Summary: The tints are great, but they left trash in my car and it took a lot longer than it needed to. Found this place via Groupon search for Window Tints. Before committing to the Groupon purchase, I wanted to call to get the fine print explained and make sure I understood what I was purchasing. I also wanted to make sure they have appointments available that same week. The business owner answered all my questions and preferred if I went straight through him instead of purchasing the Groupon. He said I could drop my car off that same day at 4:30 and it would be done in a couple hours. With all that said, he gave me a cheaper price for the same service. I believe the Groupon price was $499 for 5 rear window tints. I only wanted my front two windows done, but he sold me on all of them so "they match and are the same." I got all my windows (7) done for $300 and I was able to negotiate that price by paying in cash (no tax). I went to drop my car off at 3:00 due to my personal schedule and soon realized this was not a facility open during business hours and when he said 4:30pm he meant, no one will be there until 4:30pm. The office/garage is in an industrial park and its evident that tinting is not his main business. Luckily I was able to call him and got permission to drop my keys off through his mail slit. This was risky, I know....I went for it. I was hoping to talk with him prior to the service and reiterate what I wanted--for the new tint to match my current tinted windows and make sure I was getting the ceramic tints with UV protection. I literally just dropped my keys in the mail slot and left and hoped for the best. I got a text at 6:45pm saying it will be ready in 20min. I arrived at 7:15pm and they were no where near being done. I walked in the office, no one was in there and no one greeted me. I looked in the garage and saw my car with 3 windows still left to be tinted. The guy doing the tinting did not greet me so I just sat and watched and waited. I waited over 45 minutes for this to be done. That was extremely frustrating to me. They left trash in my car too. The film form the tint stickers I think. I cannot speak badly about the tints. They look great and were installed flawlessly. I don't think I needed to get all of my windows done and It definitely took a lot longer than they said it would. read more

Called to inquire about the services offered and was greeted and helped by Andy. I mentioned I had heard about a promotion going on via Groupon to which he explained to me throughly of what that offer entailed and gave me alternative options to match. After some thought of the options given I took the latter advice and opted for the Carbon tint option. Which seemed a little more but was worth it in the long run considering the warranty and quality of film. Once arrived, to the shop, the 'tint installers' were very courteous and explained to me in thorough of the different tint options and recommendations. The timing of the process was actually quicker than expected, especially given the fact this was for two cars! Was basically in and out without a hitch and the tint job was hands down the best! This is a small establishment, I highly recommend making an appointment to get your windows tinted. I came here on a Friday afternoon to get my windows tinted on my 4 door corolla. I had a groupon for my rear windows and paid an add'l $100 to get my front two windows tinted. In addition to that be ready for the upsell. The groupon is for a standard level tint. There are probably 4 more higher levels that increase in heat resistance. I was going to just go standard but paid a little more for a single level upgrade. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for them to do my car. While I waited I walked down the street to a pretty good deli- Sunrise Deli for a sandwich. You can also wait in their waiting room but it was pretty hot in there. So far I'm very happy with my windows! Sophie was very helpful and pleasant to chat with and the guys doing the tints seemed very hardworking. I would recommend from a quality tint perspective. read more

I don't like to give businesses bad reviews, but here is my experience. Called the business to make an appointment and received correspondence a day before my appointment to confirm the day and time. Dropped my car off at noon. I was told the vehicle would be done in 2 hours, but seeing the small garage setup with 2 cars inside it, figured it would take longer. I waited for about 4 hours after I dropped my car off and no call. I then got a text 6 hours later saying my vehicle was done. I arrived 30 minutes after the phone call and my car was untouched, no tint. The guy who asked me to pay, told me my car was done, before I had to remind him it was not. I texted the gentleman who set my appointment about why my car was not done, he did not respond that day. I figured it was just sloppy management or they do not care about their customers. Finally the next morning I got a text apologizing and offering me a tint upgrade. No thanks. Wasted my day, unprofessional and was missing when the issue came up. This is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend you going to this place as their word means nothing. They don't value your time. read more

This place is great, and my BMW looks much better after tinting. I chose 20% for all windows at last in order not to violate the law too much, looks pretty good in buildings, and a little light in strong sunshines, which means you can still easily see inner from outside in strong sunshines. So I would suggest 5% for the back and rear, 20% or 35% for the front of you don't care the difference. Looking for a terrible over priced tint that looks like it was done across the border with navy bubble wrap? Come here! Time estimate is 2 hours, but it'll turn out to be 6.5. You'll be told it'll cost $190 at most and walk out having spent $380 something for "cleaning fees" and "better film - but hey, watch out for those razor blades they leave all over your car! That sure as hell could make a mess. I'm livid with myself for being fooled into thinking that this place would be reasonable. The main guy, Andy, assured me that in his 11 years of tinting experience, many many vehicles like mine had been tinted, "no problem." Check out the dust on the inside of the tint that the "cleaning fee" didn't clean. They claim it's because I have an old car. I say bs. Mostly I'm just mad they wasted 6 hours of my time and took way more out of my pocket than originally estimated at. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I purchased a groupon and called Andy several times throughout a 2 week period. Every time I called I received a text message stating "can I call you later?" I never received a call back and did not get any texts back from Andy. I finally got a hold of Andy today and he informed me that the groupon does not apply to Tesla's. I informed him that there is nothing noted on group on about Tesla's being excluded. I asked him if he can honor my groupon or charge a bit more for the service and he said No. He was asking me to pay an additional $600 and would not take my groupon.
