Very friendly staff. However went for a massage and the lady was so rough it was painful. I asked if she could be more gentle, which she did. That was probably one of the most horrible experience with regard to massages. I booked a 45 min massage ($50) which ended up being super painful and aggressive. In the middle of the session the woman who was massaging me told me that she has a stomach problem and that she needed to step out.....Hmmmm. She was gone for good 5-7 minutes, and when she came back , she was in and out of the room, wasting my time and money. What?! never saw anything like that. Horrible customer service. She let me out in 50 minutes, and I thought: good, she made up for the time she was stepping out of the room, but as a grand finale, when I came to the front desk to pay, they charged me for the whole hour ($70) and started demanding a bigger tip! My wife was getting a haircut next door so decided to kill some time by doing a walk-in for a 40 min foot / 40 min body massage. It is your typical foot massage business with multiple seating areas and rooms in the back. On arrival, they provide you with a body chart that you use to identify areas that need special attention and the amount of pressure you want. I had a nasty knot in my right shoulder causing some neck rotation and soreness issues that needed additional focus. I was matched with Kelli who did an a great job on both foot and body massage. I walked out of that massage feeling amazing...not to mention that I was able to rotate my neck without pain. I will be back again...well worth the money. read more

I showed up after a long day of travel and tight muscles. I needed a massage. For $70 I got someone that basically ran their hands all over my body. No real massage of muscles or working out kinks or knots. I kept pointing to sore hamstrings and calves and she rubbed behind my knees? So weird What made it bad was I could tell she was on her phone, yes while she massaged me. At times only one hand Massaging with breaks with no hands for her to be texting on her phone. On my way out she blocked the door with a hand out for a tip. I did not want to tip. I caved as I didn't want an incident and gave her $12. She gave me a hard time as said no $20 or $25...that would be a 30%+ tip. Unreasonable, rude and not warranted. Find a different place to go. read more

I scheduled a one hour foot massage, wanting to get Chinese reflexology, like they describe. My "massage therapist" name she says is Yoyo. What I got instead: ...Gloved hands rubbing my feet haphazardly, no deep tissue ... The gloves Felt like calloused hands ... Every time I asked for special attention to a particular area, the woman snottily said this is the way we do it here, and at first refused to touch the area. .... When I explained to her that I wanted Tui Na, reflexology, she pretended to not know what it was ... When the other lady said something in Chinese, repeating the phrase tui na, the first lady basically yelled at her to keep quiet There was nothing therapeutic or helpful about this massage. What a horrible experience, I booked a couple massage which states on their website is priced at 120. The massage was a complete waste of time a bunch of rubbing and aggressive leaning I felt mostly elbows in my back. what blew my mind was when the women got on top of me and proceeded to rub me, they pay extra attention to your butt, and I found that so akward. It was so weird. Their website advertises a 120 couples' message, and I was charged 150 I asked why and was told, that's if you pay cash. I was also with a friend who was charged 75 for her message so I basically paid 75 per person when the website states 50 for an hour. This place is weird and a waste of money and time. If you want an awkward aggressive rub (because that was nowhere close to a massage) this is the place for you. I feel cheated and ripped off and wish I had spoken up and just left the moment she got on top of me. I am 120 pounds there was never a need to plop on top of me to rub me. 0 out of 10 I would never recommend. read more
