Okay... I get my nails done all the time anywhere and everywhere. I like to try new places, see the hype, also go wherever I don't have to wait. My friend recommend Oasis-- It's beautiful inside! My nails are shaped nicely and I've gotten so many compliments on the color. I'm happy with them. But within nine days I already lost a nail. I get my nails done A LOT and they never fall off this quick. Also, when I got my nails done he was filing them so hard. I actually mentioned it BUT he kept going. After a while, my finger was bleeding a little and I asked just for lotion or something because it was so dry and he told me to just wait because he was going to put oil eventually. It's not a huge scab... but I get my nails done all the time and never has someone filled the edge of my finger tips so hard. They were so dry and sensitive, and one bleeding. The photo attached of my little cut is the day after. Healed and scabbed-- once again, super tiny! But like... there are tons of nerve endings at your tips. My fingers were super sensitive for the next three days. Another photo is how pretty they are! And the last is nine days after when a nail fell and the others are loose. Not one to complain, I work in the customer service industry, and always tip 20%. This was just literally the only time my fingertips have been soooo sensitive after when this is supposed to be a pampering kind of service. The guy was also coughing badly and walking away every so often to spit/blow his nose. I don't know. I also feel like they are overpriced. I know some places have automatic/recommend tip. I think 15%, 18%, 20%, 22% are great recommendations. Oasis has 30% and 35% as recommended tip and in my opinion that's a bit much for the service not being amazing. read more

This place was nice up until we, my husband and I, met Johnny. Johnny made some racist comments and started talking politics with my husband which was really awkward and fucking weird because neither of us asked Johnny for his opinion on anything. We LITERALLY came there to relax and get ready for our wedding. It was my husband first time which made me feel bad because I wanted him to come with me, but thanks for ruining that for him TRUUUUST me, we wanted to leave but we didn't know where else to go since reservations were already made and my hands/feet were almost done. I've been going to Oasis past couple of months to get a deluxe pedicure and it is the best Andy takes good care of you very tentative and caring. I suggest you try them out was worth every penny for me and I know you will like them too. I don't get my nails done but I see others and they look on point excellent maybe I'll get the nerve to do my nails but I have grand babies two years old I don't want to scratch them. Not a fan. I got a full set, with a French tip. I had the male and since I was reading my textbook while the manicure was going on, we didn't talk much (which I prefer). My friend and I booked this appointment together, but they started by seating us separately. She was getting a regular gel manicure, and I got the full gel set-maybe that made a difference. She was really pleased with her service. Since I don't get my nails done much, I didn't know to really examine them before I left. However once i left and really looked at them I was disappointed. There was glue left on my nails. Some parts of the white tip bled onto the nail bed. You can see my natural nail through it. I was going to go back but I have a flight to catch. For $59 +tip, I was definitely not happy. My friend said after she got hers done the women massaged her hand, and put lotion on her hands. My husband wanted a pedicure as a belated Father's Day gift so I called when we were about 10 minutes away to see if they had any availability they happily said yes and we came in at around 2 on a Monday and were immediately helped. Both my husband and I were in desperate need (years of need) of some love for our feet. I was very happy with the service the massage and the very calming environment. Location: Near Pandas by Home Depot in Kapolei Parking: Medium size open lot with free stalls. Lots of upfront parking when we came in. Prices are very good and the service was excellent!! We'll definitely return! The music was actually current environment was clean spacious and most importantly relaxing! My husband seriously wanted to take home the massage chair! Update: The only complaint I have is the fact that I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment before I got helped. I more or less wanted to be more sympathetic, but I had also called a few hours in advance to ensure I had a spot. My acrylic fill took about 30 minutes to complete along with gel color. I couldn't tell if the lady working on my nails was careless or just knew exactly what she was doing, considering how fast she was working. However, my nails came out just the perfect shape. If you look at one of the pictures the polish itself isn't completely even throughout but you can only tell if you stare at them in the right light. 5 stars overall. I'd give 4.5 stars for a wait I consistently experience any time I come here, so I suppose I'll round up. read more

OK, so here's my problem, it is so HARD to find a consistently good nail place! Let's face it, they are a dime a dozen right now, so never short on options. I go to places and find someone I like, but the next time I go, they're not as good. Nowhere near as good. I don't need fancy, just someplace I can get a good, clean, meticulous mani/pedi once a month. I'm loyal, I tip well, I'm patient, BUT I am picky. No crooked, or slanted nails, no sharp edges or corners, I like the polish down to the cuticle, and I don't like to be rushed through. That being said, I went in for a gel pedi at Oasis today. I was a walk-in. They told me it was a 15-minute wait. I waited at least 30 before anyone worked on me, but you know what, I was waiting for my tire change across the street, so I didn't mind the extra wait. One person sat me in the chair, another person turned on the water, a different person turned off the water when I called them over because it was about to overflow, and a fourth person was the lucky guy who got to work on me. He had just finished another pedi, he must've been tired, but...he was totally awesome!! Murphy was METICULOUS. He took his time, he paid attention to every little detail, he gave a FANTASTIC leg massage that was gentle but firm, my picky ass could not be happier with the experience! I am cautiously optimistic and fervently praying that he is just as great the next time I go. If so, I have found my new nail place (cue the angels singing)! read more

