This is clearly a locals spot and I wish it was local to me, I'd be here all the time. If you're in the area or visiting it, this is the spot to hit! Just note that there's a lot of little upcharges such as extra for more tomato on the burger or sweet potato fries.

The Fig and Pig were my fave due to the prosciutto and fig jam. Also tried the Crispy Calamari and the Prosciutto Onion rings. We split cheesecake for dessert -- I was SO disappointed because I wanted to try the Banana Pudding they have listed on their website but they said it's no longer a menu item. Oh well. The ambiance is quite remarkable for a Pub Flex+ type of joint. Double jointed with two floors, flexed into a bar upon entry, booths and high tables throughout... this place is quite bright and cheery. It feels like it can fit an entire hall until it actually had to... in which such a large space felt like it had been cranked by an f and cuddled a family of orphan dogs. For a gastropub the menu was short, yet sweet. I could've probably ordered anything on the menu and felt like I got an above average meal. I got the 4 leaves burger which was indeed a very above average burger accompanied by above average fries. Their duty was dutiful but did not have me barging over barrels for more. Nor did it for others, although everyone seemed to enjoy their meals in a bright and professional environment. As for lunch or dinner? I'd only come back again for work. But I've got a hinker, or maybe a tinker, that brunch in here would be quite nice. The day will come when I try it and I hope to be able to bring back better news than above average. A really good potato and the chili was great. The Irish breakfast was a generous serving and spot on. The lamb stew was such nice comfort food and filling. Service was also a highlight, the waitress ready to offer us another pint just as we finished it. I wish this place was more local to me or I'd be here all the time!

Not too comfortable. Service was generally fine. Our server took care of us in the bar area, but she also had to deal with tables in the dining room. She did a good job. There must be another bar somewhere else because it seemed like our drinks weren't prepared behind the bar. They'd take a while to prepare after ordering and then come trickling in from somewhere else. The pickle chips, shishito peppers, wings (dry rub and buffalo), chicharon, were all great. Everyone especially liked the bee sting flatbread. The Queen flatbread was rather basic and not too popular, but I think it's supposed to be plain. Something else disappointing for me was that they don't have happy hour specials or a happy hour menu. Everything had to come from the main menu. Not much incentive for a group hitting the local spots for a fun happy hour.

The chicken Milanese appeared to have been deep fried in a fryer rather than pan fried per tradition. This made the thin slices a bit tough and chewy which was unexpected. Disappointing that I didn't listen to my server who tried to steer me in a different direction as he advised. We haven't been wowed here the last three visits but will give it another shot in a few weeks to see if things have changed for the better. Listen to your servers, people!!
