This place is primarily a Korean fried chicken place with multiple options for different wing, drumstick and whole chicken combinations. However, you have to pay an additional $2-3 to coat the fried chicken in sauce vs just dipping the sauce. We chose the latter because ...welp I didn't want to pay the extra $$. The batter on the fried chicken alone was not super flavorful. The chicken came out super hot and the sauce didn't really stick to the chicken when dipped. I'd recommend paying the extra $2-3 or pick another kfc place. The banchan didn't have a ton of variety. Relative to other Korean spots, this place only gives three dishes. Tofu soup: Both the assorted and seafood had 3 mini shrimp and 1 clam. I had 1-2 other pieces of meat, but am not quite sure how either soup was differentiated. Service was attentive. Not that the bulgogi wasn't good, but this rice was just amazing. The bulgogi was great and had nice well balanced sides. The waiter said it was portioned out for once person, but I would highly recommend sharing. It's HUGE! Lastly, the kalguksoo was also great! Perfect for the cold weather that's coming in. We opted for the half & half whole chicken: original crispy chicken & crispy chicken with their signature sauce. We opted for the mild sauce. It's sweet & garlicky & tangy. Just like in Seoul! Years ago, this place was the better KFC place in the area. Now, the food has gone downhill. Chicken is just oily and feels like they use low-grade chicken. The after taste was not pleasant. Had the clam kalgooksu, but for the price, it was not worth it. Several pieces of clams with very little slices of squash and just noodle with soup. Tuna kimbap lacked flavor. Not much to review or worth taking photos. We had food left over, but didn't want to take it to-go. I used to order from this restaurant for very long time and my family and friends kept saying their food was really good. Couple months ago I heard the restaurant changed owner and I went there for the first time and the food has really deteriorated.
