I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be!
