopping...that is, until I stepped foot into Nyle Maxwell Supercenter. I happened to walk into NMS as a couple approached at the same time. Coming from a workout at the gym, I wasn't so much thinking about my appearance, but saw this one particular salesperson glance at us both, then quickly began a beeline towards the couple, who admittedly both were well dressed and groomed. A few steps in, this salesperson was stopped by another salesperson, who then whispered something in her ear. I watched as she eye-rolled, then glanced over my way, saw that I was looking at her, then suddenly threw on a smile and walked towards me. I wasn't stupid, I knew she thought her chances of a higher commission landed with the couple, but the fact I watched it play out in front of me was almost comical. She introduced herself as Nia and we began to discuss what I was looking for. Now, I don't know if Nia has allergies or whatnot, but she was coughing pretty consistently throughout our conversation - normally a non-issue here in Austin with so many allergens in the air... but when I'm coughed in the face more than once without so much as an apology, I can't help but start to take a little issue. Anyways, I let Nia know what type of car I was looking for, she begins to show me what's in stock, which isn't necessarily what I'm looking for. Now, I can understand when a salesperson tries to persuade a customer into other options they may not have initially considered but may be interested in...Nia begins to do this, no problem there, however what she was suggesting really wasn't in the realm of what I wanted or needed. Then it happens again - the eye-roll. I see her get frustrated at ME for not being interested in the car she thought I should want. That was it, I was done. Prompt and courteous service, and solid VPN-capable WIFI in lounge. I have been taking my SUV here for scheduled maintenance for a couple of years now, and I will show up around 9am and usually be out by 11am. Recently tried to replace a headlight bulb by myself, but couldn't quite reach. They used the bulb I had, and only charged me $20. They even have a shuttle van, which I used a couple of times for dropping me off at work or a conference, then call them for pickup. read more

Gary was my salesman....I told them I am in sales myself so I didn't want a fast talker I wanted someone to simply find me what I wanted....get the deal worked out for me....and be upfront....AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT!! Worst car dealer ever, they have went down hill over the last couple of years . I brought from them by going off previous reviews and them having a good name , we'll I brought a mercedes from them August 2013 , since then the motor to the sunroof went out within 2 days , which they fixed . Three weeks later my acembly light went out $1450.00 that my extended warranty does not cover , one month after that my thermostat went out $450.00 which my warranty covered and I only had to pay a $100.00 deductible.. Once they sell you the car, they will not return any phone calls. I've attempted to contact both my sales person and finance manager by phone and text to ask a couple of simple questions... Like when my license plates will come in. Neither one will return my calls. Also, if you purchase an extended warranty, make sure it is the Mopar warranty and not the third party one. Very disappointing to only be a number. I just want a simple phone call returned. Not a big deal. The sell of the car went fine other than that. read more

So I brought the truck in on my day off to see if they could do an oil change and tire rotation. Since I have had it serviced here before....considering what happened my last visit (a different 1-star story) I should not be surprised. I tried making an appointment online, it responded with an error saying please try again or call dealership. I tried again, same message. So I try calling, no answer, drive and arrive at dealership - I spent 10 minutes waiting in front of what appeared to be a service desk - when a young lady said please don't stand at my desk otherwise people will think you are being helped by me. Haha. Ok, where do I stand? She says, just over there out in the open, pointing casually to the middle of the room. Ok. So now I'm standing "out in the open" and I am walked past by at least 7 employees that don't even acknowledge my presence, or asked if I have been helped. Finally one guy asks if I needed something. Finally we are getting somewhere, so I thought....I was told it would be 1-1.5 hours....I said "no problem, I'll walk across the street and grab lunch." Well....here I am 4 HOURS LATER. I've spent the majority of my day off sitting in a car dealership....waiting on an oil change. An oil change. I was just presented with receipt that was $60 more than the agreed upon price special (buy 2 oil changes and save money) -- he's gone somewhere to get that fixed. I know there are things that happen...but considering the previous reviews I don't think that's the case. Unfortunately I will have to be back for my next oil change. After that... it will be back to a local mom and pop shop that can guarantee a 30 minute turnaround time. Or at least give me an honest turn around time. I don't expect any freebies or refunds from this review, just would like management to read the experience I had to their employees for them to understand what it's like on our side of the conversation. No one is perfect and no one should be held to that standard however today's experience was pretty awful. read more
