Jerk Chicken combo ($10 extra for oxtail, dont fall for it!!)

I was excited to try this place after reading the reviews, but unfortunately it was a major disappointment. For $45, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. The presentation is misleading. The food is divided into multiple small bowls and containers, making the plate look fuller than it actually is. The portions themselves were surprisingly small. I ordered the mild jerk chicken, only to find it was available with white meat only. The chicken breast was extremely dry, and despite ordering "mild," it was far spicier than expected. If you're looking for actual mild jerk, this isn't it. The oxtails were equally disappointing--mostly small, fatty pieces with very little meat. The sides didn't help. I received only three small plantains, and they were nothing special. The cabbage was bland and lacked seasoning. My Coke came in a can instead of a fountain drink, and it wasn't even brought out until my food had already arrived because it had been forgotten. Service felt rushed and unenthusiastic. There wasn't much warmth or hospitality, which is something I usually hope for at a family-owned restaurant. In the end, I spent about $45 and left feeling like I had overpaid for a small, mediocre meal. Between the dry chicken, disappointing oxtails, bland sides, forgetful service, and poor value, this was not an experience I'll be repeating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Absolutely FIRE! Got the oxtail & jerk chicken-spicy... this did NOT disappoint. I Uber Eats it to my house and it was well packaged and still hot and delicious! Would highly recommend!!

    Rasta pasta with oxtail

Delicious food and helpful service from Marisa with good recommendations. I had the Rasta pasta and was recommended the oxtail and it was so good. So flavorful and moist with already a delicious sauce. My husband had the oxtail entree it was perfect and my daughter had the jerk fries which she loved but it was huge portion can definitely share. The restaurant has great music and was nice and cool inside in a warm day. Oh the festival bread is so good!! Will definitely be back to try more items

Service was good and the food was alright... I did however find this restaurant a little overpriced

"Ochi" drink! So yummy and packed with a punch. The mango purée was amazing in this drink.

This place is beyond just authentic Jamaican food. The atmosphere is top-notch, very clean restaurant & very warm and welcoming staff. Great fast service. Everything on the menu is absolutely exceptional. Very tasty and comes out very fresh and hot. Try the Rasta pasta, oxtails or curry goat. I love them all.

Jamaican Food in Arizona If you want a great dining experience with authentic Jamaican food, this is the place!. The food is so authentic, delicious, and the service is spot on. On this vidit we shared the spicy jerk chicken, jerk pork Jamaican fried chicken, potato salad, cabbage, beef patties, jerk wings and white rice and everything had great flavor.  The jerk wings were cooked to perfection and the beef patty was seasoned with just the right amount of heat.  Everyone in ourcpart commented on how flavorful and juicy the chicken was. The chicken was so moist, it was falling off the bone. As delicious as the chicken was, my favorite was the potato salad, one of the best thing on the menu. The Potato salad was the perfect, creamy complement to our meal. If you're looking for a great meal and service, stop in.

Amazing Customer Service, Clean, great food and an amazing Happy Hour Menu!!! They were pretty busy tonight, but the young lady working was very kind and attentive towards everyone even the DoorDashers! She kept a smile on her face and made sure to keep asking everyone if they needed anything!

Absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking behavior from security here…read more My friend went out for what should have been a normal night, and instead was met with completely unprofessional and aggressive treatment. Her ID had a small dent in it -- still clearly valid -- and instead of handling the situation appropriately, the security guard snapped her ID leaving it almost completely in half. Destroyed it. Then turned her away. That is not only disrespectful, it's completely out of line. Security's job is to verify IDs, not damage personal property. There are proper procedures for questionable IDs, and this was NOT one of them. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just unnecessary force and a complete lack of basic respect. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can't imagine how the rest of the establishment operates. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else where staff know how to handle situations professionally. I'm just curious - is the security guard now going to pay for her new ID?? This is OUTLANDISH behavior coming from a plain old Jane of a security guard. Clearly he didn't make the cut at the police academy...
