Went in this location to order a K&N cold air intake filter assembly. Talked to Tony at the counter. Gave him the part number 69-8612TFK for the application. He looked it up. I then asked for a military discount. I watched as he had the screen turned towards me. The next screen asked for my ID number. I watched Tony place random numbers into that block and not ask me for the info. Next screen came up and he said this part doesn't qualify for a military discount. I said ok and departed. I called corporate office to verify this and as suspected this part does "qualify" for the discount. So I ended up going to another Oreillys location to do the purchase. Lesson learned! Also, just did an online order for pick up at this location and it took 16 hrs from the time I placed it to get the notification that it was ready for pick up! On the ball! I have been to this O'Reillys a few times any everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I've called over the phone, I've ordered parts and they always are happy help. There is another auto parts store that I happily drive past so I can be assisted at this O'Reillys. The one weird time was when I went to deposit used engine oil and they told me to go to the back and dump it myself because they were pretty busy. Kind seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen because it's a pretty messy situation, but I did it just fine. read more

Convenient place to pick up parts for our cars. The staff is helpful. They can hook up testers to your car to see what might be wrong for free. They have replaced the battery of our car a couple of times as well. If you have used auto/motorcycle oil, you can drop it off here, just remember you will need to fill out a log. read more

I live a block from this store. As a car guy when I bought my house, it was a huge selling point to have parts so readily available. Now I drive right past it to the competition's store down the street. These guys are completely useless. Just this week they kept my battery 5 days after it tested "bad", and never called me. They've lost parts I've ordered, forgot they ordered them, etc. etc. I could go on. But in all seriousness every time I go in my experience gets perpetually worse. Wish I could give 0 stars. Tony is the worst person I have ever met. Me and my boyfriend went in to get my battery checked and had an attitude the minute we walked in. Was talking to my boyfriend off the side and he walks away from us and goes "let me know I need to go back" mind you, not even busy he could have waited 2 seconds. Tell him we need to buy a new battery and I watch him grab a 250 dollar battery on the shelf not even giving us options. Now I know my 2007 rav 4 doesn't need a 250 dollar battery in it and know for a fact there was cheaper options. I bought it not really knowing much just knowing I needed a battery. Got home and told my mom how much it was and we went online and found cheaper so immediately went back to return it not even touched. Walked in the door and didn't want to talk to tony because of the attitude and went straight to Scott who was very very nice. Set the battery on the farthest counter cause it was heavy and tony comes walking in and takes it off the counter and SLAMS it on the ground. We said not a word to him as we are talking to Scott about the return as he starts stuff with us. Telling us he's the manager( he's not, Andrew is the manager and was told that by Scott) and we said we didn't want to talk to you because of the attitude you gave my daughter is what she said and he goes "what attitude" my mom still says we are not speaking to you we are talking to Scott. He then starts yelling at me mom and said "I'm not scared of you I'm the manager" mind you there are customers in the store as he is yelling at my mom for absolutely no reason. Yelling at us while we process the return. Yelling at us while we walk away, yelling at us while we are out the door. What kind of person working in a business thinks it's okay at all to talk to a customer like that who wasn't even talking to them. I am absolutely appalled this man is allowed to work her treating people like that. So much more to this story but just know tony will treat you like absolute garbage. I go here about twice per year. Last month I had some electrical problems in the van and drove it in. A gentleman grabbed a battery tester and checked my van in the lot. Confirmed it was a bad battery. He didnt charge me for the diagnosis. (try getting a free diagnosis at a mechanic shop). Of course, after I bought my new battery i forgot to bring my tools. The same guy had some tools behind the counter and helped me put it in. This is service that goes above the rest. Very impressive. And remember, they did all this work and only got paid for a battery. read more

This O'Reillys is always perpetually understaffed and today when I came here was there were two cashiers, a big lineup, two guys waiting at the counter, one guy waiting to get some kind of help outside, and a older gentlemen waiting to get his battery changed. When I finally got to the counter for my simple purchase it was extremely insulting that the cashier offered the guy in front of me a 10% discount for the wait and didn't offer it to me and I waited the same length of time. This O'Reilly store has helped my husband and I out so many times with car problems that would have cost a fortune if we took the car to a repair shop. Just last week, when my car wouldn't start, they were able to confirm it was a battery that needed replacing, and installed it for us at no charge. When this caused the car alarm system to reset and my husband couldn't get the car started without the alarm going off, they helped him figure it out (took at least half an hour more).
