So, I walked in and there were only two people working. One woman was picking up and the other was running orders. I stood there for a solid 5 minutes before my order was taken. No one acknowledged me until they were taking my order. A simple "Be with you in a second" would have been perfect. The woman was polite but my food took almost 40 minutes to receive for a to-go meal. All we ordered was two orders of Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese was ok. Kind of bland and benefited from the salt and pepper I put on it when I got it home because it wasn't seasoned the way they get it to me. Supposedly there was jalapeno in the Mac & Cheese but neither my husband or I tasted Jalapeno. Overall my husband I were pretty disappointed and I'm not sure we would return. read more

We happened upon the sign for this bakery and were able to find it in the Best Western Ocean View Resort motel --- through the front door, turn right, down the ramp to extremely welcoming and over-the-top delicious food!!! The cook, Lorrie, was new on the job, and my, oh my, what burgers she turned out for us... Our server, Millicent, was so efficient and friendly and a natural at customer service!!! This place is probably some of the best breakfast my family has ever had!! We have stayed in a lot of hotels - but we usually get breakfast the first morning and never do it again but this place is great! The stuffed French toast has this wonderful berry drizzle on it served with a nice syrup on the side and blueberries on top which my ridiculously picky, usually won't eat anything but cheese and crackers toddler devoured, the create your own breakfast sandwich my husband has been getting has him asking me if should go here the next morning half way through his sandwich, and my scramble has had perfectly cooked eggs with a nice orange yolk and perfectly cooked potatoes! Every staff member in the restaurant have been extremely nice and accommodating, the manager is very noticeable and I've seen him pop in and out every time I've grabbed food from here, not in a micro weird way - but a nice check in, participating in some guest service way. The restaurant is SUPER clean also - which is always a plus. The water stations are immaculate which is also a huge win for me! We're already talking about when we want to come to seaside again next - we for sure know we'll stay in the best western when we do and dream of breakfast! read more

Excellent customer service! AMAZING nachos!!!! I would come back here just for them. Get the pulled pork on your nachos - it's smoky and delicious! My question is.... with pulled pork this good.... where's your BBQ pulled pork sandwich at? If you should decide to add that sandwich , may I suggest a blue cheese bacon slaw to top it with? Pepperoni Pizza - cheesy, peppy and great sauce! Also tried the fish tacos. They needed some love. A smoky chipotle slaw would do the trick. Steamed clams... my daughter loved them! Nice place to get away from the beach, full bar and food menu and staff are all nice. Got some iced coffees here and coffee cake and were tasty, iced coffee was only $2 bucks which was nice change of pace from expensive starbucks. read more

I tried the nachos your yelpers recommend. It's really good. Did try their burger with French fries. Me and my kids are French fries lovers. Their fries are perfect. It is crispy outside and soft inside. I attended a photo with fries. Salad and pizza are really good,too. Anyway, this little cafe is under rated because the location. read more

The food was below average. The menu was limited. Instead of three salads as we saw on a posted menu there was one. We had to wait a long time to place our order at the counter as only one person was working on a week day at 12pm! I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't go back. read more

The blueberry muffin was okay but would have been 100% better if they would have warmed it up. Instead it was cold (as if just taken out of a refrigerator) and almost wet feeling. The Mocha Frappe, however, was awful. Not enough ice. I don't know if they used any chocolate except for what they drizzled on the cup. The food was unexpectedly really delicious. During our stay we had the clam chowder, fish and chips, fettuccine alfredo, pepperoni pizza and coffee and cinnamon rolls. All exceeded our expectations. First time we ordered food to go there were a couple mix ups and the wait became very long but a manager who witnessed the situation intervened, comped our meal and got our order right out. This location had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Two out of the five dishes we ordered were okay. My youngest ordered wings and my middle daughter ordered fetecini alfredo, both were fine. My oldest daughter ordered the baked Mac and cheese. It was bland and watery. The only cheese was on the top. The waitress asked how everything was and we told her the dish was bland. All she suggested that maybe some salt would help. Not very impressed with the responce. My wife and I had the street tacos which were ok but lacked flavor. The only accompanying sause were sour cream and a light salsa. Definitely would not return. Shortly after I posted this review I received a message from the owner. He address my concerns and assured me that my experience is not what his business strives for. I have seldom experienced this level of customer service. Because of this I will definitely give this location a second chance. What a surprise! We weren't expecting much since the restaurant was empty, but what a wonderful meal! The pizza is delicious with a thin crust, the clam chowder is flavorful and rich, but the biggest hit at the table was the calamari and steamed clams. Tried the best western's new restaurant that just opened. My boyfriend and I thought might as well give it a shot since it is right here. Still new so the crew was still learning how to do some things, but we're super friendly and wanting to help anyway they could. We went down and ordered to go and got the loaded nachos and a pizza. Nachos were amazing especially liked the salsa and guacamole. They came with the option of meat and we got pulled pork. After trying the pork I think any dish with it will be delicious. Saw good reviews about this place so went to try it... Food had no flavor, over priced and when I chose a drink from there cold case it was expired. I told the clerk I was going to get something different as it was expired I sat the drink on the counter went to the cold case to grab another and they were all expired so I sat them all on the counter and chose something entirely different. read more

THE best burgers and fries in Seaside. The salted caramel cookies are incredible too. Very nice and accommodating staff. Wait times are a bit long even when it's not very busy, but that's the trade-off for getting fresh, hot, delicious food so that's not really a criticism. Just a heads up if you're in a hurry. The dining and lounge area is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, so it's a nice place to hang out and wait even if you're taking your order to go. read more
