Although our outlet problems turned out to be a mere reset issue on an outlet we overlooked, Stephan was patient and persistent to also check all the outlets to make sure they were set up correctly and working appropriately. We had purchased GFI outlets previously and he installed them in the correct locations and removing one from another location where it was not necessary. Additionally he gave us a report that we will be able to use to verify that the electrical is sound in our home when we are ready to sell. Also he gave us some good advice in regards to changing out some of our can lighting to LED one unit which has created more brightness in some areas of the house. He was timely and efficient. I contacted Stephen for a quote on Monday to install a 240V outlet to charge my Tesla. He arrived, installed the outlet quickly and cleanly, identified an issue that would cause difficulty with the permit inspector and fixed it for a reasonable price, and even replaced one of my circuit breakers and fixed a persistently troublesome outlet that another electrician had written off as unfixable for free!
