After you book, it will send you a text message as a courtesy follow-up and a reminder. When my appointment was approaching, I checked in via the URL provided by text message. The URL is also used to track the status of the vehicle; it's a great tool if I was going to drop off my vehicle but instead decided to wait. Even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait in line to be served. I don't see the benefit. Tim eventually assisted me. He walked over to my car to assess the tire. He used a gadget to check the tire tread to see if the condition was safe to drive in. After the examination, two of the front tires were in poor condition. So I had it replaced the same day; they were so efficient that I had my car within an hour; I expected to stay longer because of how busy they were. It's strange that the tire pressure indicator is still on. I did follow their instructions to drive around for at least 15-20 minutes to reset it. I'll have to deal with this tomorrow. Edit: I discovered that the tire pressure light had not been adjusted because the tire in the rear had a low air pressure of roughly 5 PSI. I'm upset because the tire technician didn't bother to examine or fill the tire. Carelessness and a poor work ethic
