They also consistently made me feel like there was something wrong with me because of my age even though everything in my pregnancy had been "perfect", I felt great, had no health concerns and all my testing came back good. It genuinely felt like they were trying to do everything in their power to make me come to the office as much as possible so they could bill my insurance more. For these reasons, I decided to go with a more natural birth plan and changed my provider to a birth center. The office staff showed CLEAR distain for this decision and while they transferred some of my medical records to my new provider, they never sent over my ultrasound records as requested several times. I finally had to go down to the office and practically demand that they provide the ultrasound reports to the new provider, only to be told they might get around to it by my due date. What a joke. If you don't have the reports, say you don't have them, but to stall and not provide any answers while seemingly withholding my personal medical records, that were requested multiple times is unprofessional AT BEST. They lied about it saying they never received any requests for the reports from the new provider but when I had to go into the office to figure it out, the lady said she saw one request from my new provider for the reports. They also told me over text message that the new provider has definitely received the ultrasounds. If you had the request, or sent the ultrasounds, I wouldn't be standing in front of you at 9 months pregnant. Don't even bother calling, I never got through to a live person and neither could my new health care provider. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional OB office.
