I had a screenshot of the AllTrails map, but when I actually opened the app, it would place me anywhere, but on the trail. Most of the time it didn't even have me moving anywhere. I have been marked in parking lot when I am clearly on a trail. Anyway, all this to say that the store does not take responsibility for the issue, and instead blames it on Apple and my cell carrier (AT&T).

Waited about 10 min for someone to come out from the back. He refused to sell them to me and said they were for commercial clients only. He said they are intense batteries and as such couldn't sell them to me. He said he had some house brand batteries instead that were the same but could be sold to consumers and were even cheaper! So he runs around the store and grabs a different six pack of the exact same type of battery. He goes to ring them up and it's $22. I'm like what the hell? He apologies, walks around the counter, goes to where the batteries I grabbed originally were, takes the $3.99 price tag off the wall, crumples it up and put it in his pocket. He then comes back around the counter to tell me he won't reduce the price from $22. WTH? It was like being in the twilight zone.

Stopped in this last weekend for headlight bulb replacement. Trevon the associate I interacted…read morewith over the phone, greeted me and apologized that the item was unexpectedly out of stock. He arranged for another local store to fill the order and confirmed that they had it in stock. Went over to the other store and had a polar opposite experience. Manager came out when I pointed out that the bulbs were not installed straight and told me that there was nothing he could do about it and that I'd have to go to a shop to complete the installation. He also lied stating that they don't do bulb replacement, which there website clearly shows that he was lying. He smirked and just stood there, and again refused to offer any other help. Went back to see Trevon at the original store who was able to rectify the installation within just a few minutes.
