They literally have helped me with ongoing misdiagnosis from other places and go above and beyond to accommodate and do things that no other auto supply store has ever done. I needed new wiper blades and I was easily able to look up the information on the sizes I needed on the website. I placed the order for pickup in the store the next morning. I received confirmation of the order and also received an email and call letting me know they were ready. It was nice to be able to walk in, give my name and pick up the order. I was very glad to see they did ask for ID for pick up. If I need anything auto part related I will use them again. read more

Called on a seal from another auto parts store in Stanwood. They had the seal so I had them put it aside for me as I needed it for a customer and I do what I need to to take care of my customer. My driver arrived at O'Reilly Auto Parts store and no one knew where it was. Jimmy came in and said we don't sell to that auto parts store. My driver was visibly upset and so a older gentleman took care of it and sold it to her. I can say without question that if one of my employees did that they would be gone. I treat my customers with respect. I will never go back and for the record, I received or did I ask for any discount. Corporate will get this review as well. Keith read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My battery of just three years died today---17 days past three years. I had a receipt with the three year warranty with a PRORATE for up to 60 months. I'm being told by the girls at the front counter that O'Reilly's did away with the prorate, and therefore they will not honor it. There was no manager there. I could understand not allowing the prorate on a future battery purchase. However, how is it LEGAL to cancel a prorating program on a current warranty? The Stanwood location's representatives would not honor the agreement made by the company as shown on my receipt. They basically said "oh well" with a shrug. I guess customer loyalty and contracts don't mean anything to these companies. Oh you better believe I am calling the corporate office tomorrow. read more

I came in for the first time as a new driver completely nieve of the significance of my oil light and why it turned on. The employee, Ed was extremley kind and gave me a step by step denonstation on how choose, check, and fill the oil. He taught me a very important life lesson that I will never forget. I have been in twice on my way to other places and both times got good service and they had the parts/items I was looking for. No trouble at all when I had Luigi look up a part number for vehicle compatibility. In fact he showed me the screen instead of just telling me the part was compatible. Reading these horrible past reviews, I am wondering if the problem was the former manager who is now gone from the Stanwood location. I have found AutoZone consistently more expensive than any O'Reilly's in Western WA and I have been in a number of both stores. read more

I never ever get on yelp to talk about anything except the one review of my own business. LOL. I felt I needed to go out of my way to let everyone know how incompetent the O'Reilly was when I went by. My family and I were on our way to Camano Island when our check engine light went on and I turned around to go back to O'Reilly's. There were about three people in the store when I came in. After waiting my turn in line I came to the front. He said he would get to me after he helped the others in the store. I still can't figure out why O'Reilly does this "concierge" - style service. It literally took over half an hour for "Mister Power Trip" to finish helping people. This included dead time where he tried to drum up business. My family was smoking hot in the van waiting for me. With young children you don't go into places with small parts for them to throw. Finally he did the codes and I left. Ironically today I went into Autozone in Lake Stevens to double check the codes. They gave me the code reader within a minute of coming in. I did the check and came back in and as usual gave excellent service. I didn't buy a thing from O'Reilly's but came away with my parts from Autozone. I pity Stanwood as I don't think there is an Autozone there. I hope I never have to darken their doors again. Is there any way we could take this down a notch to a zero star? read more

I strive to give people the benefit of the doubt. In this case I have given too many times. Today I called asking about a specific part. The gentleman that answered the phone just said hello, can you wait a while. I responded sure. After he got done talking about fishing he decided to pick up the phone. After giving him my information he still messed it up. I politely explained to him that the part I was looking for was in stock at their Renton, Wa store as I had looked it up online and if he gave me a few minutes I could give him the part number. He told me to call him back when I got it as he was busy. He then hung up. I am so glad Stanwood has an Autozone now. I will make it a point to go any where but O'Reilly Auto Parts in Stanwood. I would rather walk to Mt. Vernon or Arlington to get my parts than to shop at this store. Do not waste your time or your money. read more

The people have no idea what they are doing! I came in asking for a very specific relay and they said they had it in stock I get there I show them pictures of the relay I needed and the guy hands me one that doesn't look like the one I showed them at all and he tells me "it should get the job done." It didn't even have the right pattern to fit in my fuse box. I literally downloaded yelp just to put this review. read more
