    I was going out of town and had checked my oil. I second guessed myself and thought maybe I needed a quart. I went to my local O'Reilly and asked one of the employees if he would check my oil to see if I needed any. He was friendly and nice and had no problem helping me out. It turned out I didn't need any oil and I was just paranoid. Then he gave me a tip on how to better read my dipstick.

    My first visit here even though it's almost walking distance from my home. I am so grateful that my car loves me so much that when the battery decided to die, it did so in my driveway! AAA confirmed the dead battery and gave me a jump to get it fixed. They recommended o'Reillys and I called, they confirmed they had the correct battery for my car. Went there hoping they would be able to install the new one for me, AAA said it was just three bolts. Even though it was very early in the morning and they were somewhat short staffed, they went out of their way to help me and installed the new battery! If I need car stuff in the future, I shall go back to them for sure! A first and very positive experience!

    I've been here a few times, and each time there has always been a staff member happy to help me find what I need. Recently I actually read the signs outside the door and realized they recycle your used oil for free!! how awesome is that? no more waiting for that one time a year that the dump lets you bring your hazmat. All you do is bring in your oil, go to the spot in the store and pour the oil into the drum (funnel provided). there is even a garage to dispose of the container you brought it in. So the other sign I noticed, was that they offer free check engine light checks. Yup, no need to pay a general mechanic or even worse the dealer, to find out why that little light is on. bring it on in and they will check it for you!! I once had to return a part that I bought, and there was no issue at all. they had my name in the system, so it was quick and easy. To me this place has everything I need, great service, parts in stock (or quick to order), and free services. This is now my go to place for auto parts needs.

    I went in this location to buy some parts and drop off a bit of oil. There were a few employees and not one customer. I proceeded to come in with the oil and right away one of the employees yells out, "our oil drums are full" with a smirk on his face. I said, well can you just put these two gallons of oil next to your full drum (Since I bought all the oil there) and he said no and that I should do it at another store, preferably the AutoZone across the street. So I said, "that's fine, I'll also buy the parts I need there too" and then as I'm walking out, they said something to me that I don't want to share on here, but I will never shop here again.

    HOURS OF OPERATION HAVE CHANGED!!!…read more 2026 is here feels like we have to set a precedent and show the community why I'm allowed to stay elite, so let's get to it. I found everything I needed, no problem there, place is clean and well stocked. Very impressed with the inventory. My only concerning issue(s) were this: I walk in at 8:45pm was told that I would only be able to pay using a credit/debit card. I only need about 12 bucks of stuff so that was okay. But my question is then, Why does the cash register close before the store? I mean maybe there's a genius reason I don't understand. But wouldn't you think you'd need the cash register to be available while you're open? I mean how much time are you trying to save getting out this Friday night? I asked why they were closing at 9:00pm when on this very app they are listed as being open till 10. Again the answer surprises... I was told it was due to daylight savings. That it got dark quicker so they closed earlier. They said this completely seriously, which prompted me to laugh. I mean, they have lights. You would think most garages that fix cars have a power tool. Most likely the garage would have a light to fix the car after the sun goes down too. That reason is like saying Autozone can fix you your vehicle right up, but just hurry because we're afraid of the dark. So I have to think the policy is being set by a 3 year or a very immature person is telling these employees what to think

I am updating my previous review because Off Road Warehouse management publicly responded here positively. So we gave them another chance. I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. For my Customer Rule is: Always patronize again a business that has treated you okay AND supports Veterans and Active Duty with a publicly disclosed daily Military and Veterans Discount. P.S.