When I walked in, I had high hopes, on first glance it looked fine , but when I sat down I saw there were shavings/dust/clippings from previous customers nails on the towel and all on the table. They were a little busy so I over looked it...initially. When I sat down the woman took my hand and asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted a gel overlay. When I came in I already had a gel overlay on my nails *which were about an inch long* and she CLIPPED THEM OFF, which then caused my actual nail to break and crack all down the sides. She was clearly in a rush, barely took care of any of my cuticles on top of that she was handling me very roughly. When she started to file, she said " Oh I have to file them round because they're broken and then proceeded to make my nails virtual stubs. Like I said, the woman was clearly in a rush and she had someone else come and paint the actual nails. I got them done on the 2nd *Friday* and they are already chipping off... Very poor quality and it was about $50. LASTLY, I started getting my nails done at 13 y/o and I'm now in my mid 20s. I've NEVER had projectiles flying around almost hitting me IN THE FACE. But there was a woman next to me *at the same table* getting her nails done. She had acrylics and was getting them removed. As the nail tech was clipping them off, they were hitting her in the face, got in my nail tech's hair, and if they didn't have those protective screens, one definitely would've hit me in the face * I heard/ saw it hit the protective screen right in front of me* I will literally NEVER go there again. and unless you want to lose an eye or get an infection, you shouldn't either. *I never saw them wipe down any of their tables/ sanitize their equipment.... I was in there for 45 minutes, not saying they didn't I'm just saying I didn't see it* read more

I don't know anyone who likes to waste their time. But if that's what you're looking for this is the place. I called yesterday to make an appt for 6pm as I work near downtown but live in ewa. They told me the latest they could do was 530 for appts (I guess because they close at 7) I made an appt for 530pm. Left work 30 minutes earlier. Get there, they tell me to sit down. Waited 30 minutes, not to mention there was two other girls with appts waiting as well. If this isn't unprofessional I don't know what is. If an individual is making an appt, is probably because they have to work around a schedule. So please respect that. Stop taking walk ins if you already have set appts with other clients. I can't respect a business who does not respect my time. The fact the owner tries to excuse a schedule of conflict and not take responsibility is mind baffling. If you think that the only thing that matters in a business is how well the service is performed and not the actual customer service you're in for a rude awakening. Learn a little more about customer satisfaction and you might make more money instead of cramming tons of people at the same time and making them wait. read more

Made an appointment over the telephone and greeted and spoken to kindly. With all questions answered I made my appointment for 6. Not knowing what to expect when coming to a new salon, I decided to drive there early in case it might help if they were busy. Walked through the door and addressed right away by the team I was seen at 530. Instead of having me wait, they took me in and got started. They were so quick and attentive to detail that they had enough finesse to make me feel the quality in their service. I'm in love with my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made it come true. The shape, the length, the color, the design. Absolutely perf. I'm committed and they will be my go to nail salon that's so close to home. Being here - you don't have to worry about parking or wait to be seen because they have so many talented people who all work together to keep things going. It's so convenient. They've just opened and haven't made a year yet which they will near Christmas time so make time and try this place at least once even if you already have somewhere you prefer. They really won't disappoint. They're a great team and quite funny they make time go by. AND! The massages are great. They don't make it tickle for those who are sensitive that sometimes you rather opt out when getting a pedicure. Oh and another thing, men feel welcome to come as well! I went to Oasis today to use a gift card I was given. They only do walk ins on the weekend and despite being busy, I didn't have to wait at all. I wanted a gel manicure and standard pedicure. The pedicure chair was amazing and at the same time o was getting the pedicure a guy came over and and put a pillow in my lap and did the gel manicure. It was great because they were both quick, I didn't have to do my nails and toes separately and they were super nice. I loved the leg and arm massages and the fact that my toes and nails match even though one was gel and one was regular polish. I will definitely come again! I would also like to add my fiancé brought his mom here for a pedicure, and somewhere on the way home she chipped a toenail and they fixed it for free the next day! read more

What a fucken nightmare never the fuck again me and my sister went to do mani pedis and it was an horrible experience. My nails look like shit. Plus my 4 out of 10 fingers. Were cut cause they went over board. On cutting the cuticles and my sisters toes the guy. Stepped on them and didnt even fix it so she has a shoe print o n her big toe 140$ for the both of us it should have been free!! My 4 year old niece could have done better. What.
