They've got the takeout game done right with packaging and it automatically recommends you put sauces and dips on the side so everything stays fresh. When I asked the server to "make mine like a local" it came to the table on an okay sesame hoagie roll (no Amoroso) but there was no cheesy moisture (minimal provolone), some grilled onions and dried out beef-like it sat out on a window sill.
